The infrastructure of the buildings and the parc is outstanding, never the less the stay was very mediocre and below expectations.
Friendly check-in but provided only one key card for our room. When we asked for a second one, the reception made another one, but it required two attempts unless the new cards worked, which is unpleasant when your room is in the Villa Silvaplana 5 min from the reception.
When we wanted to go to the Spa, we realised the bathrobes are missing in our room. So we tried to internally to call the hotel reception with the phone in our room, unfortunately no one picked up. Reception finally picked up when we called via our mobile phone and steered through an automatic answering machine. Once we could speak to the Spa reception, we got told that it will be difficult to send the house keeping and we should pick the bathrobes up at the Spa. So i went the 10 min to the Spa from our room to pick the bathrobes and went back. Back at the room we discovered that the flip-flops were missing in the packs, so we had to go with our street shoes to the Spa and ask for the flip-flops. The Spa itself was nice and ok for a Hotel.
We went to the Brasserie restaurant for the dinner. First the wrong starters were provide for our guests and for the main course one of our guest received the wrong side dishes and another none at all. So our guest ate the meat without anything along.
