reasonable accommodation for cost
Room is very clean and comfortable. They have two restaurants for breakfast, refinery & Hachi,refinery saffes are very hospitality foods are enough for breakfast. Foods at Hachi was good but one thing they should improve is their staffes attitude. Somehow I felt that I was being served from robot. Location of this hotel is good to access to near mall.

사실 전 필리핀에서 4년넘게 살다가 다시 다른곳에서 살다 몇년만에 필리핀에 놀러갔습니다. 처음에 엣사 샹그릴라에 있었기때문에, 솔직히 시설면에서는 이곳은 특급호텔수준이 아니었습니다. 그래도 샹그릴라에 비해서 가장 맘에드는점은 주변환경입니다. 저는 마카티 락웰근처에서 살았기때문에 파워플렌트를 2틀에 한번은 가다시피 했었어요. 이곳은 가격은 sm몰이나 다른 대형몰보다는 비싸지만,안전면이나 한국사람쇼핑수준에 비하면 정말 괜찮은 제품이 많습니다. 장기투숙하실분이라면, 편안하게 주변 구경하고 술마시고 차마시고 이럴분들이라면 추천하구요. 가드나, 프론트데스트맨이나 전부 친절하구요, 식사나 기타시설이 주변에 있어서 편안하게 쉴수있습니다.

they all looked after us
everyone was there to help when our room was not what we needed and francis took our bags to 3 rooms and made sure all was in order then there was rudolf who upgraded our room even though the booking was not his mistake and yvonne was amazing in her cleanliness of the room and rollie the guard on the door to the shopping centre was always smiling even though i had been over there 3 other times that day and elmer helped so much by explaining how we were going with the remote on the tv and oven and then to see me carrying a box offered to take it to the room im so grateful for the work they put into there jobs

Great price that can't be beat. Safe area in Rockwell with many restaurants, shopping, entertainment nearby, gym and a great place to run.

Just like an old friend
I have been staying at the Joya Loft and Towers for over five years now. I visit sometimes twice a year and each time I get convinced to keep coming back. They have everything you need to have a comfortable stay and is great for visiting relatives as I do.

Bad bed
The check-in was very good, professional and quick. The room was very clean, nice layout, and had a contemporary look. The bad part was the bed. The double size bed was terrible. You could feel the springs in the bed. The bed squeaked terribly, and my feet hanged over the edge about 6 inches, and I'm 6 feet tall. The most important part of any hotel stay is the bed, and because that part failed terribly, I have to leave this bad rating.

This place is unbelievable.In fact, it was by far the most incredible hotel experience that I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and attentive.They made us feel special.It was so romantic,we got engaged.

quick stop at Manila
The staff was absolutely friendly and attentive to needs. The apartment was immaculate. The quiet pool is huge and clean; i taught snorkeling to a first time student. This is home away from home.

Convenient and comfortable hotel at Rockwell
Joya Lofts and Towers is really a clean, convenient, and affordable hotel, being located just in front of Power Plant Mall, which I believe is one of the best shopping malls in Manila: The mall itself is not so big, but they have everything that foreigners need (Especially, I like thier delicatessen). It's nice staying at Joya and having exactly the same life as that of expats. Another big advantage is the security in Rockwell. Rockwell may be safer and securer than Makati. The building and equipment of Joya may be a bit old, but the staff members are kind and attentive. Among the numerous hotels that I stayed in Manila and Ortigas Center, Joya Lofts and Towers is one of the most recommendable hotels.

Great location
Makati traffic is stifling, so save yourself driving around by staying at this location near Power Plant Mall. Great dining options are nearby as well as shopping and the movies. The hotel gym is good as well

Rockwell's best kept secret
Excellent choice if staying in Rockwell. Easy access to shopping, dining and relaxed nightlife. Professional staff that is consistent in demeanor. Adolf (Ady) runs the front counter like no other. Always quick to address any concern, polite and smiling. You will appreciate his communication skills; no robotic questions or answers like the staff at Aruga, New World Makati, or Picasso to name a few.

安全で便利
深夜でも安全なエリアで、落ち着いた街。隣のパワープラントモールには美味しいレストランがあり、このエリアからでなくても大抵のものがそろって便利。最近はグラブタクシーがたくさん走っていて、すぐに捕まえられる。

Excellent value for the price
Second time back at Joya and nothing to disappoint even the most meticulous traveler. After staying at Aruga several times, I will now only stay at Joya. Excellent service, privacy, no annoying questions and awkward moments here. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds, super clean, pleasant staff and easy access to the gym next door. Much better to stay in Rockwell with the good restaurants, shopping, and safety. This hotel is located in an area one could definitely live in. Staff member Jill is excellent in guest relations. I had the most professional and hospitable experience dealing with her. Compared to New World Makati, Picasso and Aruga, this place has the most professional service.

Stayed in Room 43S. Unit owner take note: TV reception was bad, kitchen utensils are old, broken wine glass, bathroom fixtures needs some fixing, clogged sink. Thanked God, hotel staff were accommodating, thou, I am wondering they charge to print flight details.

Just good/ok but not great
The unit itself is good. We had a 1 bedroom unit. However, I feel like the bedroom could be improved. The bed itself is good but the room, in general, lacks proper lighting. You don't even have lamps on your nightstand. There's an overhead light and the lone lamp is on a desk nowhere close to either side of the bed. The room was amply sized, so I felt the masters also lacked additional furniture. Could have used additional seating in the bedroom. All in all, the unit was good, as the complaints are cosmetic in nature but for a place this expensive, you kind of expect it to be really good.

Joya at Rockwell
Stayed 4 nights in a safe neighborhood with Power Plant Mall across the street that makes it convenient for shopping and eating. Not so convenient for MRT unless you can take a jeepny or walk a long way, otherwise take a taxi.

Near the mail, quiet and near the airport.
There are lots of road construction going on right now including the airport area, so we decided to stay in Manila before our flight. We choose Joya Loft and Tower because it's a quiet area and steps from Rockwell, there's a passage that you can take to avoid crossing the street and when we stay it was raining. The staffs are very polite and helpful, the room is big enough for 2 for bachelor room, it's need and tidy. You have access to gym and swimming pool. You have 2 options where to have breakfast but I will recommend "Refinery" bcoz the serving is huge, taste really good (for me it's like home made) and it's not so busy. Most importantly it's only 30 mins away to the airport so no worry about traffic.
