Buonasera dall'Hotel San Benedetto,ci teniamo a sottolineare che, originariamente la prenotazione era stata fatta, e che al momento della prenotazione vi siete presentati in 4, pertanto, non era possibile preparare la camera secondo le vostre esigenze, una volta accettata la proposta del receptionist ed essere saliti in camera, ci è stato comunicato che la camera fosse apposto.alle 23:00 è sceso, solamente perchè non le era passato il fatto di aver prenotato una camera consona alla vostra situazione, a comunicarci che il letto era inagibile, ora in cui non è possibile trovare qualcuno che possa ripararlo, quando in realtà il letto singolo presentava solamente un piccolo problema, che lo rendeva comunque perfettamente agibile.Tuttavia, in quanto non potevamo risolvere il problema, le è stato proposto un rimborso completo che sul momento ha rifiutato.La mattina seguente si è presentato in reception PRETENDENDO il rimborso, quando le era stato comunicato che il "problema" del letto sarebbe stato risolto, tuttavia lei aveva già deciso che se ne sarebbe voluto andare. Durante la discussione con il responsabile, ha usato minacce di chiamare il suo legale oppure "ho già pronta la pec da inviare all'avvocato", che sono azioni perseguibili per legge, al fine di ottenere un rimborso totale per la prenotazione da lei sbagliata a fare. in seguito a ciò, ci siamo impegnati a restituire il rimborso di 250,00 a fronte dell'accaduto.speriamo che questa risposta possa aver chiarito la posizione dell'hotel nei confronti della questione, e che gli altri utenti di Expedia non ne vengano influenzati.Distinti saluti
