It should be noted that it was chosen as an interior room in your reservation. We have in the description of the Hotel as well as when you make a reservation, all the information respecting the interior rooms, which all have windows to the hallway or a skylight. Furthermore, every single room has a private bathroom and your room is also in a quiet area, so concerning the noise probably it was a rush hour. However, in situations like this, you can inform the reception service to manage and provide a solution to your stay. Concerning the cleaning service, they clean and provide utensils every 2 days in each room. It was a pleasure to have you here and thank you for choosing Hostal Kasa. Lamento mucho que no le haya gustado nuestro hotel. Creo que hubo un malentendió por el tipo de habitación. habían reservado una habitación interior y una petición posterior para cambiar por una exterior e no pudo ser por que no había libre una exterior por el periodo que hospedaba. . Que no le gusto de allí a este comentario tan negativo hay un mundo. Seguro que mayoría de los huéspedes han dejado comentarios muy positivos por que estamos trabajando y prestando un servicio excelente para ser un hostal. Usted no pagaba mas de 30 euro por 2 personas por día no creo que esperaba prestaciones de hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas por este precio. Lo aseguro que seguiremos trabajando para mejorar e prestar mejor servicio posible dentro de nuestra posibilidades. Un saludo
