Dear Mr Businessman, As a 5*Hosted Accommodation we proudly display our ECO Friendly Star. Our rooms are heated/cooled usually 1 hour before guests arrival. However with an occasional unexpected early arrival this measure may not happen. The remote thermostat is managed by guests to suit their comfort and preference. Our well above average breakfasts, offer a wide variety of fresh Albany local & regional produce. Breakfasts are attentively cooked according to guests specific requests. Each of our 3 bedrooms are identified and described according to size, amenities and views offered. We will happily move guests to another room if available and a request is communicated. We ask our guests if their needs are being met during their stay as we take pride in assuring they have a wonderful and satisfying experience.

Our queen rooms are intimate and cosy :-) We do have a King Room now which is more spacious. So glad you enjoyed our amazing breakfasts. We love coming up with unique dishes and serving them to our guests.

We love veering away from the traditional bacon and eggs, though that is on offer should guests prefer that option.
