Staff (especially the night-time staff) were very helpful and cheerful. The property is a little run down and there’s no breakfast but otherwise, it’s what u expect to get for this price. The Lyft driver they called turned out to be a dick (not the hotels’ fault), as he took the fare and then dropped me n a very bad ghetto area. No internet, so no ability to call a cab, no translation abilities, etc. i hailed a cab and said “aeropuerto” and he took me to the airport, where I had Wi-Fi and could book a different hotel for that night.

Very charming hotel in a great location in Miraflores. I love that we're so close to the beach! The room is huge and the beds are so comfortable we actually didn't want to leave! Good wi-fi connection, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is decent. I highly recommend this place.

It looks different than online. Our first room had black mold on the ceiling in the shower and it was peeling, also saw a bug in the sink. The staff was very nice and said that is how all rooms are due to the humidity and he moved us to a different room which still had a mildew smell but at least was clean. Also, the room didn't have screens so you couldn't open the window without getting in bugs. The breakfast was very good and walk able to lots of restaurants so overall it was good but they could use a remodel on the rooms.

La struttura e in buona posizione, le stanze pulite, non vi è riscaldamento tolto una stuferà da bagno elettrica, niente asciugacapelli, La colazione è la peggiore, di scarsa qualità e quantità che abbiamo fatto in Perù, veramente inqualificabile, da evitare.

Nice boutique hotel. More on the rustic side of the decoration and updates. Well located. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast but the bread was good.

They got the big things right and then went beyond expectations with little touches. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly English-speaking staff, nice location, timely communication through Expedia messaging, transport services to/from airport. While getting checked in, we were given a glass of fresh orange juice. Also provided, hot water, quality toilet paper, quality sheets and bedding, a fan in the room (great for white noise). Those little luxuries make you feel like a welcomed guest.

Sehr freundliches Personal und pünktlicher Flughafentransfer. Unser Zimmer war schön ruhig gelegen und hatte gute Betten. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr umfangreich - auch im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Peru.

My room had a strong musty smell. I don't know if it was the mattress or something else. The painting on the ceiling was peeling. The small towel for the feet as yo come out of the shower was broken. It was my worst experience in a hotel in Peru. The management needs to invest in the property specially if they are going to charge the sort of price I paid. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no one to give me a hand with my luggage walking up three flights of stairs as there is no lift.

Nice place. Small and the staff is great. There was no AC in the room but it was OK for my stay because it was not hot outside. Room was not as nice as picture but still was a pleasant place to stay.

We loved staying here. It is a lovely B&B in a great location and had a lovely homey and cozy feel. Staff are all excellent, friendly, attentive, and super helpful. The bed was very comfortable and felt luxurious. The rest of the room and bathroom were a little tired, but totally not an issue at all. The location is amazing. Plenty of places were easy to walk to and five minute walk from the park on the shore. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need. We got so much bag for our buck here. If you’re looking for a cozier stay in a local place outside of large, impersonal hotel chains, this place is perfect.

Good place to stay in a nice area of town. Close to ocean and shopping as well as restaurants. On the whole friendly staff, good breakfast, and reasonable in-house taxi service to and from airport and bus station.

Be careful they change your room without notice
Hotel overbooked, give my room to others and changed my room to an old apartment, he just informed me and said no choice for me. And told me it is an upgrade, but I don’t think so. The apartment seems still has some person live there and no lock inside the house for the main door. Seems not safe. And I need to walk back to Casa Belle for breakfast. Breakfast is only some fruit, cheese, ham, bread and egg

I have expected more for this price
Nice and very helpful staff. The hotel is outdated/needs to be cleaned. The room smelled moldy. Wifi wasn't working properly in the room. The breakfast was very good.

The service was very great. Michael went out of his way to help us. For the most part everybody at the front desk was nice. The hotel however needs some updating. Rugs were torn in the hallway. Could not put paper in the toilet for fear of flooding. Breakfast could’ve been a little better too.
