It was very wonderful experience. Firat of all, the room that we stayed is perfect. And Host's present made me happy. She was very kind. Hotel's location is easy access to tour spot. If you choose only one in verona, I strongly recommend this hotel.

올드타운에 위치함에도 룸이 넓음. 최근 레노베이션했는지 깨끗하고 엘리베이터도 있고 아레나에 아주 가까이 있어 중심가에서 밤늦게까지 시간을 보낼 수 있음. 단 하나 불만이라면 뷔페조식 제공이라고 싸이트에서 알고 가서. 체크인때 아침을 신청했는데... 브라운백 도시락이었음.

아레나와 메인 쇼핑 거리에서 매우 가까우면서도 호텔이 위치한 골목은 조용해서 쉬기 좋았다. 침구류가 매우 편안하고 시걸이 깨끗했다. 어매니티도 좋고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 체크인과 체크아웃도 편안했다. 직원들은 친절하고 체크인 할 때 베로나 관광지도에 볼 곳들을 표시해 주어서 큰 도움이 되었다. 체크아웃 이후에도 관광할 동안 짐을 무료로 맡아주었다. 또 가고 싶은 숙소이다.

베로나에서 1박 머무르며 지냈던 숙소 입니다. 열흘간의 여행 중 중간쯤 되는 일정이어서 주방이 딸린 숙소를 찾다가 예약하게 되었습니다. 옛 건물을 리모델링 해서 만든 숙소인 것 같았습니다. 바로 옆 건물도 공사중이었으나 낮에는 여행을 다녀서 소음으로 인해 크게 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 베로나는 워낙 작아서 ㅎㅎ숙소에서 도보로 여행지에 가기에 무리가 없었습니다. 엘레베이터가 있지만 1층 정도는 캐리어를 들고 계단을 올라가야 합니다. 엘레베이터는 문을 수동으로 닫아야하는 시스템이었고 굉장히 느렸어요 ㅎㅎ 새로운 경험이었습니다. 방-거실 겸 주방-화장실의 구조였고 방과 거실 겸 주방에 각각 냉/난방 시스템이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다 좋았으나 저녁 8시쯤 갑자기 화재알람 같은 비상벨이 울렸지만 특별히 직원이 일을 해결해 주거나 상황 설명을 해 주지 않았습니다. 알람은 20분 정도 울렸고 다른 객실에서도 손님들이 나와서 그저 두리번 대다가 방으로 들어갔습니다. 그 부분에서 직원들의 응대가 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 설거지는 다음날 하우스키핑 시 해 주신다고 했지만 프론트에 요청하니 일회용 수세미와 세제를 가져다 주셔서 잘 이용하였습니다. 전반적으로 위치나 객실이 청결하였고, 주방이 있다는 장점이 있어서 다른 분들에게도 추천 드리고 싶은 숙소 입니다.

부엌 기대하지 않았는데 깨끗하고 최신식 시설입니다. 리셉션 직원이 빠르고 요구를 바로 들어주려고 항상 준비되어 있어요. 가격이 저렴해서 기대하지 않았지만 시설도 좋고 넓고 정말 편안하게 해주려는 마음이 느껴졌습니다. 위치도 주요 관광지와 가까워서 걸어다닐 수 있어요.

We stayed here as a family for a couple of nights. Even though it was in the centre of Verona and directly off the busy shopping streets it was very quiet and no issues sleeping. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping refreshed the water and coffee supplies in the room daily which was great. Check in was quick but check out was 10.30am and a bit of a rush to get out when on holiday with a family of four. Very close to all the restaurants and walkable for all the local sites. Breakfast was an option but we used local supermarkets/local restaurants instead.

Absolutely spotless aparthotel right in the centre of Verona. We had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining area and super modern bathroom with a really good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, felt safe and comfy. Recommended!

Another great stay. This property is elegant, clean and conveniently located. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. I also loved that i could do some grocery shopping and make some meals in the apartment instead of always eating out.

Struttura completamente e funzionalmente ristrutturata. Appartamento ben arredato e fornito. Pulitissimo e ben insonorizzato. A differenza della maggior parte delle strutture, il divano letto ha un buon materasso. Posizione eccellente a 30 metri dalla via Mazzini. Ambienti comuni accoglienti e profumatissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato dell’appartamento Aida, con due camere da letto separate e un divano letto nell’ampia zona soggiorno. Il bagno è spazioso e veramente ben equipaggiato.

Hotel is excellent
Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.

The property was very nice . The rooms was modern and very clean and the bed comfortable.Did not like the fact that reception was right outside of our door . The street outside very noisy . The air conditioning was set on very warm and we could not alter so had to sleep with the door to the balcony open and the street noise was quite loud . Check out time was 10:30 and there were no other rooms to use after check out to freshen up and our transport only left at 4pm . I think this check out time is far to early as check in time was 3:30 . The basically loose 5 hours in a full stay . In a great central location

Five stars all round
The property is in an excellent location and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The suite gave us plenty of room to spread out after spending over a week in cramped hotel rooms. We even decided to stay an extra night. The accommodations were very comfortable and the little kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, two burner stove, dishes and pots and pans. It's an easy day train trip to Venice and Florence and it's nice to come back to Verona in the evening and get away from the crowds in the other cities. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was nice and the staff extremely helpful. The only drawback is that there is no parking nearby. you can temporarily park a block or so away, but it feels like a long walk when you're pulling a big suitcase.
