Katastrof
Vi bokade och betalade för 7 dagar. Bilderna på internet såg fina och rena ut men själva hotellet är som mardröm. Jättesmutsigt, mögeldoft, smutsiga sängkläder, fläckar på väggen, gammalt skick,ingen kyl och ingen kassaskåp. Det kliade hela natten. Det var inte en enda handduk och badduk. Vi var 3 personer och vi alla var chockade över hur dåligt detta ställe var. Det är ingen hotell alls, ingen 3 stjärna. Vi kom sent på kvällen och gick därifrån direkt nästa dagen till en mycket bättre hotell. Vi fick inga pengar tillbaka och personalen var otrevlig.

Das ist kein Hotel. Es ist eine Abrissreife, an allen stellen schimmelnde , und gefühlt noch nie geputztes irgend etwas. Diese vermeintliches Hotel hatdafür gesorgt, das ich beschlossen habe nie wieder mit Expedia zu reisen ! Einfach eine Frechheit so was Kunden überhaupt anzubieten !

Very disapponted in term of cleanliness, convenience, hotel check in and staffing problem. No internet wifi , television and hot water does not working properly, bath towel did not change and garbage is not thrown away for three days stay in this hotel.

The worst experience with hotels .com
On 03/02/2017 I booked 3 rooms in "Artemis Old City Hotel including free car park facilities for our two cars. After booking, I made a call to hotels to confirm that they have car park facilites and they told me that they did have a free car park, which i s a 5 miniute walk away from the back of the hotel. The Next day we drove 5 hours from Ankara to Istanbul to the hotel. The receptionist gave us three forms to sign and then walked upstairs with us in order to give us the rooms. I asked him for the directions to the free car park, but he told us that there is no free car park and you can pay for the car park at the back of the hotel, which is not linked to the hotel or its deals. I told him we booked the rooms with free car park and he imphasised that there is no car park and if you want I will cancel your rooms. I told him to cancel our reservation and then we immediatly left their hotel, without occupying any room and went to another hotel and paid more to stay there.Then, I immediately called booking .com on the same day and described the matter. The employee told me to hold, whilst he was talking to the hotel manager and the manager told him that we have car park facilities at the back of hotel. However, the manager was not stating the truth as the parking was not owned by their company. when they break a part of this agreement with me this means they overrided their agreement with the customer and legally have to refund the amount but the hotels.com did not refund.

Lors de notre réservation, l'hôtel était présenté comme un hôtel trois étoiles offrant différents services dont petit déjeuner, room service. La réalité est très différente. La "réception" se limite à un comptoir coincé sous l'escalier. Le réceptionniste parle à peine anglais et le "bonjour" est exceptionnel. On accède aux chambres par un escalier étroit à la moquette usée jusqu'à la corde. Le linge sale est entreposé sur le premier palier. Notre chambre était au deuxième étage. Nous avons eu droit à deux serviettes pour 4 personnes. Elles n'ont jamais été changées pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits. Il y avait en plus un petit morceau de savon mais ni gel douche ni shampooing. Le placard sous le lavabo ainsi que les joints étaient noirs de crasse et il valait mieux ne pas regarder sous les lits. La balai n'y avait visiblement pas été passé depuis plusieurs semaines. Quant à l'eau chaude, elle était en option. Pas plus de deux minutes le premier et le troisième jour, juste suffisant pour deux personnes le deuxième jour et, bouquet final, ni eau chaude ni eau froide le dernier jour. Pas de trace de petit déjeuner mais vu l'hygiène c'était préférable, d'autant qu'il y a d'excellents cafés à proximité. Seul atout, l'emplacement.La mosquée bleue est à 2 mn à pied, la basilique Sainte-Sophie, le grand bazar à moins de 10mn...

Never book this
First of all the hotel is almost not findable, you have to ask 50 people until you find the hotel in the backyard of a small street. The room conditions were terrible, I really don't know how to describe without using bad words. As soon as we arrived we checked out again and booked another hotel. I traveld my life a lot and everywhere, but was the worst I've ever seen.

One the worst experience I had in hotel in my life the air conditioner was not working in my all stay the room was dirty they don't have any cleaner to clean the rooms the staff even worse they were not helpful I recommend this hotel to no one please don't stay in this hotel.

Hallo! Zoals de titel al zegt, mijn verblijf in het Artemis hotel was een zeer slechte ervaring. -In de éérste plaats het is geen 3 sterren hotel, ook geen 2 sterren hotel, het is eerder een motel. -Warm water is een luxe in dit 'hotel', met name als je een kamer hebt op de hogere verdiepingen krijg je geen warm water. Ik kon mijn kamer op de 4de verdieping, ruilen met een kamer op de eerste verdieping, een andere gast kon dat niet. -s'Avonds heb je geen geluidsoverlast van andere gasten of de omgeving, wel van de medewerkers met name bij de receptie. -Het 'hotel' word amper of helemaal niet schoongemaakt. Het hal ziet er verschrikkelijk uit, tot dat je de kamers ziet, in één woord: vies! -Ik ben van Turkse komaf, dus ik versta het personeel. Al bestond het personeel uit Koerden en ik versta geen Koerdisch, spraken ze in het Turkse zeer denigrerend over de gasten: asociale personeel. -Kluizen werken niet, televisies werken niet en mijn laatste dag was er ook geen wifi verbinding. Dit was niet alleen een probleem in de kamers waar ik verbleef, maar de andere gasten hadden dezelfde probleem. Is er niks goeds aan dit hotel? De ligging is goed, het ligt in een goede rustige straat van Sultan Ahmet. Boek aub een andere hotel, het is het niet waard.

Verschrikkelijk echt niet te verblijven
Hele slechte ervaring met het hotel. Geen service slechte bedden, stonk naar muf, ijzer van het bed was eruit, schimmels in bad en op de muren. We zijn daar niet blijven overnachten, vertrokken naar een ander hotel. Kortsluiting gehad. Wij waren letterlijk in gevaar met mijn familie! Leidinggevende heeft geen moeite gedaan om tot een oplossing te komen en expedia is helaas afhankelijk van het hotel wat zeer teleurstellend is! Hotel behoort niet eens tot 1 ster!

Erstes Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Hotelinformationen vom Expedia. Zimmer sah wie ein Abstellkammer aus, Dunkel, Klein, Kein richtiges Fenster. Das Bett ging nach 2 -3 mal Sitzen bereits kaputt( bei ca. 68kg belastung) . Darauf hin gleich beschwerde eingelegt und das Geld zurück verlangt, nach ruhiger Diskussion und nach der Betonung "Expedia anrufen" wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen obwohl woher uns gesagt wurde das kein anderes Zimmer frei ist . Zweites Zimmer war deutlich besser, Hell sogar mit einem Zusätzlichen Bett und Sofa. Es war zwar am Direkt an der Strasse hnd sehr laut zu Teils aber im mitten von istanbul geht es wahrscheinlich nicht anders. Trotzdessen Fernseher, Haartrocker defekt funtionierten nicht. Bettkomfort ging zwahr aber habe ich schon deutlich besseres gehabt. Das Frühstück war ok, Brott, Tee, Kaffe, Salami, Butter , Olivien, Tomaten, Gurken. Das wars aber auch schon. Das einzig grandiöse war der Ausblick auf der Terasse ganz oben im Dach, wo wir auch gefrühstück haben. Das hat zwahr vieles negative weggemacht , trotzdessen muss ich negativ bewerten. Das Hotel hat grosses Potenzial aber es muss dafür was gemacht werden. Renovierung ist schon lenkst fällig. Ist. isht böse gemeint. Jetzt

Hotellet er det suverænt værste vi har oplevet I hele vort liv, det eneste positive vi kan sige om det er, at udsigten var mageløst, da gardinet blev slået fra, ved at åbne det vindue, som holdt det I den ene side..! Værelset var meget beskidt, der var store pletter på sofa, seng og gulv. Der var ikke varmt vand I bruseren. Vi var så skuffede, at vi kl. 20.00 på ankomstdagen havde fundet et andet hotel I byen, og rykkede ud af dette forfærdentlige sted...! Dette hotel er fuldstændig uegnet til udlejning...!!!

Das Hotel ist die reinste Absteige
Zimmer ohne Fenster; mit einem Vorhang ist das Fenster nur vorgetäuscht. Dreckige Zimmer, schrottreifes Mobiliar, Toilette und Dusche auf 2 m gepfercht, um in die Dusche zu gelangen muss man über die Toilettenschüssel drübersteigen. Heizung war in beiden Zimmern defekt, eine Heizun war eiskalt und die andere so heiß, daß man im Zimmer 30 Grad hatte.Geschrei und Gebrüll mitten in der Nacht. Gezwungenermaßen haben wir eine Nacht in dem Hotel übernachtet, am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen, dadurch Mehrkosten in Höhe von knapp 300 € gehabt. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen und auch nicht mehr bei Expedia buchen. Maßlose Enttäuschung !!!! Leider habe ich es versäumt Fotos zu machen, die meine Aussagen belegen würden aber das Hotel ist ja noch vorhanden und durch Expedia inspizierbar.

Vlakbij Sultanahmet maar heel slecht !
Ik ben teleurgesteld, dit is geen 3 sterren hotel ! Heel slecht, geen netheid, oude kapotte meubels, vieze toilet overal schimmel en bacteriën. Durf niet te douchen. Zonde voor je geld !

出来れば宿泊しないほうが良い。
ホテルの看板がわかりずらく、探すのに苦労した。エレベーターがないので３階以上に宿泊するのは大変。また、階段がらせん階段で階段幅も狭く危ない。エアコンの反応が鈍い。TVが映らない。ゴミが落ちていた。

Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel ist die Lage(Sehenswuerdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erfeichbar)Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und dreckig,das Bad ist schimmelig und ebenfalls sehr schmutzig.Waehrend unserem Aufenthalt wurde kein einziges Mal gewischt.Unser Zimmer war im 4.Stock mit Ausblick auf Muellberge und eine kaputte Kloschuessl.Das Fruehstueck. bestand aus einer nicht mehr ganz frischen Wurst und einer ranzigen Butter.Nach 2Tagen freute ich mich schon auf die Heimreise.

Not booking this hotel again
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The room was really small, which is alright if you are only there for sleeping. But the bathroom inc. sleeping room were pretty dirty. Breakfast was alright, the offer was quite small. We also booked the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, got our tickets & paied for it. As it was meant to leave at night (2.30am) we waited until 3am and there was still no shuttle. The guy at the reception only said it will come in 2 min but nothing happened, so we wanted our money back & had to organize our way to the airport ourselves as the receptionist did not care at all about us. We do not recommend this hotel at all! There are a lot of better places to stay for the same price!

Istanbul est une ville magnifique, mais l'hôtel artemis n'est pas confort, le ménage pas fait dans les chambres, les draps jamais changé, Décevant, mon mari a eu des plaques rouge sorti sur tout son corps a cause de la non propreté de l'hôtel, par contre l'hôtel est approximité de tout on a tout fait à pied voilà l'avantage de cet hôtel.

Difficile da raggiungere , ingresso soffocato dai negozietti e con un corridoio come reception e personale distratto. Camera piccolissima e scale con moquette vecchia e sporca.

Hotel sehr zentral aber sehr unhygienisch!!!
Das Hotel ist echt sehr zentral aber sehr unhygienisch. Meiner Tochter und mein Mann haben von den Betten/Bettwäsche Bettwanzen bisse bekommen!! Mann bekommt nur alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher und das Zimmer wird alle 3 Tage sauber gemacht

Expedia secret deal shambles
Not happy with expedia. The hotel was picked by Expedia on there secret deal offer, they guarantee a good hotel but what i was given was not. Visit other review sites about the hotel a d you csn see why i had an issue. I didnt get a refund so i won't be using expedia due to false advertising

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
The hotel manager (Owner) was very friendly and welcoming, which made us enjoy our time there even more. The staff at the reception were very helpful and always available. The best place in the hotel is the terrace, it has a beautiful view and is a relaxing place.

keine kostenlose parkplätze,wlan funkzioniert nur im erdgeschoss und in 5 stock,gute aussicht nur aus der Kantine oben,manches Zimmer haben gar kein Fenster oder aussicht auf der vermüllten hof. 1,2 Nächte kann mann aushalten. Nur die Lage ist perfekt.
