I called Sheridan's BW before making reservation re: Accessibility and my mother needing walk-in, yes she could with her limited walking ability. No more requirements were mentioned. We ended up with a tall tub, dirty grout in a room without any windows to daylight across the busy street from breakfast. It was totally unacceptable. We cancelled that day and found other accommodations. It was a three night stay and after repeated calls they refused to refund any of the $500 cost. The hotel we found said they get similar complaints from customers of BW's poor customer service. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE Housekeeping very friendly, staff at the desk, consistently save one, rude.
