Overall our stay was good. We chose downtown for a night so we could be close to the Arch and different restaurants.
Parking was odd. We didn't know where to park and circled around quite a bit before pulling up to the hotel. The closest ramp did not allow overnight parking so that wasn't an option for us. Valet parking was $47/night with in and out privileges. We opted for this but then never ended up needing our car for our one night stay. Would have been cheaper to find an overnight parking ramp for $25. If you are however needing to use a car to go someplace it's best to do the valet then as you can get your car as many times as you want.
Our room was spacious - had a 2 queen with pull out couch. We were disappointed with managers reception as they didn't have any food; just drinks. For adults this wasn't a big deal, but our kids would have liked a little snack.
Pool was super small and each time we went to try and go it was horribly packed and never any towels.
Pillows in the room were exceptionally small. Also no extra pillows in the room for the pull out couch.
Breakfast redeemed this hotel for us. Many options - waffle bar, full service made to order omelets or eggs, buffet with cereal, fresh oatmeal & toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage links, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a few other items; coffee and juices.
Kind of maze to get from our room to the elevator. It is a large hotel and you will find a mix of families and business travelers here.
