한국분들 보시면 참고하시라고 남깁니다. 저는 렌트해서 다녔는데, 여기 주소까진 찾기 쉽습니다. 다만 정확히 몇 호인지 몰라서 앞에서 30분 헤매다가 다른 크로아티아인 도움 받고 연락됬네요. 가실꺼면 연락처까지 꼭 확인하시고(080으로 시작하는 번호 아닙니다.. 그거 한국 ㅠㅠ) 가세요. 혹 그냥 가시게되면 젤 윗층에 흰색 문 열고 들어가면 거기가 주인집이에요~! 참고로 와이파이 안되는 집입니다. 그럼 도움 되셨길...

clean and nice room
Room was very nice and clean and i was satisfied. Everything is good other than distance. It is far from split old town around 8km . So if u go threre, u should take bus or taxi. The restaurant that host recommended to us was also good.

Wunderbar - dem Preis angemessen!!!
Problemlos eingecheckt, sehr freundlich empfangen und alles verständlich (deutsch und englisch) erklärt. Kleine, saubere Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit allem, was nötig ist. Eine unerwartet herrliche Aussicht auf die Meeresbucht vom riesigen Balkon.

Dear Annika, I don't know what the problem was, because from your review I can't understand what you were dissatisfied with, but I guess you wanted to have an apartment overlooking the sea ... if you remember I offered you a more expensive apartment but you rejected my offer! I must mention that I have fulfilled all your wishes and even approved for you free parking in the garage .. I think the least you could do, and that was to be correct!!

Avoid these apartments!
Avoid these apartments. I stayed at Apartment Znjan for two nights as part of a group of three friends. The check in process was fine, with good initial communication from the manager. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. There were two big downsides, however. The first is that there was only air conditioning in the lounge, with only a ceiling fan in the bedroom, which with temperatures of 30 degrees plus outside was not sufficiently cooling and meant we had to move a mattress into the lounge to be able to sleep. The second is that there is a major building site right next door to the apartments. Both mornings heavy earthwork machinery started from 0730. This was incredibly loud and meant that sleeping and relaxing in the apartment during daytime hours was impossible. When we checked out my friends and I asked for a discount to reflect the extreme disruption and were told that it was not possible as the price had already been lowered because of the work. This is a lie, as we booked the apartment months ago, and we were told the work had only started one month previous to our stay. We were not informed at any point about this nose and disruption, and if we had known we would have tried to find alternative accommodation. Additionally we were told we could only pay in cash, so I suspect the business is being run illegally to avoid tax.

first of all I have to say that the works you mentioned did not last all day but only a couple of hours in the morning, but unfortunately I have no influence on the decision of the city administration and I could not know when and what would happen to the construction site so I couldn't even warn you, and for your information the mentioned works have been going on for two years (fortunately this is the last one). As for the discount - you got it and still got a free use of the garage which costs 10 € / day .. For your part, it is very rude to ask for a discount by blackmailing "You will either grant us a discount or we will put a bad review" !! As for the payment of vibst tax, you have been provided with a statutory bill for the residence service.

Vi bodde på en byggeplass , så bare maskiner som førte med seg masse bråk fra kl 07.00 og utover dagen. Absolutt det dårligste oppholde jeg har hatt utenlands noen gang..Ikke et rent håndkle på en hel uke med 32-33 grader . Elendig opphold , hadde mest lyst til å dra derfra, men besøkte andre plasser . There are things I can't influence, you said you wanted to escape and you could go to a hotel where the room costs € 300 per night and I suggested you another room at a higher price with a view of the sea you didn't want it! you could ask and we would get new towels, of course since we were not a five star hotel we would not change towels every day but every third day you could get new towels.

That was nice clean apartment with walking distance to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downs we experienced were no ac in the second room and they don’t except credit cards.

Hello, thank you for your review regarding access to another room since there were only two of you I see no reason to have access to another room where we have two single beds because I guess you won't sleep on three beds, part of the apartment you had on had everything you need from the kitchen, sleeping area, balcony etc As for the payment method, everything is stated on the website and on the confirmation of your reservation you just had to read it carefully before booking. It’s another hotel in front of this place. This means NO sea view at all as the pictures trying to say. Dirty and small room Construction area on the back Strange “reception” in the garage “Cash only” I do NOT recommend this hotel!

Dear Caroline, before you booked you should first read the description of the room and look at the pictures, because each room has its own pictures and the exact description and you obviously looked at the picture gallery of the whole property! And just so you know we have an apartment with a sea view Superior Apartment ”which is more expensive than the apartment you booked. On web site also clearly states that we take only cash! And finally, as far as cleanliness is concerned - 100% of our guests think the rooms are clean and if you had any complaints you should have told us immediately and not come home and write up fabrications!

Great place to stay for shorter or longer trips
Great service, they provided information and apartment-supplies when needed, and were really nice to talk with.The apartment was clean when we arrived and contained everything we needed for the stay. The only thing we took note of was that the bed was hard, so our backs got a bit sore.. And the local area had a lot of construction going on (no noise, just not so nice to look at).

Tiene plaza de Parking ! Esta a unos 8 minutos en coche del centro de split , la playa a 4 minutos !!! Playa de guijarro blanco pequeña preciosa agua transparente !!! . Apartamento con todo y muy limpio !! agradable con vistas !! El cheking llamas por telefono y en 5 minutos estaba el chico para darnos las llaves super amable !!! Un 10 ! Ubicacion tranquila .dejan pagar en euros ! ;)

Hotel in rommelige buurt
2 kamers gehad: de eerste prima. Voorkant gebouw met uitzicht op zee en ruim terras. De tweede slecht. Ligt onder in de kelder met soms benzinedampen van de gratis parkeergarage op de gang. De tweede: geen internet en permanente schemering en uitzicht op een muur. Niet geschikt voor verhuur. Desa die ons ontvangt is prima en behulpzaam. Het gebouw staat er al dik tien jaar maar de omgeving is nog steeds een zooitje. Slechte toegangsweg, puin en afval in omgeving. Gewoon treurig. Het strand is vaak overvol en de scherpe kiezelsteentjes zijn geen pretje. Waterschoentjes zijn bijna een must als je wilt zwemmen. De beachbarretjes zijn OK en parkeren en ligbedden zijn gratis. Het strand ligt op loopafstand maar vergt wel een aardige klim. De bushalte naar Split is in de buurt maar de laatste bus terug vertrekt al om elf uur. Split is leuk en in de historische binnenstad kun je goed eten bij Bokaria. Als je van kunst houdt is het Gallerie/Museum Mesterovic een must. Vergeet ook niet het bijbehorende kerkje 300 meter verderop te zoeken. Zit in de prijs van het ticket. Prachtig houtsnijwerk van de meester. Ga vroeg en neem je zwemspullen mee want tussen museum en kerkje ligt een leuk strand, minder druk dan Znjan tegenover het appartement. in de buurt van Znjan kun je lekker eten bij het betaalbare Dalmatino, een restaurant waar je vanuit Znjan opkijkt maar via een omweg bereikt. Probeer zeker de garnalenpate. Kortom: Split is leuk, Znjan geen aanrader en Desa, gastvrouw een topper.

Great Apartment close to Beach
Great apartment, we were upgraded into a larger one due to demand and it was brilliant. The distance to the beach was fantastic apart from the fact that there is a very steep hill down/up but that cannot be helped. Staff extremely helpful and allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in time. Definitely recommend

Close to beach
Lovely clean room with parking and a fridge. Basic and reasonably priced. Well located to get in to town and walkable to beach and bars/restaurants. The host was lovely, gave great local information and could organise excursions if wanted. No wifi and no credit card facilities so have to pay in cash (euros or Kuna).

Although the interior of the apartment is spacious and clean, i was somewhat disappointed by my stay here. Firstly it is very difficult to find, being hidden behind other large blocks of flats. On arrival I had to wait on the doorstep for quite a while before the host came down. I read of magnificent views in other reviews but in fact there are several other ugly high rise blocks between you and the sea and some building work going on so I wasn't that impressed with the view from the balcony. Within the apartment, the bed was comfy, there was plenty of room and a nice balcony. the kitchen wasn't great as it was very limited - there is only 2 hotplates to cook on. The shower was a handheld in the bath. The beach was a healthy walk away and was not that great - pebble beach (as is usual all over Croatia) with lots of noisy bars/cafes/fast food and surrounded by ugly buildings. The host was pleasant but it was inconvenient not to have anyone available to ask questions of, after the initial welcome Getting into town was relatively easy by local bus (15 mins/11Kuna)

Super appartement tres bien situé, propre, bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire (elle nous a données toutes les infos necessaire sur les environs) Le bus est en bas de l'appartement, bar et restaurant et plage a 5 minutes, vue sur la mer de l'appartement = magnifique!

Super séjour super ville. Le seul léger bémol dans l appartement : pas de wifi et la vue du balcon. Sinon, il est très bien placé par rapport à la plage et à 10 mn de voiture jusqu'au centre ville en gros.

Close to the beach, close to busstop to take you in to Split center. Grocerystore nearby. Clean and big rooms and a big balcony. Not enough knives and glasses in the kitchen for four people but the rest was ok. I recommend this place for a family

Lack of Internet and air conditioner
The apartment is nice, but no internet connection is unforgivable. Besides that, the air conditioner was not working and is in only in the living room. The bed rooms depend on fans, which were not enough for the high temperature in Croatia. The beach nearby was OK, but too crowded.

Thank you for your review, your opinion is important, I apologize for the air conditioner that unfortunately did not work just when you were there, as you yourself said bad luck .... as regards the Internet there is a technical problem with the service providers, which unfortunately we ourselves can not solve, therefore, we look for when we finally get an internet connection.

Rentoa asumista meren rannalla.
Mainio, rento majoitus. Aamupalaa eikä siivoojia ei ollut, joten sai nukkua niin pitkään kun halusi kun ei tarvinnut ehtiä aamupalalle tai mennä pois siivoojien tieltä. Omistaja asui asumuksen yläkerrassa ja sanoi että jos tulee kysymyksiä tai tarvetta johonkin, saa tulla koputtamaan oveen: halusipa siivousta, vessapaperia, puhdasta pyyhettä, ohjeita ym. Ranta oli todella lähellä ja muutenkin pääsi hyvin liikkumaan joko bussilla tai kävellen sinne tänne. Naapurusto oli rauhallinen ja siisti.

Suosittelen. Alueella näet paikallista elämää, lähellä rantaa ja bussit kulkee läheltä Splitin keskustaan. Ilmaiset parkkipaikat jos vuokraat auton tai tulet autolla. Huoneiston omistajat erittäin ystävällisiä. Soitettiin heille, kun lento oli myöhäinen ja olivat iloisia kun ilmoitettiin. Sijaintina loistava, josta pääsee joka suuntaan. Lentokentälle vievät lisämaksusta. Huoneet siistit ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Hinta laatu suhde erittäin hyvä.

Appartamento troppo lontano dal centro. Non ho visto parcheggi taxi. No WiFi. Non carta credito. Sembrava Ancora un condominio in costruzione. Stanza fredda. Signora gentile.

En hors saison, arrivés sans prévenir de l'heure alors qu'on avait eu un mail d'avertissement , nous n'avions personne sur place et il nous a fallu plusieurs appels pour obtenir la personne. Le reste du séjour s'est très bien passé.
