Hello Fara'. Since we are a historic Art Deco hotel, despite the upkeep and renovations, the plumbing is original and sometimes it may take a moment for the hot water to adjust. Leaving the tap open for a minute or two will typically solve the problem. We appreciate your feedback.

We appreciate your feedback, Zamary! Friendly service and comfortable accommodations goes a long way and we're glad you enjoyed it. We are a historic Art Deco hotel, so we don’t have a garage or parking lot, which is extremely typical in Miami Beach, but the closest parking garage is just a few minutes walk away. There are also metered parking spots along the street. We agree, a car isn't necessary in this area as most things are close by and there's a free trolley on the main streets and ride sharing tends to be less expensive to get around. We were happy to host you and welcome the opportunity to have you as our guest again.
