시드니 여행하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 주방에 비치된 조리기구 및 하이라이트, 헤어드라이 등 전자제품은 좀 오래된 것이라 불편하였고 조명이 다소 어두웠습니다.

선택하세요~ 완전 만족!
시티홀과 달링하버 중간 지점쯤이라 이곳 저곳으로 다니기 좋다. 조금 걸어가면 퀸빅토리아 빌딩 및 쇼핑센터가 있고 울월스에서 장보기에도 가까운 거리 살짝 걸어가면 스타벅스도 헝그리 잭스도 있어 주변을 즐기기 좋다. 숙소는 사진와 흡사하고 생각보다 넓다. 침실과 거실이 미닫이 문으로 분리가 되어 조용하게 잘 수 있다. 리셉션의 직원은 매우 협조적이고 우리가 공항 셔틀을 요청했을때 잘 알아봐주고 예약을 해줬다. 아침마다 리셉션 입구에 사과가 있다 하나씩 먹을수 있게 되어 좋았다. 아파트가 높아서 그런지 창문을 전혀 열수 없게 되어 조금 답답했다.

안내데스크는 매우친철, 침대 매트리스는 다소 불편함
안내데스크는 매우 친절하였습니다. 주변 가까이 타운홀, 차이나타운이 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 침대 매트리스가 다른 4성급, 5성급에 비해서는 편안하지 않은 점이 아쉽습니다.

객실의 청결도도 만족스러웠고 특히 넓은 것도 마음에 들었습니다. 간단한 취사가 가능하여서 주변 마트를 통해 식사를 해결할 수도 있고 위치도 시청역 부근이라 편하게 이동이 가능합니다. 프라이빗 호텔 와이파이를 이용할 수 있으며, 회의실도 있습니다. 조식은 간단하지만 만족스러운 편이었습니다.

가족이 묵기 넘나 편한 곳
세탁기 건조기 조리시설 등이 있어 편리했고 근처에 달링하버가 걸어서 5분 . 위치가 넘 좋아요.. 우리는 여름에서 가을 넘어가는 시즌이어서 호텔방이 조금 추웠다는거 외에 불편한점 전혀 없었습니다.

아이 1명과 함께 하기 좋은 아파트먼트
아이1명을 데리고 시드니 여행을 했습니다. 타운홀에서 지하철 이용해서 어디든 편하게 갈수 있고 근처에 울월스 마트가 있어서 장봐서 음식 해먹기 편했습니다. 한인타운도 가까워서 한인마트가서 장보기도 좋습니다. 가벽을 치면 방이 생겨서 아이재우고 테이블에서 한잔 하기 좋구요..에어컨을 틀거나 히터를 켜는 날씨가 아닌지라 그런 컨디션은 모르겠습니다. 전자렌지 커피포트 다리미 온갖 조리기구 등 잘 갖춰져 있었고..메일 청소해줍니다. 특이하게 아이가 있어서 그런지 매일 냉장고에 우유하나씩 넣어주었고요.. 방음도 잘되는 편입니다.다른방 소리를 못느꼈습니다.

위치가 좋아요 달링하버에서 가깝고 객실에서 달링하버가 약간 보여요 타운홀과도 가까워서 울월스에서 쇼핑도 할 수 있으며 객실고 깨끗하고 좋아요 다만 침대가 너무 푹신해서 불편하네요 그거 외엔 모두 좋음!

추천합니다.
1. 사진과 실제가 거의 흡사해서 만족도가 높았습니다. 사진은 보정으로 예쁘게 해놓고 실제는 별로인 곳도 많은데 이 곳은 사진과 거의 흡사하였습니다. 2. 위치의 만족도가 가장 높았습니다. 달링하버와 걸어서 5분 거리에 있고, 타운홀과 울월스도 걸어서 5분, 하이드파크나 월드스퀘어도 도보로 15분 정도면 갈수 있었습니다. 공항과의 거리도 그다지 많이 멀지 않아서 위치가 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 3. 직원은 그다지 불친절하지도 않았지만 많이 친절한 편은 아니었습니다. 친절도는 보통이네요. 출국하기 전날 아침에 콜택시를 불러달라고 예약을 부탁했는데 막상 아침에 예약이 되어 있지않았습니다. 그런데 직원분께서 공항까지 직접 태워주셨어요. 그 점은 매우 감사드립니다.

First night evrrything is perfect, so we decided to spend more nights . but from second day heater system was broke but hotel said maintenance didnot work on weekend so we had to chang the room. however after changing room same problem was going on...

편리한 위치와 훌륭한 서비스
도심에 위치하여 걸어서 5-10분 이내에 항구, 오페라전당 등에 가 볼 수 있어 매우 편리하다. 아파트형 호텔이라서 접시, 수저 뿐만 아니라 세탁기까지 있어 여행자에게는 며칠간 쉬고 갈 수 있는 좋은 시설이다. 안내 데스크의 직원들도 매우 친절하다.

We stayed in a studio in the 25th floor with fantastic views. The accommodation was excellent - plenty of room and very clean . Staff very helpful . The location is great between Darling Harbour and Circular Quay . A short walk around the corner takes you to the tram to Curcular Quay . Thoroughly recommend this Mantra. Oh yes the breakfast was Ali really good .

New Years Eve
Great location very close to Darling Harbour, we stayed for 5 nights over NYE. We were on 19 th floor and could see a tiny part of Darling Harbour. As we were travelling around Oz for 6 weeks, it was a huge benefit having a washing machine and separate dryer in the bathroom. Shower was in the bath not separate. Apartment was a good size. Only negative was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable. We had a super king, which was 2 singles together, the one on my side had definitely seen its best days. Would stay here again.

Good customer experience
I have booked a room with laundry before the trip as per my search information. However, during check in I was told no laundry available. I requested at least nearby laundry facility information at least for few days but unable to provide such places. On the day of my check out before check in again after a few days, I addressed my inconvenience with laundry issue. The Front desk clarified the room I chose didn't have laundry but other rooms were available with laundry and kind enough to upgrade the room for me. I thought the entire building didn't have laundry facility. This is what I call a nice customer experience who not only clarified the availability of the laundry but assisted me swiftly with the upgrade. I was at peace for rest of my stays until 12/20/2023.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions. Josh, in particular, went above and beyond by coming up and fixing the washing machine after maintenance had closed for the evening. The property is very austere with no pictures, no dressers or end tables. No drawers for foldable clothing or underwear. To much overhead lighting and not enough table lamps. Instant coffee and kcup coffee was undrinkable.

アパートメントタイプのお部屋でした。近くにグロッサリーもあるので、朝食は全て部屋で済ませ、夜もto goしたものを部屋で食べました。 全ての食器、ナイフ、まな板まで全て揃っていて過ごしやすかったです。連泊の場合、自動的に毎日してくれるわけではなく、フロントでお願いして出かけなくてはなりませんが、帰ってきた時には、綺麗になっていて気持ちよく過ごせました。 買い物も交通の便も最高で、このホテルにしてとても満足でした。

Really handy location for a quick city stay, easy parking right next door (paid separately). Great space inside for 2 adults toddler, needed the separate room to put them to bed while we sat up in the lounge area. Good size shower was really helpful with the little one as well, easy check in/out. Only minor issues were awkward power point placement in the kitchen for using the jug, and a big fridge over near the lounge as the kitchen bar fridge didn’t appear to be working but not really a problem for us for the 1 night.

there was some confusion over the booking. the person in whose name i'd made the booking didn't show up, but the family who were the majority of the guests did. they're afghani and it was clear their stay at the mantra wasn't welcome for reason of race. the receptionist was clear that they didn't trust them and, after two hours of negotiating and communicating with the person in whose name the booking had been made, reception claimed that their room had been let out. they had offered to pay their own way, but they were clearly not trusted and there was no foreseeable other reason than race. we will certainly not be using this hotel ever again. it was an awful experience for everyone involved.

Easy access to everything for a city visit. Not fancy view, but we came to explore, so it was fine with us. Great continental breakfast with barista coffee. Close to public transport, airport access as well. Perfect for our 3 nights, city visit. Studio equipped with everything we needed, more like an appartment, rather than a room only.
