This was the worst hotel I have ever lived in my life so far. This hotel is not worth for even 2 stars. It was a dirty, filthy hotel. The room definitely had smoking smell. There were stains all over the place including the carpet, bath sink, table etc. The toilet seat has yellow stains. The worst part was the staff's attitude. They asked me once how my stay was. I told him all the issues and their response was "sorry". What do I do with your sorry? I paid $110 per night for this filthy hotel. I filed a claim against the hotel, sent them the pics and videos of the filthy place and was able to recover some amount of money. Never stay at this hotel.

The property is far below its claimed star rating and in a very poor state. I travelled from Melbourne and stayed for one night moving from Taj Vivanta as this property was closer to my last day plan of visiting a friend in Sec - 21. It is a very govt style poor experience right from the checkin process where the reception staff do not greet you let alone make you feel any welcoming. I felt that the entrance guard had much more training then the reception staff especially guy named Nikhil who could not look up my reservation made through Expedia for 15 minutes while I was standing on the reception. He is pretty cold and gave no eye contact while talking and ignorant to your queries like a typical govt employee. As it can be seen in the picture, the room carpet had stain marks all over the floor. It had ciggi burn marks all over the carpet and the room smelled of smoke despite it was a non smoking room. The bathroom locks were broken/hanging and no cleaniliness at all across the property. On the day of 23/05/22 there were thunderstorms and rain that led to the main reception leaking water from the roof right in the middle of the entrance. They had to place buckets and towels on the floor to collect all the water. This says it all about the hotels ailing infrastructure that needs a major overhaul. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel as it will give you the feel of a low end budget hotel at a price in which several better properties are available to rent.

Dirty and falling apart
Food was absolutely pathetic. The rooms are dirty, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the showers are blocked, the bathroom faucets are rusting away to glory and are damaged. The toilet flushes dont work properly.

Pathetic front office staff..! Basic amenities not present in the room (like a mini fridge). AC doesn't works properly...no cooling in the common areas...but worst are the front office staff..! It's a sad and depressive place

Indifferent and frustrated staff of Hotel
The hotel's staff seems to be frustrated on some account. No smiles by the reception team, I was left with my suitcase to go and find my room on 5th floor -without exchanging any pleasantries, a reception staff in the lift did not wait even when he saw a foreigner rushing to catch the lift, no 'good morning' etc when you see the staff in the llift or elsewhere...

Nice hotel but a little style over substance
The hotel was nice but some staff were very rude and abrupt. The rooms were comfortable but there was a smell of damp. Despite being a 4 star hotel the bathrooms were to be desired. The sink seal was coming away and you couldn’t see the mould underneath. Went and ate in the restaurant one evening and the service was so slow I decided not to again. But the service for breakfast was very good!

Better to stay in Faridabad, with this price it is really excellent facilities with good Breakfast. Location is also near Highway, which gives easy access to other point. Even Delhi visiting person can also stay. Only AIRPORT is far away.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff
We have just come back from the Park Plaza Faridabad after 17 days stay. All the staff were helpful and friendly which made our stay feel like home. We actually felt sad leaving the hotel. A special thanks to Arindom, Rixy, Amit, Dinesh, Deepak, and all the restaurant staff. The choices of buffet food was good too, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel often hosts Indian weddings that gave us an eye opener as to how Indian families celebrate their weddings. Wifi has been good overall apart from a few brief interruptions due to power cuts, but I managed to watch 3 rugby matches on my iPad without any problems. The bed was really comfortable and the room was a good size and well equipped. We had a higher level room which helped to escape the air pollution a bit. Although the location of the hotel is not near the metro like the Radisson Blu, we were glad we chose the park plaza as it is quieter and you can easily take uber taxis anywhere and they are cheap.

As good as it gets for Faridabad, but bad WiFi
The Park Plaza Faridabad is a good hotel, particularly for Faridabad, which is not a nice city. The hotel is comfortable, with very well-appointed rooms, comfortable bed, and nice bathrooms. Like in much of India, the service can be a bit overbearing (too many times do service managers knock on your door to check the standard of the service), and when something actually does go wrong, the service is unable to fix it. I had ongoing problems with the WiFi, and the IT manager managed to tell me it must've been my computer that had a problem, although my phone also couldn't connect at the same time, and I heard other guests at breakfast complaining about the same problem. As I was traveling for work, the lack of connectivity caused me a lot of problems, and led me to having to tether my phone, at added cost. Also, I would not recommend ordering any non-Indian food at the hotel, as I got food poisoning from their creamy chicken pasta. The Indian fare was very good, though. Overall, not world-class, but as good as it gets for the sad city of Faridabad.

Delightful place to stay
Thank you to all the staff at Park Plaza, Faridabad for making me so very welcome it was a pleasure to stay at your hotel. Excellent service from the moment I arrived until I left. Everybody was so helpful & friendly. Food was excellent & plenty to choose from regardless of what your tastes are. The service was equally brilliant thanks to Kartikeya Niscol who was extremely professional in all the running of the restaurant & his dedicated staff. Also his helpful & caring manner.

Nice hotel. Recommended to all.
Stay at Park Plaza was good. Rooms are nice and conmfortable. Location is convenient. Easy to travel to various directions in Faridabad from this location. Travel time from airport to hotel is approx. 1 hour in the afternoon.Service is a bit slow. Food is good. Geoffreys pub is nice but most of the time it is empty. Management should promote it more proactively. Overall a nice place. Highly recommended to all!
