Hotel is ok, perhaps not newest and part could do with being touched up.
Check in was great, very friendly!
Room was comfortable, bed comfy although a few spring had gone. A wheel had came off the chair in the room (as I sat on it).
Food and beverage service was awful. I went to the bar and a member of staff was looking confused at the credit card machine and did so for 5 minutes. She then walked away and came back and looked confused at her card machine again. At no point did she acknowledge me, make eye contact, apologise etc which was frankly bizarre. Not just bad customer service but bad being a human!
In the morning for breakfast welcome was more friendly and some people got a full explanation of how breakfast worked some didn't. Not that complicated but had to figure out mugs are on the tables and there were no glasses for juice but they brought some when I asked.
Table set up was a bit random, tables that were set out with random missing items and I don't think it was because people had taken or used them.
Anyway hotel was ok, staff at reception great, food and beverage staff poor.
