The television was not functioning as the picture was going bad. they do not have microwaves in the room just a community one and the cleanliness is suspect. The quality for the price and the time booked was very good;

Party spot
Room was big and cleaned well. Service there was great and people were very nice. However, i would not say this is a family oriented hotel. From what i could see, most of the people checking in were there to party for the night and party they did. I was in a non-smoking room yet throughout the night i could smell cigar smoke coming from our exhaust fan in our bathroom. I let them know at the front desk and now they are attempting to charge me $100 saying it was me who was smoking them. I was staying with my 2 children and definitely did not smoke anything in my room. This has now resulted in me canceling my credit card that i had on file.

The room was okay, not as clean as it could have been. The front staff at check in was very friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was cereal, juices, fruit and breads. The room did not have a microwave. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. Quiet property. The housekeeping was friendly.

Staff at check in was great! No microwaves in the rooms, hair dryer came off wall when I went to use it. Breakfast area no lighting, very limited for a Continental breakfast.

Adequate but fix room basics
I first was asked to hold $100 on my credit card in case of smoking in the room. And then they put me in a smoking room so they needed to change that. Then I was in a room with a non functioning television and 3 of the 4 lights not working and a broken door lock. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is in the process of a much needed renovation. The management is very friendly and does its best with what they’ve got.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.!! If anyone is thinking about staying at this property change your mind! First was given a room with someone and all their belongings in it, then was given a second room where the toilet was broken upon arrival. There are multiple people living in this hotel. There is no breakfast or anything for that matter. The rooms smell bad. The bath tub was sunken right in the middle thought I was going to fall in while showering. The remodeling was half assed. God forbid you ask for more towels or another blanket. They don’t have those. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot in front of us. Next time spend the money and stay elsewhere!

Smelly, dingy, gross...and thats on the super8 bargain not looking to spend more than 100 bucks or so because its just to crash and leave rating level.

We added another person on our room they did not give us enough linen. Also did not know until we got to hotel that they have a $100 accidental fee. Which you do not get back when you check out like they state.

They would not give us extra towels, said that we had plenty. Their whole family lives in the hotel so they were all running around at 11:12 o’clock at night. Very shady.

I mean, you get what you pay for. The room was large, bed comfy, cleanliness was not its strong point. There were stains on the carpet, room was dusty. My biggest issue was the amount of people who seem to just hang out there or maybe they’re long term customers, nonetheless, some were sketchy. If you enjoy a contact buzz, stroll in around 8:15 pm and walk down the hall! You’ll be satisfied!

Staff were very friendly and eager to make our stay stress free I do recommend installing hand rails or grab bars to get in and out of the tub. I started slipping in the tub while showering, I grabbed the only thing I could, the towel holder and it came loose off the wall. After my incident, I did not allow my wife or daughter to use the shower to keep them safe. I mentioned the potential danger of a slip & fall accident to the front desk. I was told it’s up to Corporate to authorize changes. The problem I had was the bottom of the tub had a steep slope to the drain which I kept sliding down the tub. Needless to say, I was scared enough to prevent my family from showering.

This location was very simple and perfect for what we needed. The travel time to Hershey park was good and a quick route. We went for a concert; I would say this hotel was great for it, quick check in and check out.

Don't do it!
The hotel was disgusting overall. There was a sign that stated they were renovating, thank goodness they let us know why the lobby was filled with boxes. Check in at midnight took forever after we paid our additional $100 room fee over the insanely priced $129 room. Once we got to the room I was thankful we would only have to deal with the overwhelming perfume odor for 7 hours. The sides of the mattress were covered in stains, there was an upholstered recliner that I think someone may have died in given the satins on it, and the bathroom was also dirty. Thankfully we were provided half a roll of toilet paper, 1/4 a bottle of sampoo and crunchy towels to clean up with after a day at Hershey. Im not sure how extensive the renovations will be but whatever they are, it wont be enough.
