Overpowering cleaning products that had my eyes watering and my nose sneezing. The front desk person was amazing. She helped me change to a less offensive smelling room. I unpacked, only to find out no TV remote. She brought in 3 different remotes but couldn’t get them hooked up. She offered to move me again but I declined as I had been driving all day. Guess you get what you pay for. Never again motel 8

Room was poorly maintained but clean. Room smelled heavily of cleaning solution. Staff nice and helpful. Lots of yelling throughout night. Lots of trash, broken equipment, on site outside of room.

Night one was quiet but our sheets had holes all in them and the toilet was loose and wobbled on the floor. We paid for all 3 nights of our stay upon arrival. On night 2 our keys did not work so we had to get new keys. Then people arrived into the room next to ours and proceeded to rearrange furniture and start screaming and yelling and playing very loud music. We called the front desk,which we had to dial from outside because there is no phone in the room. The next door room settled and then thw noise resumed about 30 minutes larer. And it continued most of the night along with the smell of marijuana wafting into our room. We barely got any sleep. On the third night our keys didn't work again and we had to get new keys. Once we were settled and fell asleep we were awakened by a roach in the bed. We turned on the lights and saw roaches on the floor and in our shoes. They were everywhere. We left at 1 am and slept on the couch at a family members. It was horrible.

They requested you sign a clause no smoking and advertised no smoking in the lobby. At the time of checkout the front desk attendant was vaping while checking me out of the room. GUESS VAPING DOESN’T COUNT! ?

It’s fine for the money. If you’re used to sleeping in tents in the desert then this is very good upgrade

I am a regular at this hotel, staying once a week for work. I find the rooms in the 120 and up better than the rooms in the 100-105 range. I have been blessed to have excellent service - usually from a young woman named Niesha. (sp?) Always smiling. Always patient and accommodating. The rare times I've had a problem with a room, she has taken care of it promptly. Super 8 is fortunate to have her. I have stayed at the two local adjacent hotels and the accommodations may be a tad better, but the ease of the registering and getting my key with a smile usually has me choosing Super 8.

Was moved by management twice during my 3 night stay. Once because we found a previous guest’s body hair all over the bed. Housekeeping failed to change the bed sheets. Second time, housekeeping left my door open and didn’t shut it. It wasn’t til I arrived that I discovered my room wide open. They changed my room again, only to discover more body hair in the third room. Their hot breakfast consisted of cereal and toast. If you’re lucky you can maybe get some eggs, but they don’t refill the one tiny pan (20oz). Area is really unsafe. This hotel houses people that were once drug addicts. So twice I heard people throwing a “party” and disrupting everyone else’s sleep.

We checked in at 3 pm. The person came to the desk when we rang, but was unfriendly- as if we were bothering her. The lobby appeared clean. The room on the other hand was not clean and was in dire need of upgrades. The tub/shower was unusable because of the mold. The floors were strange-new tile in a square at the door-trip hazard. There was some kind of dried up liquid(looked like milk) on the TV stand. We opened the mini fridge only to quickly close it due to the odor. See the photos…Definitely do not recommend.

There were simple things missing like a trash can and once attempting to use the microwave a roach ran out did notice a missing item but nothing that mattered much or had any value but thought it was wierd and rude but hey my falut should have told them no room service all in all my stay was ok the girl at the front desk was really kind and polite when we check in

When we got there the customer service was terrible. He didn't want to answer any questions and before we our last night. Our key card stop working and the person that was there that night. Act like they didn't care. The rooms were clean and the cleaning crew was wonderful. Lovely people!

Great rooms
The rooms were clean and staff was nice. The only real complaint is the breakfast. They have the spots for but didn't have anything out besides cereal, eggs, and a waffle maker with syrup. No butter or jams

The room was in pretty bad shape. The entire sink was cracked. The sheetrock over the tub was patched but not painted. The doors were filthy so was pretty much everything else. Everything was super old with a tiny little TV. They don't take out the trash, they'll supposedly change your linens if you put the sign out on the door, but that doesn't work either. It was a good thing. Thing all I did was sleep there at night cuz you really could be in that room for very long.

Horrible. We usually stay around the corner at we stay. They were full so we decided to stay here because they have a frig, microwave and coffee pot according to website. Nope no coffee pot. When we checked in and were in the parking lot getting our luggage. There were lots of people hanging out drink beer and smoking pot. There was a lady sleeping in a car right in front of our room. The checkin clerk, although nice was a little wierd. He shows up in the parking lot and says i opened your door for you. He had came out opened the door and left it cracked. In the room, the floor was dirty, along with the shower. The toilet was clogged and there was no lamp shade on the lamp. We called the office about the toilet multiple times. No answer at all. After a few hours we just left. To make matters worse someone stole the grease caps off our horse trailer. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Check in was ok. I had to ask about breakfast and in what direction my room was.. toilet was about to fall over. Set down and it moved back in forth. Shower was completely clogged hairs backed up in the shower with soap scum, dried up food on pillow case, stains all over comforter. No eggs or sausage at breakfast. And No fruit of any kind. They were out. Coffee cup lids were all out, best part was Waffle House is within walking distance in the next parking lot. Lady at desk was doing absolutely nothing. Ive stayed in my share of bad hotels this by far is the worst. I’ll never forget it.

Dark flooring hides dirty floor, but when you walk barefoot, feet are dirty; cleaner masks moldy odor, bed coverlet stained. Staff young & does minimal, 9:15 am on Saturday, asked for more coffee, waited, staff didn’t budge. Sunday no milk for cereal & no oil spray for waffle maker.
