직원들의 서비스가 매우 불진철하며 한 여름에 에어컨이 작동도 안됨 조식은 호텔 가격대비 무난하게 빵 몇 조각과 음료등을 제공하나 전체적으로 매우 불만족스러움 방음 처리도 잘 되지 않음

위치만 좋은...
좋은 위치에 있는 호텔인데 그 나머지는 별로입니다. 침대 스프링도 꺼져서 허리도 아프고 조식은 정말 맛없어서 거의 먹지 않았어요.저희방은 창문을 안열어서 괜찮았는데 다른 룸에는 벌레가 엄청 많이들어와서 호텔 안내데스크에 말하는걸 봤는데...직원분 대답은 요즘 원래 벌레 많다는 대답뿐 어떠한 조치도 안해주더라구요.그런걸 보고 좀 어처구니 없었어요.별로 추천하고 싶지 않는 호텔입니다.

위치도 편리하였습니다 침실은 좀 안쪽에 있어서 약간 환기가 안되는 듯 하였으나 시끄럽지 않고 조용하여 좋았습니다 카운터에서 일보시는 분 아주 친철하였습니다 저희는 사진도 같이 찍고 왔습니다 주변에서 쏘는 와이파이가 잡혀 무료로 하였으며, 뜨거운 물이 아침 조식 주는 커피 머신 가운데를 누르면 나와서 컵라면도 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다 감사합니다 저녁과 밤에 계셨던 카운터 보시는 분께 다시 한번 감사드립니다 감사합니다

먼저 체크인이 굉장히 오래걸렸습니다. 그리고 체크인시 무슨 도시세를 내야하는데, 카드결제가 안되고 현찰로만 결제할 수 있어 ATM에서 다시 돈을 뽑아와야해서 굉장히 번거로웠습니다. 그리고 호텔내부가 굉장히 복잡해서 처음갔을땐 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 방에 TV는 굉장히 작았고 창문은 고장났는지 열수가 없었습니다. 그리고 화장실의 샤워실에는 칸막이에 구멍이 뚤려 샤워를 하고나면 물바다가 되어 불편했습니다. 그리고 침대가 약간 짧아 발이 밖으로 나옵니다. 하지만 두오모와는 굉장히 가까운 편이며 역과도 꽤 가까운 편입니다. 그리고 에어컨이 있어 시원합니다, 하지만 다시 방문하고싶지는 않고, 추천하고싶지 않습니다.

Super séjour mais prévu trop court !
Hôtel super bien situé pour arpenter la ville de long en large, faire de belles visites, de bonnes promenades, et des super découvertes. Une hôtesse à la réception d’une très grande disponibilité et très gentille pour donner de bons conseils

Centralt boende. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Helt ok rum. Såklart ljud från gatan men detta är ett hotell som ligger mkt centralt så det får man räkna med då tänker jag. Enkel frukost, bröd yoghurt frukt fikabröd mm,men man får ngt i magen som en start på dagen. En frukostpåse hade varit trevligt när man reser hem innan frukosten serveras 😀

Nice hotel with a working elevator. Some mixed messages when I arrived early for check-in. Limited space for guests bag and was offered to keep mine in the lobby which wasn’t safe. Eventually I was allowed an early check-in but it was a confusing mixed-message back and forth. Staff was polite during the process. Room was solid.

Room is very small, amenities are so poor, only one small piece shampoo each day. No conditioner , shower gel/ body wash… The bathroom vent is very old and makes loud noise. Room is not soundproof, heard noises from street until midnight or later 😌 Hard to sleep at night.

Bad experience in Hotel Martelli
Our story in Hotel martelli started very badly. When we arrive to check in , we were not very welcomed. They gave us very very small room, that room was not related with the pictures. It was very different from the pictures. Air conditioner in the room was very low and when we said it was not enough the staff said it’s maximum. Bathroom was also very small and not clean. We asked a diffirent room the one we see in the pictures the staff said that rooms are not available , when we asked for refund and communicated with hotels.com only at that time they offered the change the room next day. We needed iron and there was no iron the hotel. The breakfast was also bad. Our experience in there was not so good.

We loved staying at Hotel Martelli. We are actually returning customers. The amazing Florence breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room was something we enjoyed every day! The staff was very welcoming and the location was perfect! We will stay here next time we visit this great city!

エアコンの効きが弱く、室内の湿気も気になる
エアコンをつけても暑く、室内の湿気も気になり、結局ほとんで眠れませんでした。朝食会場も暑かったです。ロビーのあたりはかなりエアコンが効いているのに、宿泊客は暑い環境でおかしいです。イタリアには熱波が来ていますが、それとは関係なく、暑く、湿気が高いホテルです。おすすめしません。

Toilet did not flush and the shower did not drain. We were given two twins when we booked a double. We asked to switch rooms upon noticing the shower issue and staff was abrasive and did not provide a solution. They said there were no more rooms and they could have a repair man come in the morning. They inquired why we were unhappy with the room after we told them the issues. We didn’t even mention the mold and peeling wallpaper in the room. The next morning they allowed us to move to a new room. This room had the bed we requested but the shower also did not drain. The door to the new room was nearly impossible to unlock and open and staff had to help us open the door. The hotel was not secure. We had to leave our room key at the desk when we left, but upon returning, all we had to give was our room number to be given access to the key, no security check to confirm our identity matched the name. Anyone could have walked in and said a room number and got the key to that room! Don’t stay here!

Hair dryer was not working. Hand basin was not draining well. We had spare toilet paper, but the day before we leave, that disappeared. ( we have get one from reception). The daytime reception gentleman was so friendly.

The overall experience was very good. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient and the breakfast was fairly good.The only negative thing was the noises from the neighbours´ bathrooms that were a bit annoying. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to all the major sites and the trainstation.

Perfect area - old hotel
Very old hotel. Noise when walk on room floor. No shower curtain, so whole bathroom get wet. Only cold tiles on bathroom florr, - no heating. Quite small breakfast buffet, - boring when you stay longer. Perfect distance to everything in old town Florence

Needed a one night stay after flight was cancelled. Hotel rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom a bit worn but okay. It worked well for one night and is close to shopping and restaurants and the cathedral. The staff were very gracious. We inquired the day before if we could leave our bags before check in and we could. However when we arrived the next day at 10:30 am our room was ready for us. The manager made sure to have our room cleaned first. Exceptional service.

Location of the hotel is perfect to see the main attractions in Florence. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We asked to change rooms after the first night as the shower was in the bath and due to mobility problems I it was almost impossible to got in. The member of staff was very helpful, changing our room to one better for me. He even offered to arrange for someone to move our bags.

Excelente Ubicacion ¡¡¡ a 2 cuadras de Ferrocarril y del Centro en general. Buen desayuno para el Nivel de hotel. Pero NO hay conexiones de electricidad para cargar equipos, algo tan útil en estos tiempos. Baño Excesivamente pequeño, para bañarse y hacer necesidades. Muy viejas y pobres instalaciones. Buena atención.
