교통편도 좋고 시설, 직원 모든게 완벽한 호텔
조식도 정말 잘 나오고 시설도 좋고 버스타고 시내까지 3정거장입니다. 호텔 앞 버스도 오고요 잘 사는 동네 근처입니다ㅋ 또 갈거에요 ㅎ

평점 했으나 줄편하고 불안했습니다.
첫째 음식먹을곳이 호텔외에는 없는 산속입니다. 자차로 가시든 택시를타든 밖으로 나갔다와야하고 헐수없이 호텔내 식당이용 했으나 영어가 안되는 서빙직원이 다수여서 기다려야했고 연어 스테이크가 안익어서 나왔는데 다시익혀달라고 하니 싫어하며 기분 나빠하더군요. 제일 중요한 문제는 체크인하고 옷을 갈아 입는데 느닷없이 문이 열렸다는겁니다...미화원인지 누군지 모르지만 문을 열고 들어올수 있다는거에 놀랬어요. 호텔측에서는 아무런해명도 없었고요.

화장실 벽면에 너무 더러웠습니다. 오랬동안 벽면을 닦지 않았다는 것을 알 수 있었습니다.
물건을 두고 갔는데, 없다고 하고 한번 더 찾아 줄것을 요청 했으나 들어 주지 않아서 아쉬었습니다.

Séjour très agréable, il y avait beaucoup de jolies intentions dans notre chambre, un plateau de fruits frais des chocolats, notre nécessaire de bain pour la spa très joliment présenté. Nous avons eu grâce à notre vip acces Expedia un cocktail de bienvenue offert de notre choix. Nous avions pris la demi-pension ainsi que l'option spa toute été vraiment très bien. Le seul petit bémol ça été les lits, car nous avons eu de lits simples alors que j'avais précisé un lit double, si nous revenons je demanderai à la réception avant d'aller dans la chambre pour être sûr. Personnel très agréable et accueillant, malgré certaines clients désagréable comme nous avons pu le constater lors de notre repas du soir

VIP-Leistungen habe ich leider nicht erhalten. Eigentlich hätte ich ein Upgrade erhalten sollen, es war aber ein ganz normales Zimmer der einfachsten Kategorie. Werde daher hier nicht mehr buchen. Außerdem gab es ein Problem mit dem Frühstück. Auf der Hotelwebsite steht, dass das Frühstück grundsätzlich "gracieusement" serviert wird, was als "gratis" verstanden werden kann. Ist aber leider nicht gratis, wahrscheinlich meinen sie eine der anderen Bedeutungen des Wortes "gracieusement". Im Zimmer gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. In Zukunft gehe ich lieber wieder zum Doubletree Hilton, das ist gleich um die Ecke, bietet vergleichbaren Komfort, auch wenn das Hilton mal wieder eine Renovierung vertragen könnte, kostet weniger, bietet Zusatzfeatures wie Kaffee/Tee auf dem Zimmer, und ich glaube, versprochene Upgrades gibt es da auch eher. Beim Parc Hotel Alvisse gibt es beim Pool ein Schild, das behauptet, das Wasser sei 28 Grad warm. Sind aber eher nur 22 Grad.

Excellent location with great Spa facilities. Only used the swimming pool as there was a football team enjoying themselves, just bad timing for me. The French barman was very nice! Totally enjoyed our chat. Live music will absolutely be a plus.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend am Rande des Zentrums. Sie verfügt über reichlich Zimmer, deren Ausstattung ordentlich ist. Die Klassifizierungen Comfort und Standard unterscheiden sich kaum in der Ausstattung, dafür jedoch stark im Preis, was nicht ganz nachvollziehbar ist. Das Hotel wird für Veranstaltungen reichlich genutzt, weshalb es bis spät in den Abend auch mal etwas lauter werden kann, was man auch zum Teil im Zimmer hört. Das Personal ist freundlich und Teils deutschsprachig. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr groß. Dampfbad und Sauna sind etwas klein geraten, insbesondere wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig diese nutzen möchten, dann muss man warten bis man Platz bekommt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und eine ÖPNV Busanbindung ins Zentrum ist direkt an der Straße (kostenfreies ÖPNV). Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wir waren schon gefühlte 20 Mal in diesem Hotel und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Allerdings ist uns die letzten beiden Male schon aufgefallen, dass wir keinen Wasserkocher, Tee- und Kaffeebeutel mehr im Zimmer haben. Das war immer sehr angenehm, einen Tee zu trinken, wenn wir aus der Stadt kamen. Die Betten waren dieses Mal nicht so weich, denn das war für uns immer ein Problem.

Ihre Beschreibung mit Möglichkeit des Fahrradverleih stimmt leider nicht. Gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Pool war nicht angenehm - nicht 28 Grad sondern bedeutend kälter.

Es gibt 2 Saunen, a 4 Menschen. Handtücher werden 1 mal gegeben, für nächsten Besuch wurde gesagt, es muss bezahlt werden. Hotel ist am Stadtrand, die Busse fahren 2 mal pro Stunde. Im Zentrum parken Problem.
