Es un increíble hotel, el servicio es bastante aceptable, sólo que durante varios días intenté contactar vía e-mail, solicitando el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto de Kat Mandu, y jamás me respondieron los múltiples correos que envié, otra situación es que se menciona o se da entender que de el hotel se puede apreciar el Everest, lo cual es incorrecto

Club Himalaya lived up to our expectations
We were looking forward to our stay at Club Himalaya and it lived up to our expectations. Nice rooms with balconies where we could relax. Unfortunately the view to the Himalayas was blocked by smoke that morning; we went in May and knew it was a possibility. Food was nice and the pool was very popular.

This is the best place to stay in Nagarkot. It is well decorated. Staff is professional. Buffet is excellent. Every deluxe room has a private balcony with full view. The only thing missing was what they cannot control: clear sky for view of the Himalayas

The hotel was centrally located in Nargakot. There are several restaurants and shops to walk over to, giving you options other than hotel food. It is also in a location where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Himalayan and the Kathmandu valley. You can see the sunset and sunrise.

Very Dated
This hotel is seriously outdated! The flush doesn’t work, the carpets all over are super old, the seating in the hotel is ancient and it really is not worth the amount it charges. Would not recommend staying here! We wanted to stay for 3 nights but checked out to go to another hotel after the first night

Okay stay, will not revisit
Nagarkot is an amazing place and a must-visit.. Club Himalaya is one of the better places to stay in Nagarkot.. Good hotel, but dated and requires an upgrade.. Rooms could be better, playground is amazing and they have a great breakfast spread.. Service needs a lot of improvement.. Room service staff insisted we come to the restaurant. No one would collect the plates from the room after multiple calls.. This aspect needs change.. Overall okay stay, may not revisit.

Fantastic hospitality and cleanliness. Friendly and welcoming staff who are always happy to help. There was a fantastic view which was amazing to view from the hotel. The hotel had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi which was brilliant to use especially during the cold, harsh winters. I would strongly recommend coming here, 5/5!

Great place to stay!
This is probably my new favorite place to stay in Nagarkot! We went for the pool and hot tub and they were both great! Things were clean and looked new. Staff was friendly. The only negative thing was the food was a little expensive and we didn't get large portions. The food was really good and they had a lot of options, but some bigger portions would make it great!

ホテルについては、朝の太陽と山とナガルコットの景色は抜群でした。寒い中1時間近く眺めていました。また、設備についても、室温の調整、便所の水の勢い、シャワーの勢い、またバスタブにお湯が溜めれたので、5日ぶりにお風呂につかった。また、コーヒーも濃くて美味しかった。最後の一晩としては居心地が良かった。 しかし、ホテルズドットコムのホームページの掲載内容については非常に憤慨している。ホテルと揉めた形になってしまった、内容は、空港への送迎についてで、ホームページでは、空港の送迎あり。となっていて、有料となる場合もあるとなっていたので、高級ホテルなので送迎がついて当たり前と思ってしまった。それなら、有料と明記すべきである。また、送迎の詳細の内容も送迎は45ルビーとなっていたのに、実は45ドル。往復で1万円を超えるなら、宿泊自体を考えていたはずです。すぐに内容を変更して欲しい。私のような人を増やさないためにも！

Beautiful resort style hotel. Food was excellent and huge breakfast selection. Stayed in room 411 and probably had the nicest view of the Himalayas I've ever seen. Sunrise was spectacular. Spend the extra few dollars and stay at this hotel. You'll be pampered and very worth it.

This was my fourth visit to Club Himalaya. Beautiful hotel. Lovely room in new section, super friendly helpful staff, great food and even though it was cloudy this time of year the feeling on the roof top is beautiful . When it’s clear the views of the Himalayas at sunrise are amazing. Highly recommend Club Himalaya hotel and will definitely return.

良いホテルです。ネパールの田舎町というイメージのナガルコットにこんなホテルがあるのはびっくりです。 5月の為靄がかかって終日ヒマラヤは見れなかったですが部屋からの眺望も素晴らしいです。 空気が澄んでいれば満点の星空も観れるでしょう。 部屋自体も綺麗でリゾート感があり、水周りも清潔で良かったです。 朝ごはんも美味しかったし、ここに泊まって良かったです。 日本人的に見て問題があるとすれば、部屋の防音性能がイマイチなので上層階で椅子を引きずったりしてると響く時がありました。でもネパール建築なのでそこまで求めるのは酷です。

Beautiful experience
Club Himalaya is a gorgeous hotel tucked away in Nagarkot, Nepal. The views of the Himalayian mountains are breathtaking and the service and attention to detail is the best I experienced while visiting Nepal. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Nice place
We stayed here with our kids and had a pretty good time. The hotel is nice, the food was acceptable but not great and the staff were very nice. The negatives are there is not that much to do besides walking around the area on the local roads and relaxing. Also, don't necessarily expect to see much of the famous mountain views unless you get lucky on the weather and haze.
