The staff, without exception, was friendly, helpful and efficient. The person in charge of the breakfast did an exceptionally good job (especially on the one day that the motel was full!) The rooms, pool, breakfast room and lobby were all spotless. Only one notable imperfection: the step into the bathroom tub was a bit high (18 inches) and the standing area of the tub was about 5 inches higher than the bathroom floor level. Stepping out of the tub could be a bit hazardous if you're not mindful of the longer step down. Overall, though, an excellent stay (two nights, two rooms, party of six) at an excellent facility.

Great choice
This was a great place for a quick getaway with the kids. Friendly staff, very clean all over, delicious breakfast and a pool that was perfect for young kids (4 ft at the deep end).

Room was ok. Hair in the shower. Toilet didn’t flush well. Stain on bed spread. It was kind of disappointing. Especially for the price to stay.

The air conditioner in the room was not adequately cooling and was so loud that I could not sleep. Staff refused to let me swap rooms or refund me so that I could go to another hotel. Ice maker was also out of service. Staff had a very uncaring attitude. Room also smelled mildewy.

The room was nicely done and modern. It had great amenities! I was very happy with the front desk staff, especially Juliette, Chris and Jonathon. They went above and beyond to make our stay as great at possible and they were very friendly. Even the other hotel staff and grounds keepers were friendly as well. The breakfast was amazing and the building itself was posh. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Warren / Niles Ohio. I work in the TV Industry for Netflix and we travel and stay at hotel all across the world. From very high end to mid level. I have to say this by far was the BEST Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at throughout all of the Holiday Inn Express chains! Keep up the good work and give your staff a raise! They have set the bar high and other hotels should follow suit! RY

I like that they always greeted you when you walked inro the lobby. They had great snacks each night too and friendly staff.
