근처에 전부 동남아 사람들이 있고 호텔 바로 앞에서 아침부터 동남아 사람들이 장사를 합니다. 호텔 위치는 로마역에서 10분정도 거리이며 vittorio emanuele에서는 가깝습니다. 호텔프론트 직원중 한명은 매우 불친절하며 나머지 직원은 친절했습니다. 중국인이 하는 호텔이라 중국인이 무척많으며 시끄럽고 방음이 안되는 편입니다. 하지만 침대는 무척이나 편안했습니다. 매일 객실청소를 해주지만 침구류는 커버를 변경해 주지 않는것 같아 보였습니다. 저렴한 가격, 침대는 무척 만족합니다.

This hotel does give out a wrong impression of it ! We stays for 5 days - room so small and uncomfortable beds ... lots of things arent up to standards - toliets sit broken, shower floor very slippery and not safe to stand on, broken light switches in toliet and outside toliet too .. fix it a day before we return to UK. Window had no lock on it .. you can open it and close it without lock it ... safe - not working properly, only good things about the room is clean towels and bed being made everyday thats about it ! I wouldnt recommend this to anyone who want to stays longer than 3 days .. book a proper hotel not this one. This hotel doesnt offer breakfast ! We are giving this Hotel Roma Love - 1 star rating .

My money got robbed from the safe on the first time of cleaning. The owner when I reported it to him threatened to take £100 out of my bank when asking to see if he opens the safe with the master key does it reset the code. He was very aggressive and was not a pleasant experience. We had issues finding the hotel as it wasn’t clearly sign posted and says permanently closed online. Very worrying and awful experience Dirty shower and flies everywhere. Do not stay here!

Well to start 1. Staff unfriendly 2. Room below minimum standard 3. Electrical wiring socket dangerous unsafe falling out only one socket in the room working to charge telephone 4. Fridge to keep water cold not working best oven I’ve ever used 5. Breakfast with no choice and options 6. Breakfast in a totally different building across the street Horrible little place have no area to sit 7. Local wasn’t great but not hotel fault 8. The hotel seemed to be within a block of flats by the look of it, seemed a very random place for a hotel to be, although very close to the metro which was very useful

Die Lage und der Preis sind gut. Das Hotel selbst hat sein Alter leider schon erreicht. Die Elektrik funktioniert zum teil schlecht, die Fenster lassen sich nur mit einem Stift geschlossen halten und im Bad ging die Absaugung nicht mehr. Wenn man also wie wir, nur zum nächtigen in dem Hotel ist, reicht es vollkommen aus. Erwartet man sich jedoch mehr, so würde ich ein anderes empfehlen.

A good location and clean rooms, really close to public transportation, buses and a Metro station and walking distance to the Termini Station and Colosseum. The Hotel is located in a plaza, with knick knacks stores and inexpensive places to eat, the plaza itself is a bit iffy with homeless people sleeping on the floors but I never felt unsafe. Don't expect any frills at this hotel or the location, just a place to rest at night after a day of sightseeing. The walls are thin so expect to hear to your people talking on the hallways and other rooms.

Close to Roma Temini
Close to the station which suited us as we had done a lot of walking with luggage and needed to catch the train to Milan after our stay in Rome. Friendly 24hr staff with plenty of free tourist maps of Rome! Needed closer attention on room changeover as some clothes from a previous guest still in wardrobe and empty crisp packet in side cupboard. As seems standard in Italy, only one pillow per bed and soo had to use blanket to prop self up for better sleeping position. Shower was spacious and hot, which was good after a couple of not so good showers in previous accommodations in cities we had visited this trip in Florence and Venice.

Barley spoke English, the area the hotel is in is full of homeless people and pretty sketchy at night. The AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms we stayed in, myself and three of the people in our party complained to the front desk for four days in a row and said they would send somebody to look at in on our last night there. Instead of moving us, comping us, or even updating us, we walked into the room and there was a small fan in there. When we turned the fan on it was broke and made a terrible clacking noise! The curntan holder was falling out of the wall, the cable and power cord for the TV also fell out of the wall and would need to be constantly ajusted. My wife tried to turn the light on and the light switch cover fell off! On top of that they only gave you one room key and you had to return it to the front desk every time you left the room and had to get from them when you got back. Staff was friendly but barley spoke English. The manager was extremely rude and always FaceTimeing someone at the desk and when we, the paying guests, had a question she would but her finger up and we had to wait 5 minuets.

Dodgy area,rude staff,don't waster your money!
The staff are so rude & unprofessional, we went to ask the receptionist girl a question while she was on a phone call waiting for her her conversation to end attend to us, she kept going in Chinese while circling things on the map for us for 5 minutes we were so shocked we ended up leaving without her saying a word. Despite it being a 24/7 Reception when we asked for a cab to the airport at 2am, the guy had to drag himself out of bed (leaning on the counter half a sleep) and in the end couldn't even handle booking a taxi and told us to walk to Termini at 2am (full of homeless people). The room is so dark and small and this should not even be classified as a hotel as it is on a residential apartment. Nothing positive about this hotel, for the money you pay you can find other decent accommodation options around, don't waste your money they don't really care!

Foi muito boa, sem contratempos. Cheguei próximo das 23h30 no aeroporto Ciampino e combinei um transfer oferecido pelo Hotel (40 euros) pois as opções de transporte público já estavam fechadas. Tudo correu bem. O Hotel fica em um prédio que, por fora, não é tão agradável (assim como toda a cidade de Roma), mas por dentro é muito bem limpo e agradável. O quarto era de um tamanho bom, relativamente grande para o valor pago, a cama confortável e o frigobar funcionando, porém bebidas só na recepção. O banheiro é pequeno, mas suficiente para uma pessoa. A área ao redor do Hotel é um tanto escura, parece estranho, mas não é. É seguro, caminhamos várias vezes ao redor tanto de manhã como de noite (após 20h) e não tivemos problemas. Bem na frente tem um parque e há menos de 100m do hotel tem uma entrada para o Metro, estação Vittorio Emanuele. Fica há uns 5 minutos a pé da estação Roma Termini que tem ligações com trem, metro, ônibus e os aeroportos, tranquilo para ir caminhando, inclusive com malas.

The images of the room can't be real. Our room was very dirty, they don't offer any double beds (only single) and the hotel is located inside an old residential building. The shower was good, but also the bathroom was dirty. I think that there are better options at this price.

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Chinatown
Voor een 1 sterrenhotel is dit een uitzonderlijk goed hotel. Elke dag wordt je kamer schoongemaakt en krijg je nieuwe spullen. Ook het comfort van de kamer en vooral de badkamer was heel aangenaam.

Turen var en spontan tur, da det danske vejr var, som det mest er. Hotellet blev booket i sidste øjeblik (nogle timer før afgang) og det viste sig at være et problem, da vi kom frem - hvor Hotelportalen åbenbart ikke sender bestillinger med det samme, så der gik desværre noget tid (15 min ca.) før de fandt bestillingen i deres system. Hotellet er et no frills hotel, hvor du har 10 min til stationen (Termini), og det ligger på 2 sal, men har elevator. Bemærk at du afleverer nøglen, når det er at du forlader hotellet, for at komme ud i byen - hvilket jeg stadig syntes er en irriterende ting. derfor ikke toppen.

Rome love
The location of the pension is its strong point along with its staff, which is helpful. But the rooms are too small for a family. The air conditioning was a problem and we spent a sleepless night in that over powering heat but they shifted us to another smaller room. The washroom is very small. Basically, you feel cramped.

Decent hotel at a most convenient location
The location is great and the room good, the bathroom very good, plus free Wifi/air-conditioning,at a price shared-bathroom rooms cost at other nearby hotels. But: the walls are too thin, everything happening outside of the room sounds as if inside the room (so no privacy, too), the mains sockets in the room are problematic, have a loose fit and many times do not charge devices, we even had a problem with serious overheating of a device! Plus, of you like to go out in the night prepare yourself for endless bell-ringing on the street as the night receptionist usually sleeps, even if you tell him the hour you'll be back.

Adequate for 1 night
The room was pretty basic. It was near the train station and Metro, and was safe. The neighborhood was less than desirable, and not recommended for late night strolls. There are worse options for this price in Rome.

Regular. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el baño es muy bueno, la habitación no es ruidosa y las camas son confortables. Lo negativo es que la atención del personal es mediocre; no hay un lobby adecuado, el anexo no funcionaba, tenía que bajar un piso para hablar con recepción, la calefacción no funcionaba y nunca cambiaron las sábanas. Nos quedamos 5 noches.

The location is great and it takes a easy 10-15 mins walk from the Roma Termini. Metro is just a block away. Quite a lot of restaurants and stores are nearby. We don't spend much time in the hotel but generally the hotel is a clean one. The staff tidy up the room everyday. It worths the money paid for.

Family in Rome on a budget
We had a great stay in Rome. The hotel staff was friendly, although their English was not that great. They forgot the baby crib for the first night, but had it there on the second. (In their defense, I requested the crib a month before our stay during the booking process and never reminded them.) The hotel was just a block away from the metro.

Hotel agradável - Pleasant Hotel
Quarto pequeno porém bastante limpo e confortável, possui TV, frigobar e banheiro privado. Hotel próximo a estação de trem de Termini e aos pontos turísticos com fácil acesso a pé (exceto Vaticano). Também fica próximo ao metrô e possui lojas nos arredores. Small room but clean and comfortable, has TV, small fridge and private bathroom. The hotel is near the Termini train station and all the turistics spots on a walkable distance (except Vaticano). It's near the metro and have stores around its area.

Convenient.
Very cute little hotel. Front desk answered the front door within 10 seconds every single time we came. Very prompt. Awesome shower. Had a view onto the streets of Rome. Surrounding area has a decent amount of trash. Front desk allowed us to keep our luggage in a room so we didn't have to lug it around Rome.

10 minutes walk to termini station and colosseum
I was surprised the hotel is a 1 star hotel. I would rate it as 3 stars. It is located close to all attractions, walking distance to Roma termini station, 10 minutes walk to colosseum, and in front of metro A which takes you to Vatican city, Spanish steps, fountain. There are lots of restaurants close by, some good ones from trip advisor. Staff friendly, she even let us keep our bags on check out so we can have lunch without carrying it. The room was a bit small, but clean. Bathroom cleAn, and trust me I have been to a 1 star hotels in Europe, and this does not compare. The hotel even gives you toothbrush and hairbrush. All in all, I am very happy with my stay and will stay again in the future!

Ficamos só uma noite para dormir pois o voo chegou tarde e a maioria dos hotéis de Roma que eu pesquisei não recebe hóspede após 22h. A entrada do hotel é escura e quase não achamos e o bairro Termini não é famoso por ser um local aprazível.
