Stay was great for a night prior to cruising! Staff super friendly and informative. Booked us taxi to port and only cost 16 EU for 2. Easy check in, clean facilities. Bathroom and shower were FANTASTIC! Area was a little noisy but definitely not a deal breaker. Would highly recommend!

Perfect hotel if you are in transit to or from cruise ships. Rooms are comfortable,clean, friendly staff. Wifi is not the best in your room, you have to go downstairs to get a good connection. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Selfe serve laundromat located across the street. Restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus or private taxi provided for a fee by the hotel to the cruise terminal.

Worth the price near cruise port
After hours arrival very easy & secure Thin walls—could hear conversation, etc No blanket, only linty bedspread on sheet AC & tv (Italian language) worked well Shower gel complimentary, hot shower English speaking manager greeted us at breakfast w/ cappuccino, tea, coffee plus a variety of baked Italian pastries, cookies, & yogurts. 2 cereals, toast, cold cuts Laundry across the street, 7€ shuttle to port

Charming place with adequate breakfast very clean though water pressure could be stronger but I would definitely stay here again

Nice stay near port
Gianni greeted us as we walked in and gave us all the necessary info regarding our stay and he set up the transfer to the port. The entire place is spotless, staff helpful. Would have given a 5 star rating except for the (3) power outages, spotty / non existent wifi and bad TV reception.

The room was nice and clean. Majority of staff was pleasant. The buffet breakfast, was more of a continental breakfast. Nothing but pastries and coffee/tea/juice. Not what was expected. Finally upon leaving, a older woman with short brown hair from housekeeping said I owed her 3 euro for city tax. I had San option to pay. Quite fishy for me

We stayed here the night before our cruise, unique property, nice clean simple room. Simple continental breakfast, good coffee. A bit noisy with stree traffic but our room was quite close while others aren’t. Still has a good nights sleep. Staff also has restaurant recommendations which we’re close by and very good 😌 Friendly staff!

Good location prior to our cruise
We wanted a place to stay the night before a cruise. This was a great option. The room was small (for 4 of us), but was comfortable and met our needs. The fun, friendly staff provided morning breakfast and transportation to the cruise port (for a small fee). The location was close enough that we could walk from the train station/city bus stop and also not far from restaurants and shopping. (We had a great dinner nearby.) I definitely recommend Bel Sole!

Super clean hotel. Nice staff! Is an 18 min walk from the train station and mostly uphill. We stayed just 1 night, pre cruise. Front desk arranged for a taxi to drop us at the port. Breakfast was convenient. Pastries, coffe, yogurt, and juices. The only negative is that the air condition turns off every few minutes and is programed to do just that.

Assistenza e cordialità pessima, camere buone.
Camere pulite dotate di ogni comfort.. Buona la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni. Unica pecca, la colazione e la non cordialità della signora che la mattina ci ha accolti. Colazione molto misera.. crostata, plumcake e fette biscottate con un paio di marmellate mono dose. Niente cornetti e da bere succhi in brick.. detto questo, la signora che ci ha servito la colazione ci ha risposto al quanto in modo scostumato quando gli abbiamo chiesto dove dovevamo sederci, e per lo più quando gli abbiamo chiesto di pulirci il tavolo(precedentemente usato da altri clienti) ci ha risposto ancora una volta in modo inadeguato. Detto ciò consiglio per la camere, ma evitate di avere a che fare con lo staff...

The people were very nice and friendly and were willing to help. Just it was hard to communicate with some of them as there was a lack of English knowledge.

The staff was extraordinary. Although a basic room, it was clean with good air conditioning. The man at the counter was extremely helpful with many great suggestions. Very quiet, shared a bottle of wine with friends prior to going to bed. Stayed 2 nights before our cruise. Food in the area is inexpensive and very good. Shopping was good and inexpensive also. A visit to the waterfront and a square close by is a necissity, very cool.
