로잔여행 시 적극 추천
로잔역에서 도보로 10~15분, 전철을 탈 경우 3정거장을 타고 내려서 엘리베이터를 타고 1층으로 올라오면 바로 숙소가 보인다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 룸에 전기포트와 전기렌지가 있어 간단하게 식사를 할 수도 있고 근처에 큰 마트가 있다. 로잔대성당을 걸어서 5분, 바로 마르쉐 계단이 나오고 로잔시내를 다 둘러보기에 최적의 위치에 있다. 아침 조식도 맛있었고 이른 아침 로잔대성당을 바라보며 밥을 먹는데 정말 황홀했다. 조용하고 정말 마음에 드는 숙소였다.

Hotel nuovo, con camere spaziose, ben arredate e pulite. Detto questo segnalo con molto rammarico che, nonostante la mia camera fosse pronta, mi è stata negata la cortesia di poter fare check in con un'ora di anticipo sull'orario previsto, nonostante io avessi segnalato i miei successivi impegni lavorativi che mi impedivano di tornare per l'orario del check in. In compenso, mi sono stati chiesti 50 CHF per anticipare l'ingresso di mezz'ora!!!! Prima volta nella mia vita che mi trovo in una situazione simile e sicuramente anche l'ultima!

location is good, but bit worn/dated
in Switzerland/Lausanne there are premium prices, but then one expects also premium conditions. Have stayed at Fassbind hotels before, but found the tidiness a little bit down. But my main disappointment was the broken bike (didn't spin properly and foot strap broken) in the gym. I select hotels with (good) gym and mainly look out for the bike to train. Was bit disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a great location. Easy access to the train and close to many restaurants and cafes. The view from the room was great too (the Lausanne Cathedreal). However, our room was dirty (coffee stains on the walls, cobwebs on the floors, etc.). The conditions were also not great (the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the shower always made the floor wet, it was hard to open the bathroom door, dents in the wall, etc.). The wifi was also spotty and slow. Larger fans were needed in the room, since there was no air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our stay.

Good location, but shame about A/C
Great location. There were two saunas on offer. The first was down by the fitness area- would recommend. The second is actually your room, with the lack of air-con giving you 24/7 opportunity to open those pores. There is a fan that acts as substitute to the A/C. It is as useful as those powder milk substitutes that you get in some hotels… oh wait.

Great location with easy access to Metro right outside of hotel. Nice view of cathedral located near city centre. Very modern room in a nice, old building.

Il serait souhaitable que dans l’offre internet, vous précisiez que le parking est payant et est situé à 350 mètres. Et dommage que le personnel de réception ne parle pas du tout français !!!

Ingen aircomdition. Hotellet ligger med kraftig trafik och sirener går ofta med anledning av att polisbil/ambulans ofta kör förbi. Pga värmen och ingen airkondition så var det svårt att sova. Med andra ord var läget av hotellet dåligt.

Amazing wine themed hotel
Absolutely loved this wine themed hotel. Stayed one night before catching a morning train to Paris. The wine decor was fantastic, it was clean,right across the street from the Metro that was only three quick stops from Lausanne Gare which is perfect if taking the TGV. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend staying in this modern hotel.

The location is perfect for the Metro just 3 stops from the main railway station. Close to the cathedral and fantastic eating places. The reception staff are super friendly, helpful and take interest in you and your reason for visiting - offering help and suggestions where needed. Our room had a lovely view over towards the cathedral. Very quiet hotel which the housekeeping staff keep super clean and tidy. We will return and highly recommend it as a location to stay.

Gutes Business Hotel - zentrale Lage (ohne Klima)
- Lage ist sehr gut: direkt an der Metrostation und in der Innenstadt. -Checkin ist ab 15 Uhr: Das Zimmer war noch immer nicht fertig; ein anderes ebenfalls nicht. Ich musste daher über 30 Minuten warten (angeboten wurde nichts). - Einzelzimmer mit Klimaanlage im 6. Stock unterm Dach (Aufzug nur bis 5. Stock): grundsätzlich sehr geräumig mit guter Ausstattung wie Safe, Wasserkocher, leerer Kühlschrank. Katastrophal war die Hitze: zunächst ging die Klimaanlage nicht; nachdem der Mitarbeiter sie anmachte lief sie. Allerdings war sie so laut und hat sehr gestunken, so dass ich sie nachts ausschalten musste und das Fenster (zur Hauptstrasse öffnen musste). Ich war schon einige Male in diesem Hotel; allerdings nie im Sommer. Werde wohl erst im Herbst/Winter wieder kommen, da es sonst sehr heiss ist.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and in a convenient location. A couple of items in the room broken/under repair and more toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Centrally located and with great views of the cathedral..rooms slightly small for thr peice but that’s somewhat typical for Europe and especially that it’s a century old building that was recently refurbished into a hotel..big shout out to the reception staff Simoni and Elefterios who were especially helpful through out our stay!

Great Hotel Stay- Parking Experience Terrible
The hotel was familiar to me as I had stayed there several years ago when it was the City Hotel. It is much nicer than it was then and recently upgraded. It is well-located for ease of access to the heart of Lausanne. There is an elevator for luggage. The bed and covers were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was new and excellent, and the hot shower was terrific. There was coffee service and a refrigerator. The TV had good programming for USA travelers. We did not partake in the breakfast service, but the breakfast room looked attractive. Our only major disappointment was the parking situation. We were NOT guided well to the Mon Repos Parking garage. We were given a ticket to put into the parking machine upon exiting, allowing us to pay 50% off. Unfortunately, it was not emphasized that the closer garage was NOT the garage to park in. We found that out upon exiting when we paid an exorbitant parking bill! There are several garages around the area, and the garage with the discount required driving around the block. It should have been emphasized to travelers that there are several garages around and to NOT go to so and so, but to Mon Repos around the block. The sticker shock of the higher-priced garage and no discount really killed the otherwise lovely stay. We are still quite upset by it; the garage bill for two days of parking costs more than a night in the hotel! Sadly, that really tainted an otherwise pleasant stay!
