This hotel was originally apartment building so the lay-out is what it is and one can see it immediately, narrow corridors and super small rooms. Everything was really clean and all in good working condition. Balcony was nice extra feature.It's kind of low end hotel but like said all was clean and good condition and friendly personnel. But the rooms are really small and shower size is a joke. Me being normal size person I had difficulties to get in and take a proper shower. Someone a larger person could not fit in.

I was very disappointed! Breakfast is 2 blocks away with a voucher for a hot beverage & a roll! There is no lobby! On the 5th floor there is a rude attendant! The elevator needs mayor cleaning! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Perfect service
Due to COVID19 we were given another hotel. The similar rank hotel. The hotel manager Cristiano was very helpful and customer oriented. The hotel location is perfect. All sightseeing places are within walkable distance. There is nice restaraunt in the same building.

Not suitable for younger kids and Family
Firstly, to be honest i did not enjoy the stay as we had received some difficulty with the receptionist about the booking and number of people staying in the rooms as the law was "different". We booked for 2 adults and three kids and we have another child under 12 which is free as its the international law but they refused to let us in and made us pay extra 65 euro for another room far away from the current hotel, which resulted us into splitting the family into two different buildings. Secondly, i would like to mention how un safe the elevator is, as my kids are young and the door is not secure as it should be, and it could result into someone in the future getting hurt also. I hope you understand my situation as i and my family wanted to enjoy our holiday humbly but unfortunately we received a lot of stress from the hotel about our stay in the hotel, Thank you.

Dear Mr. Rizwanullah Good Day! Once again, I copy and paste for you our policies directly from Expedia website: Optional extras: The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 5.0 per night Extra bed fee: EUR 25.0 per night You need to know: Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. The above information’s has been patiently explained to you several times at the check in, furthermore we have showed you the policies on Expedia website. You’ve called Expedia Operator’s several times because you didn’t agree to pay not even 1 extra bed and you required to stay all the 7 of you in one quadruple room without paying any extra. Off course Expedia operator’s they were not agree to cover for you the other 3 guests not included in the prepaid reservation, why they should pay for you? They didn’t make anything wrong with your 1-night booking. Furthermore they have also called us in front of you and they kindly declined your “weird request” more than once because you have called them over 3 times! No one recognize your mentioned “international law” that allow children up to 13 yo to stay for free in the Hotels. Mr. Rizwanullah booking 1 quadruple room and showing up in 7 guests without giving any notice at the Hotel it could happen, plans can change any time off course; what is very unusual is keeping standing over an hour at the reception and claiming that you shouldn’t pay for any extra, pushing us to check in 7 guest in one room anyway, which is forbidden by the Italian Authorities by the way. My suggestion for your future trips, as you’re always traveling in 7 guests, why don’t you just book 2 rooms? For sure you would have less stress and difficulties for yourself and for your large family too; I’m sure, not only us, but all the Hotels around the world will appreciate that! As tourists from Canada, this was our first hotel and stop visiting rome, the receptionist was really friendly and went through the map of Rome and recommended where to go and how to get there exactly, offered us complimentary breakfast and recommended REbasilico restaurant which had absolutely amazing staffs and importantly food! Highly recommend this hotel for a great place to visit with all the accommodative needs within the suite! Great spacing very adjustable

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good and the price was inexpensive. The downside is that the walls were thin so I could hear a lot from the surrounding rooms. Some people were up late and kept me up.

Rome visit - cheap clean accommodation
A little confusing initially in locating the hotel (it’s inside another hotel on the 5th floor) the actual hotel we stayed at is a few streets away from the location however we were escorted there & explained how to enter & exit the rooms. Surrounding area have a lot of food options & walking distance to main train bus area. However streets are dirty & littered with overflowing bins & rubbish. Can be a bit difficult with the uneven cobblestone paths taking your suitcase but manageable. There is a phone which can be used 24 hrs to contact reception at the hotel should you need anything, they were also helpful with maps & any other enquires. Rooms are basic but clean & comfortable.

Stayed here Aug 2 -5 2019 with wife and 2 children. True Rome experience with a vintage elevator to get up to 5th floor. Don't expext luxury or lots of space but room was clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. Considering cost, I do recommend. The included breakfast is at a cafe one block away and includes a coffee and cornetto per person.

Was sketched out at first due to all of the negative reviews but had a positive experience! Very helpful staff, clean & simple room, had everything for a basic hotel. Free breakfast was great. Best part was the area, very cute and lots of restaurants nearby and literally five minutes away from Roma Termini!! Very happy with this hotel (June 2019)!

Having wished to book a hotel close to Termini station due to onward travel plans it was extremely annoying upon check-in to be marched off to a remote site 10 minutes away from the supposed 'hotel' . The room was also tiny especially for 2 people . There are far better value accommodations nearby as we discovered on returning to Rome.

Good location near Roma Termini train station. The hotel is located on the 5th floor with very old timer elevator. The elevator was a interesting/good experience. The room and batteoom are very tiny. If you carry a large luggage, You won't have space to lay down your luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful to give you suggestions where to visit in the city.

Do Not Stay Here!!
If it wasn't for the fact that we arrived around midnight and my kids were exhausted we would have looked for another hotel. We were put in the annex portion for the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from the main hotel and not the pictures they show on their site. I almost cried when we walked in the room. I think the only things they wash are the sheets, luckily. First off, they give you about 5 keys for all the different doors getting to your room, the bed frames had dirt all over them with mold/mildew in some spots. This is NOT a sound proof and is across the street from a 24 hour bar. All night I heard loud drunk people, cars and the doors rattled loudly every time someone came into the building. The beds were old and you can feel the springs in your back. Oh, and the bathroom, the SMELL that came out of it was horrible. The toilet looks as though it had never been cleaned and the mold on the ceiling was enough to make me sick. Did I mention the gum stuck on the wall? Gross. We had the quadruple room in the annex and it was so tiny. There was no room to walk around once everyone and the bags were in the room. As for breakfast, I can't tell you how it was as we couldn't find the "bar" they said it was at. Honestly I can not say anything good about this place, except they held our bags for a few hours and the staff was polite.

Little basic gem perfectfor exploring.
Had a really good stay. Hotel is basic but does the job. No issues at all. Great little gem tucked away on a side street so close to local amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable. Yes it could do with a bit of paint here and there but otherwise is absolutely fine. Breakfast was a voucher to use in the local cafe which was great.

Wound't go back! Poor service. NO REFRIGERATOR! We had to pay an extra tourist fee. Bathroom was not like the pictures but very small and old and moldy. If you went to the toilet you had to sit with your feet in the shower. TV didn't work. The room was dirty (when we arrived there was for example some glass on the balkony, after 6 day's it whas still there). Room was also very noisy, we could here our neighbours and the reception. The breakfast was pre-fab (2 crackers and a small croissand) and there was always something missing. If we said something about it they said it was 'a gift' so we should be happy with what we got. The breakfast was also including one choise of coffee, but the machine whas broken half of the time, so no coffee. One chair was broken. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, (especially across the station). But when we ask where we could eat they wanted to send us far away to a restaurant where they would get a commission. But the wifi was nice

I took a vacation with my wife, 3 little children and myself. This was one of the larger rooms we stayed in and for a great price. It was a little hard to locate but that is only because there were so many hotels in the area. We walked from the train station with no issues at all.

annex location is terrible
We chose the hotel as it's supposed to be close to the Termini station, although the main hotel was really close to the rome Termini, the annex was not, several blocks further away, in fact closer to Castro Pretorio station which is still 10 mins walk. then we have to walk all the way to get our breakfast that is within the termini station. I felt there's misrepresentation about the annex bldg, it should have been mentioned that is miles away from the main bldg and nowhere close to the termini station. there were also dust on the floor around the bed, the tv remote was full of dust. cleaning was not good.

Sub-par hotel conveniently located in Rome.
The room didn't have AC. The shower leaked water into the bathroom causing a mess. Towels were as thin as the bed sheets. It is on the fifth floor but there is an elevator available. 2 blocks from the main train station.

We were here for one night when we were in transit through Rome. It definitely served its purpose and for low price we paid it was great! Staff were friendly and room was ok (small but that was ok for us). Close to the train station.

Excellent place to stay. Great for a family.
Yes it is small, but more do you want? It has comfy beds, clean (all tiled), close to transportation, and friendly service. We stayed in the annex bldg, so we had a/c. The breakfast was good enough to get you going in the morning and the restaurant "basilica" was fantastic for us as well. We will be staying here again when we go back to rome. Bring a small bike lock to lock the cupboard and you're good to go. We will recommend this to friends.

Cons: Hotel is tucked away on the 5th floor. Rooms are small. Shower didn't work well. Every morning at 7am clock tower rings waking everyone up, it's pretty loud. Breakfast is down the road in a cafe (it's a croissant and coffee, nothing more). No A/C. The safe is tiny, won't fit an iPad. Pros: wifi worked well. Termini station close by, fairly cheap. They sorted airport transfer.

This hotel cost $l25 American dollars and I expected at least something in return. My room was clean but so tiny and the hotel on the 5th floor with the tiny desk reception area was terrible. My bed mattress was like a roll-away on a metal frame connected to another mattress of even lessor comfort. But to make it an even worse situation I was told that "breakfast" could be had " 3 blocks down the street at a bar" You just have to walk 3 blocks, the man said......I could not believe it. I would never recommend this hotel to my worse friends.

Great Hotel for An Overnight by the Airport
Stayed here for one night before taking an early flight out of Dublin the next morning. We arrive a little before midnight tired from traveling. We were greeted by Boris, who was extremely helpful. The only downside is you have to pay for wi-fi. Other than that, great price for an overnight stay.
