I never stayed there requested Expedia before hand to cancel my booking I still was charged the hotel team said they never got a cancellation email or call so they charged me despite of the hotel staff never answering the phone !! Mismanagement and need to refund my money asap !!

After almost a month of travel this was the only property I had a poor experience. I was unaware of the security requirements of aero City so when I arrived I was confused about the scanning and frisking to enter the property. I asked several people who works threre what was going on and was given no explanation. No one said it is a requirement from the government due to proximity to airport. Thanks to Google I was able to figure that out but only after confusion on arrival. Be prepared to be frisked and bags search every time you leave the proprty and return even if to go to the market for some soda. The staff were generally aloof and disengaged. I asked one staff where the pool was and without looking up just nooded their head to a direction without any words. My wake up call was not done but I had already lost faith it was going to happen so I had multiple alarms for my middle of the night departure. The room was small but tidy but the shared multi use soaps and lotions that precious guests used was unhygienic. The property was like a holiday inn Express. Overall the property had a convenient location but the staff demeanour spoiled the experience.

I seen reviews about this hotel before booking this hotel before my flight to Canada and there were some bad comments and some good comments. I was reluctant to book this hotel as was not sure if room will be clean and if shower will be good. But I was very happy to find that this was excellent hotel. Room was clean, bed was good shower was good, service good, very safe. I will book again when need it.

The early basic breakfast buffet which starts at 4 am is a godsend for early departures! Great idea which my friends told me the other hotels in Aerocity strip didnt have.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was safe and quiet away from all the honking and traffic of downtown New Delhi and the amenities were all wonderful. Would definitely stay here again

Not worth whatever you paid for. Small room Washroom is the size of the phone booth Smell in the elevators Buffet is not included. They charge me 1800 for 1 person’s dinner. Dried chicken.

Location is prime with all the dining and bar option. The hotel lobby is okay but the rooms and hallways are disgusting. The smell in the hallways are so pungent that we had to run to get to our room. Staff are attentive and helpful.

Hotel is not worth the money. Stayed one night on my arrival before heading of to Goa. Had booked a room on my return from Goa which i have now cancelled. Credit where it is due, reception staff were exceptional both on my checking in and checking out. Went to the bar, waited 10 minutes no body came to serve me. Eventually, I stopped a member of staff walking past and asked for bar service. I was rudely told that it was a dry day and no alcohol will be served today and he just walked of with no explanation. I am a tourist from London and i dont know what a dry day is. I had to google it to find out.

For years, Ibis had been my 1st choice for overnight stopovers but I drifted away about ten years ago when a couple of very mediocre nights in Germany made me realise they just weren’t trying. However, I thought they deserved another chance so, needing a reliable overnight stop convenient to Delhi Airport, we booked one night at Ibis in Aerocity. I’m agog at how they came about pricing the room at £80; it was just as tired, worn, flimsy, smelly and dated as those that had last turned me away from Ibis…when the rooms were barely a third of that price. The room was absurdly overpriced, with a charm more akin to what I expect of the dozens of £20 two-star hotels nearby. To add to the negativity, breakfast was extra and their shuttle to airport was £9. Only consider if you want a pool.
