We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area. The hotel faces onto Kew Green and is half way between Kew Gardens District line and Kew Bridge railway stations, with frequent buses and a night bus if required.
Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient especially the lovely outgoing Polish receptionist (sorry we didn't catch her name).
The room we had was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel, but the secondary double glazing cut out any road or beer garden noise perfectly. There was a very quiet and effective air conditioning unit and a lovely comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were very clean, as were the cups and glasses. The coffee machine worked well and the tea bags high quality. The fresh milk in the room fridge was very welcome, and there were a good variety of products in the mini bar.
Breakfast was excellent with a variety of high quality products available and attentive, friendly staff. The bread was exceptionally tasty, but as it was crusty the knives struggled to cut it easily. That is perhaps our only complaint!
