Chair had stains, lamps were dirty. Coffee in main foyer were empty, told host at the desk about it, said it would be looked after, Went down half hour later and still not refilled. The host was on cell phone. No cups in our room to make coffee.

Really needs a refresh. Paint chipped by the room doors, cracked sink. The food was really scarce. No juices. Very limited amount of food other then waffles or cereal.

Not the one to complain, but our stay was pretty bad. Hair on the sink and sheets, dirt stain on pillow. Old, worn out bedding. Very outdated. Staff was nice though! House keeping obviously did not put much effort into cleaning though. Overall: would not stay at any quality inn ever again. Didn’t feel clean the whole time I was as there.

The property is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. The hotel itself has an air conditioning problem. They need to get dehumidifiers to take care of their dampness throughout the hotel. It smelled like a swimming pool in our room., even with the A/C on!

Disappointing.
Kind of disappointed. Didn't feel top notch. Lamps/shades are in bad shape. The telephone was very dirty. Tried 3 times to call the front desk and got no response.

snow bird trip
When we went to check in they had us scheduled for a "smoking" room which I did not book. I booked a "Non-smoking" room. The gentleman at the desk quickly moved us to the correct room. The room was GREAT and location was excellent. They just need a plumber to work on the bath tub/shower. We had dead batteries in one of the tv remotes which was resolved quickly. We WILL be back.
