WiFi in the rooms is definitely needed to make the stay more enjoyable. We were extremely limited in our ability to communicate with family and transportation services

Great for family vacation or solo travel to relax enjoy the beach , good night sleep and safety . Cons: no wifi in rooms only at recieption and it's slow cuz everyone is using it at breakfast lunch dinner , I can't be in a room with no wifi and only few chanel's in TV, I have to connect with family .

The worst hotel experience I've ever had
The worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. Nice facility ruined by a gang of unprofessional blood suckeres who have no idea about the hospitality business. - terrible customers service from all employees . - terrible food leads to sickness. - terrible pest control. - terrible cellular and wifi signal. - terrible unwelcoming security service. - loud annoying music all day long.

No fue agradable, la gente del personal te mira mucho te dan la comida con mala cara y voluntad. Me cambié de hotel porque no estaba a la altura. 3 estrellas deja mucho que desear.

I love this resort. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, food is good with plenty of options. They have fun activities by the beach throughout the day as well. The value far exceeds price of stay.

L’emplacement près des commerces est appréciable, la barrière de corail et les beaux poissons au bord de la plage de l’hôteL est super, par contre la propreté de l’établissement est médiocre, l’hôtel est vétuste et a besoin d’un rafraîchissement, la nourriture est de très basse qualité , la literie est mauvaise ainsi que les équipements de la chambre, La salle de bain est vieille ainsi que les transats de la plage

Très bon emplacement avec belle vue mer Les chambres sont très propres.le personnel est très accueillant. En revanche il faut améliorer la qualité de la nourriture et remettre en marche l'ascenseur du restaurant principal pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

The worst resort I have ever seen all over the world. I never recommend it at all. Rude staff and the only thing they need is just money with no service.

The beach was very nice on the king tut side a bit rocky going in the sea. The sphinx side was a rock wall and the sea was deep.The swimming pool was so cold and in the shade most of the time. Not 1 person went swimming.This hotel is linked to king tut hotel and run through king tut no reception in sphinx. Room was just like the pictures on web site nice and clean. The man that looked after our room was good! Staff at king tut area are lazy and very rude. The kitchen staff were slow and not clean. Food is very bland, not enough choices and food ran out fast . This hotel wasn't worth the amount that we paid. It maybe a 2&1/2 star hotel. No wifi except at king tut reception area.

Überraschend gut
Wir haben absichtlich das günstigste genommen das wir bekommen konnten. Da wir 19 Tage nur tauchen wollten war uns das Hotel und die Leistungen beinahé egal. Erst einmal sah das Hotelzimmer 1008 genau so aus wie auf den Foto´s im Internet. Das Zimmer war direkt am Pool gelegen, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Anlage ist ziemlich groß und gut gepflegt. Eigentlich sieht man immer Personal am Hecken schneiden oder reinigen. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants Essen ist zwar meistens das gleiche aber ganz ehrlich für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Man kann sich auch gratis für China, Orientalisch oder Italienisch anmelden. Das findet dann am Strand statt und lohnt sich! Die Liegen am Strand sind teilweise nicht mehr ganz die besten aber man findet immer Platz. Für Kinder dringend Badeschuhe einpacken. Leider ist die Musik von der Animation zu laut. Die Händler in der Anlage nerven aber das ist ja in Ägypten überall so.

وصلت للفندق الساعه ٤ مساءا ،،،، وظللت لمده ساعه ونصف لإيجاد غرفه تنطبق على الحجز ،،،، ثم عرض على موظف الاستقبال ان يعطينا حجرتين بدلا من غرفه عائلية لاننى كان معى زوجتى وطفلين ،،، ووافقت وبعد صعودنا للغرف حضر إلينا نفس الموظف ويدعى ميلاد وطلب منى الاكتفاء بغرفه واحده ،،، ووضع لنا سرير اضافى فى غرفه ضيقه وحسنا مافعله hotel com حيث خصم من المبلغ حوالى 50 دولار لعدم التزام الفندق بالغرفة المتفق عليها
