클럽 프랑스
공항에서 약 20분거리에 위치하였고 걸어서 3분거리에 큰 마트도 있고 환경적인 부분은 좋았습니다. 와이파이 신호가 약해서 프론트에 연락하니 데스크 직원이 적극적으로 문제해결을 위해 도와주었고 호텔 저녁식사도 괜찮았으며 서빙직원의 능숙함에 감동하였습니다.

We chose the hotel becayse of its location and history. Reception and restaurant staff excellent. Very disappointed with room facilities. Never stayed in a hotel where water in room wasn't standard and this was supposedly had a 5 star rating. The cost of the hotel booking through Expedia was very expensive. We also stayed at another hotel in Buenos Aires later on where the facilities in the room were superior and it was cheaper. Dinner was good, breakfast adequate. A disappointing experience sadly.

Dear Carole, thank you for your review, though I really don’t understand your comment about the water. Every night with our turn down service we leave each guest a fresh bottle of water with a homemade chocolate truffle.

Superb hotel from its location to quality & customer service. Reception staff found out it was my husband’s birthday & surprised us with a tray of pastries. Such attention to detail!

Great location, quiet street, large room, large comfortable bed, great value for money. The hotel staff are amazing, so accommodating & helpful. At the front desk Natalia was very polite and we had a smooth check in & Sofia helped us with information on sightseeing. Both ladies are so kind and helpful. The door man was always smiling & polite. The lady in the breakfast area was also very nice and went out of her way to make me a hot almond milk with my coffee in the morning. There is plenty of options at breakfast. I enjoyed the fruit salad & my husband liked the omelette. On our last day we had an early dinner before heading to the airport in the restaurant and it was a good experience. Great boutique hotel in a nice area.

Hotel Club Frances allows a stay in a safe section of Buenos Aires that allows access to very good food establishments and shopping.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma.
O hotel, deve ter sido muito bonito, porém agora está um pouco velho, precisaria de uma reforma. Mas, o quarto é bom, mas não tem frigobar.O café da manhã é bem fraco. O ponto alto é: jantamos lá e, a comida é muito boa. E, a localização do Hotel, é excelente. Mas, não pode ser considerado um 5 estrelas. O preço é alto para o que oferece

Estimada Maria que pena que a pesar de haber amenazado con una mala nota para conseguir un upgrade que no estaba disponible, hicimos varios cambios en la asignación de habitaciones para poder otorgarselo y de todas maneras nos dió una puntuación que no se condice con la suite de 70 metros cuadrados con sauna e hidro en la que durmió habiendo abonado una doble superior de 36 m2

I stayed for 7 nights in this small, charming hotel in a lovely neighborhood. All the staff were very helpful. Because it is a smaller hotel, the service was attentive and personal. A substantial breakfast was served every morning in a pleasant enclosed glass roofed area. We ate dinner several times in the indoor restaurant with excellent food and service. The hotel has a beautiful old world decor with carved wooden panels. Recoleta is a very nice area , and we were able to walk the the famous cemetery from the hotel. I would definitely stay again at the Hotel Club Frances, if in Buenos Aires.

Esperava muito mais, visto que as avaliações daqui me fizeram reservar esse hotel. Achei ele todo muito antigo, necessita revitalização, o café da manhã é bem limitado para o paladar brasileiro, tudo muito repetitivo. Passei calor nas 2 noites que fiquei hospedado, visto que o ar é central, e ainda no final de outubro se encontra desligado. No mais o hotel é bem localizado, os funcionários são atenciosos.

I loved the hotel and the staff. Close to everything and you can get the best part of Buenos Aires around. Just the breakfast wasn’t excellent I’m sure they will improve that.

Perfect hotel for first time visit to Buenos Aires
The hotel is situated in a secure and nice part of the city. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped me with finding good restaurants, where to change money and other things. They also speak good English. The included breakfast menu is sufficient and you can order additional items. I had dinner once in both the hotel restaurant and in the bar. The food and wine was very good. Buenos Aires is a great city and I would consider staying at Hotel Club Frances again.

This is a wonderful hotel, located in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in an Executive Suite which was gorgeous; the room was grand with so much room. The hotel staff is also lovely, professional and willing to help with suggestions for dining, sightseeing and anything else you may need. All is all a pleasant stay. We will stay here again the next time we are in Buenos Aires.

Charming historic hotel
I loved this little historic hotel on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood walking distance to many sites. The room was enormous and clean. The staff was lovely and very helpful with arranging transportation and making suggestions. I also really appreciated nice touches like leaving bon bons on our sitting area table at night!

Understated elegance. Stayed in an Executive King room. Great, quiet location in the heart of the Recoleta. Incredible value for the cost of the stay. Front desk and restaurant staff are first rate. Some finishes and amenities are showing their age, but overall the standard is extremely high. Don't miss the breakfast. This property is highly recommended.
