Water pressure was so low, it’s better to get a garden watering can to take a shower with. There is trash piled outside of some builds in bins that need to be disposed of. Lights in the along the walkways for each floor turned off before the morning light was even present. This caused the corner of the walkways to be dark and creepy. Not safe for a redident.

The hotel was nice. It wasn’t exactly what we were expecting. I booked the queen suite which comes with a full kitchen. It does not have an oven or toaster. So you have to bring your food fully cooked. It wasn’t the cleanest. The chemicals they use to clean the rooms made us really itchy the first night until the room aired out. The worst part was that there was hair on the heaped (short hair like pubes) and there was a bug in the bed as well. The hotel is okay I would reccomend but only if the price is cheap

DO NOT STAY HERE ! I made the mistake of staying at this hotel with my Husband and our 6year old over the weekend (04/06/24-04/07/24 ) Checking in was okay, they gave us the room key, we got to room 922. The Room was an absolute mess. Keep in mind, we checked in later than the regular check in time (There was traffic coming from LA) I called the front desk and told them about the situation. The person at the front desk said he would have a worker bring us a key to another room and to “just wait there”. We waited….and waited. It’s 8:30pm at this point, My son is already whining and tired, so we decide to load up everything into the car and drive up to the front desk ourselves. We end up getting the key and going down to room 817, everything in the room was ok EXCEPT there were no sheets, blankets or pillows. At this point we call the front office, the man working front desk can already tell how annoyed and upset I was, so he would bring them to us himself since we had already went all the way to the front desk. Morning comes around and it’s almost time to check out. My son goes in for a quick shower and removes his gold chain and pendant, leaves it on the desk by the TV where he was sitting prior to his shower. I see he leaves it there and in the back of my mind I plan on putting it away, but I’m busy packing everything and getting ready to leave (checkout time was at 11am it was already 10:30am). We end up rushing out. 40 min. Later my son tells me he forgot his chain!

It was nice at first site. Shower was dirty there was toilet paper wrapped around the smoke detector and the dead bolt didn’t lock. Other then the that it was ok.

Do NOT go to this hotel. If u plan on staying just a few days more than a week, they won’t clean (and not tell you that), your trash will pile up as there aren’t any possibilities of throwing them out if u are in building 10 or 9 or one of the other ones that aren’t close to the breakfast area. The hotel smelled so horrible at least 3 times a week. You physically need to throw yourself against the door to close it and the safety bolts are disabled. The pool was not accessible (without any explanation) at 6pm. There were wasp nests in the lamps and the whole hotel was run down. (The pool was quite nice, a bit dirty but nice) The area is perfect if u plan on seeing much of San Diego and Los Angeles as most things are just 15 minutes away. The breakfast is a joke… for a 10 building hotel to only have a max occupancy in that room of 40 is just ridiculous… everything is plastic… pancake machine was broken 4 out of 9 days. It has like 5 things to eat as well… so yeah… most of the time things either weren’t refilled or were broken. 10$ per night for parking also is a joke when there is free parking right next to it. The staff basically doesn’t do anything… either no one is there or no one knows what is what. And I could continue with more and more negative things

I didn't like how infrequently housekeeping would come. I didn't like that I asked the deadbolt on my room be fixed but it never was. I didn't like the weird little stains on the walls or the ripped carpet.

Would stay here again
Would stay here again for sure! Pros: Great layout of kitchen, living room, and then a door between the bedroom and these 2 areas. Also, access to the 1 bathroom from both the kitchen and the bedroom. Also, close to TONS of restaurants and shops and grocery stores. Felt quiet and safe. Cons: The TV service will intermittently go out while you're watching a show and come back on 20-50 seconds later, which is annoying. Also, they don't have CBS if you need it for football or the Golden Globes. But they do have NBC, ABC, and a lot of cable channels and you can sign in to Netflix too.

Blood stained covers, dirty towels
One of my WORST stays ever, after being made to wait almost an hour to check in because they had so many late check outs, on the second night I noticed that my covers had blood on it, I to the front desk and let them know. No one came to change the bedding, I took them off the bed put them on the floor. The next morning I complained to a different staff member. When House keeping finally arrived, she made the bed using the same blood stained covers that were on the floor. That was the only time out of the 8 nights I stayed there that housekeeping came to clean the room, and she did not do it properly then. She folded dirty towels and hung them back up in the restroom. I am so upset, because the general manager Paxton did not seem to be phased at the behavior of housekeeping taking dirty linen off the floor and putting it back on the bed, and the same with the towels. The hotel looks NOTHING like what is advertised on the website. It is extremely outdated. I will make it my mission to report the normal disgusting behavior that housekeeping is displaying. Please take the covers off the bed and inspect them before you sleep, if you are unfortunate enough that there are no other hotels available at all. I will NEVER say here again.

Sadly for us, the pool and hot tub lifts were completely non functional. It was obvious they have not been working for a long time. Management just made excuses.

Great Hotel!
Great family area! Hotel is pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. The breakfast was great! I was happy to see Almond Milk as an option. There are many places to eat. I love the Krispie Kreme donuts that are within walking distance.
