It's unfortunate to hear you had some issues during your stay. We prefer guests let us know during their time at the hotel of these things, so we may address them and correct any problem that may occur. The jetts for the tubs have several steps to the process of turning them on. Front desk could have guided you on how to do that. Maintenance could have come and fixed the bathroom door for you as well. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay. I am sorry that your stay here did not meet your standards, however, no one here stole your items. Management and Front desk, as well as your family went in that room while being cleaned during the switching of rooms. Nothing was found, and nothing was said about a jersey until 2 days later. I can assure you it's probably been misplaced. The staff we have cleaning rooms here, have all been here for years and have never been accused of stealing. Its unfortunate that his jersey went missing and we will contact you if it is found.
