We have found it is safer and more sanitary to have them kept down by the front desk and delivered if requested as most people get their coffee from the lobby. Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. We apologize that the water pressure was too much in your room, our maintenance guys will be looking at that shower and make an adjustment. With rise in cases of people getting sick we are servicing rooms upon request. We have signs stating that guests can request service or supplies at any time. We monitor our side of the parking lot and all the cars out there have been guest vehicles, we do have some guest staying longer times and the other side of the lot belongs to the apartment building next to us. Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast, nor do we advertise that we do, but soon will be building a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. We hope you can give us another chance in the future.
