The location worked great for the conference I was attending. It was challenging to pick up the key in a different location than the property I was actually staying at. The Uber driver dropped me off quite a distance from the front desk location and dragging my luggage around was difficult.

Average apartment, good service
Overall, an okay stay. I felt that the furniture could do with an update (the sofas were very uncomfortable, which is the main reason for my low score on comfort). The beds were comfortable which is the main thing. The apartment was also VERY hot. It was uncomfortable when sleeping on the first night. The second night I propped open all the windows with tea spoons (yes really, the windows didn't stay open by themselves) then it was slighlty more bearable. Probably wouldn't stay again, but the service was excellent from the reception team.

Completely unsatisfactory process of arrival.
Getting into the property requires a ridiculous process, which you discover after paying. I paid a 4star price and got a 1star experience.

Dear Richard, Thank you very much for your time to leave us a feedback. Apologies you have found our check in process not up to your satisfaction and confusing. I will be sure to review it again however I would like to highlight that we do advertise clearly about key collection being based at different location, prior to confirming the reservation. This is stated in ‘Policies’ section under ‘Special Check-in Instructions’ as well as on the first page of the property information under ‘Important information about your booking’. Once again, we are really sorry this information was not advertised clearly which resulted with disappointing check in process. I truly hope this will not be the case next time should you wish to return.

Staff was excellent, view from this room was very nice. Room WiFi was not very poor but we did not report it either so possibly it was something they could have had checked. In general very nice and would definitely consider on another trip.

Excellent apartment and well located to catch public transport. Apartment clean and with great views. Reception was very helpful. Only thing is you have to pick up keys at another location which is a ten minutes walk from the apartment. Not an inconience if you organise beforehand.

Nice gaff in canary. Beware the extra walk
First up, check in. It was a bit inconvenient to get keys 15 mins walk away from the apartment. That said, the young man on reception was outstanding. The apartment itself had a great view, was clean and comfortable. A little basic and the kitchen did smell of takeaway food. But, it was great value & id probably use again. Just a little more attention & it’d be top marks. Top marks to reception guy though.

Excellent location for Canary Wharf.
This location is perfect. Minutes walk from Central Canary wharf and two underground stations. Local restaurants (a great one straight downstairs in the same building), supermarkets and take ways all with in easy walking distance

Mooi en ruim appt, 2 slaapkamers, grote keuken en aparte woonkamer. Canady Warff is 2 haltes van Londen Bridge, dus je zit zo in de stad. Metro en trein liggen op +5 min lopen. We konden eerder inchecken dan 4u. De. Receptie ligt op de route van de DLR waarna je doorloopt naar het appt. Vanaf de metro is het verder lopen. Enige nadeel was lekkage bij de badkamer waardoor de vloer bol stond en de deur vastliep. Verder heel net en schoon appt met niet te vergeten geweldig uitzicht op de stad.

Amazing location with all the amenities you could need Be prepared for it to be noisy with a lot of construction happening in the area, but great location to get anywhere very easily. The staff at check in were exceptional friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome

Perfect for our stay.
Great apartment. Spacious well equipped and nicely maintained. Near the tube with good shopping. The only 2 negitives were having to pick up the key at an alternative location and the distance from central London. On the plus side the tube is easy to access.

Good location. Close to two train/underground stations. Close to excellent restaurants. Bed sizes in USA and England are not the same. Had one bathroom for six people which was a challenge.

We had a very comfortable 4-night stay in the 2-bedroom apartment. It was so spacious, our 9-mth old baby got plenty of room crawling around, and we adults felt relaxed too. The underground station is nearby which is very convenient.

Reception 1000 meters from room...
It was a nice stay at a reasonable price, but the information in Hotels.com was not correct. You have to collect the key about a kilometer away on the other side of Canary docks. Staff is nice and friendly and the flats are in very good condition. A short walk from the flats are the underground station and the area around the flats is nice, calm and safe.

Good for business trip
Nice, spacious apartment, nice view over the city and Canary Wharf. There was a welcome package upon arrival with drinks, coffee, milk and snacks which was very nice. Ladies at the reception location where very nice and helpful. For me, always a bit of a problem picking up the key from a different location, especially when you got luggage to carry.

Overall the property was good. Finding the location to pick up the key was challenging and could be better relayed online. There’s lots of exciting construction happening in the surrounding area and in the early morning it can get noisy with machinery etc

Great find in a great area.
This was a very nice apartment (Flat) very close to the tube (Canary Wharf) and the DLR (South Quey). There’s shopping, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Very modern area but walking distance to quaint Greenwich. Lots of extra room in the flat. Could fit 5 pretty easily. We had three and it was big enough we could have lived in it as our main residence.

Lovely property BUT
Stayed there for a few nights on a business visit. The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean, with nice views; however, you need to check in at a different building then walk for 12 minutes to get to it. So good luck with that if you have luggage because they do not provide shuttle service. Secondly, I had to call them twice in these 4 days because there was no hot water in the apartment. Apparently the problem happened before but no serious action was taken, and I was placed in it even though the problem had occurred before without proper checks after. Thirdly, the checkout time is way too early, at 10 am. Which a big nuisance specially that you need to relocate your luggage to the other building if you want to collect it later.

Aunque la sala no era tan grande como parece en las fotos, fue perfecto para un viaje de negocios con necesidad de estar cerca de East Wintergarden. El restaurante turco en la planta baja es fantastico con un desayuno muy rico, muy recomendable.

Great location and close access to underground/DLR station. Safe and clean area. Apartment was clean and had all the utensils you need in the kitchen. But be aware that there is no onsite reception/concierge. Will need to go to their office personally to get the apartment key which is located 10+ mins walk away from building apartment. Do not expect to see a big sign of the hotel / company on the building nor on the building front door, this took time for us to find the building. We didn't know and found it out on the hard way until we arrived on site.

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten som vi leide for 4 uker pga. jobb. Kort vei til tuben, lett å ta seg videre fra Canada Warf stasjonen. Mye bygge-aktivitet i området, men det var ikke noe sjenerende for vårt opphold. Obs at en må hente nøkkel i et annet lokale. Var ca. 8 minutter å gå. Det er et par nær-butikker i området, en jazz-club og flere spisesteder. Veldig greit kjøpesenter ved Canary Warf og kort vei til det store kjøpesenteret i Westfield/Strattford.

My friend and I took our 3 children the youngest being 9 to London to do some sightseeing. The Bridge Street appartments were lovely as were the staff. We did however have issue with the roll out bed. When I booked the appartments through Trivago. On booking I spoke with the lady about how the small print read that it would cost us extra for a roll out bed. I also said that if this was the case, as we were on a budget we would have to book elsewhere. She confirmed to me that there would be a sofa bed in the lounge and this would not be any extra. This was great and I booked it. On arrival to the appartments we discovered there was no sofa bed and contacted Bridge Street appartments and was told that we would have to pay for the extra bed. I would not have booked the apartment for 5 people if I had known there was only accomadation for 4 people. The gentleman was very polite and said I would have to pay but if we could get in touch with Hotels.com to see if we could get the problem sorted out. I contacted them and they found my booking and was to get back in touch with Bridge Street Appartments. This went backwards and forwards the whole of our 3 days holiday in London which spoilt my enjoyment as I was worried about having to pay the extra £50. It was resolved the Thursday afternoon when we were going home and I did not have to pay the extra £50. I enjoyed my stay but was stressed about having to pay the extra money that I hadn't budgeted for.

Grande decepção! As informações disponíveis no hotéis.com foram MUITO INSUFICIENTES, induzindo ao erro de escolha. Trata-se de um apart-hotel, indicado apenas para quem precisa estar próximo a Canary Wharf, centro bancário de Londres. O pior de tudo é que você tem que retirar as chaves (já que não há portaria no prédio) em outro local, próximo, mas de difícil acesso e sem indicações. Além disso, esta informação de que a retirada das chaves é em outro local só foi encaminhada na véspera da data de check in. Termostato estragado e limpeza uma única vez por semana. Definitivamente, NÃO RECOMENDO!

Wanted to stay in an apartment and not a small hotel room in between excel center and central London. This fit the bill. About one block to South Quay DLR which can transfer to the underground but was a little inconvenient when having to transfer to underground. Took about 20-25 min to get to excel and city from here. There was a market about one block away to get necessities for the kitchen. Canary wharf (2stops away) looked like a good shopping area but didn't get to check it out. Had 19th floor room with balcony overlooking the city of London which was really nice. There was no air conditioning and the apartment was generally hot and stuffy with the hallways being even worse and with a bad smell.

Grazioso appartamento in zona 2
Un'occasione per conoscere una zona nuova e interessante di Londra altrimenti trascurata. L'appartamento è ben collegato alla metro da un ponte suggestivo che attraversa uno dei canali del Tamigi. L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito con vista panoramica sullo skyline di Londra, dotato di tutti i comfort compresa una cucina completamente attrezzata. La zona è ben servita da un centro commerciale e da un supermercato Tesco aperto fino a mezzanotte.

La recogida de llaves es en otra direccion diferen
Había que recoger las llaves del apartamento en una dirección diferente (lejos de nuestro alojamiento- ya estabamos muy cansados y ibamos con silla de ruedas- tuvimos que cambiar de linea de metro para recoger las llaves y fue muy complicado porque no todas las paradas estan adaptadas a silla de ruedas). Cuando llegamos al punto de recogida de las llaves nos habían cambiado de apartamento en otro edificio sin previo aviso. Yo había elegido ese apartamento porque las camas parecían muy cómodas y en el que nos cambiaron los colchones eran bastante malos y entraba muchísima luz a la habitación por la mañana. El apartamento no estaba mal pero se tiene que avisar de todas estas cosas con antelacion para decidir si quieres o no que te lo cambien.

Circus apartments
Although we booked this hotel we ended up in a completely different one. However it was owned by the same people and was comforterble and very close to all travel options. If you end up in the circus apartments 39 Westferry there is central cooling and free wifi. It also has a balcony with a great view but you can not see central London from this one. They have washer dryers, oven and microwave and everything needed to cook meals. a boat dock was around the corner that went all the way to the Lobdon eye and back to greenwich, the DLR a five minuite walk (westferry) and canary wharf station (Jubilee line) is a 10 minuite walk. The hotel staff were friendly and helped with anything we needed. There is a Food store inside canary wharf and lots of restaurants near by. There is even a coffee shop around the corner.

Wunderbar geeignet für Familien, denn das Appartment ist geräumig, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Badezimmer. Underground und DLR, Einkausmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in Canary Wharf und konnten London sehr gut erkunden.

Good location, Less than five mins from tube and DLR. only drawback paperwork said 12 checkout but when I queried was told checkout was 10am and if we wanted 12 noon it was extra. Also as with most apartments if your stay is past two days you will need to supply extra toilet paper, washing powder and dish powder.
