The only thing I did not enjoy was the fact that I did not have Wi-Fi. After I went to the front office and the young lady was very helpful and told me how to connect which I did but even then it would show five bars and still did not work.

Check in was great with melony she answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to get us the rooms we needed. The room was clean and comfortable we did find a 2 scorpions in our room but spoke to front desk who then referred us to Jack and he gave us a bit of a credit even offered to switch us rooms but we needed the conjoined rooms so decided to stay. Breakfast was very good staff was very friendly the only problem I had was that I was charged 35$ fee because one of my kids left a pizza stain on the comforter and apparently would not come off after being washed. It just would of nice to have been given a receipt or the least be notified of the charge. Other than that everything else was great

Nice , clean but management unfair
The room was great breakfast was really good. only problem I had was that when I booked the rooms I booked 3 rooms to be sure I had enough for my work crew , half the crew didn’t show up so I only need 2 rooms and the hotel manager still charged me full price for the 3rd room (that we didn’t need) even after I explained the situation.

Excellent hotel stay
I enjoyed staying here so much! The room was huge. The bed was comfortable which is a must after my back surgery. I loved the scent of the toiletries. Had a great time in the pool. The only negative was the one washer they had available didnt spin thoroughly so took me 3 dryer cycles to get one load dry. But regardless, i will definitely be staying here again my next trip down.

Very Accommodating
Staff was very nice and accommodating of our unique situation. Hotel and room was very clean, room was spacious. Breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a hotel.

Property is fine. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Morning front desk staff was rude and inattentive. Tried to make us pay for a conference room for a 30 min team meeting instead of allowing us to use the unused breakfast area at 11:00 am. We were already paying customers at the hotel. Wi-Fi and cell service at hotel are really bad. I won’t stay here again.

I am sorry about your experience Brian, but the breakfast area is not a meeting room. We were not aware of your attempt to use it as such since you did not mention or ask any staff and proceeded at your own will and tried to hook up your equipment to the TV. No one here would impose you to pay for the conference room.

Great breakfast,courteous front desk clerk a plus!
we had requested a room with handicap access and it was really nice to receive a phone call in advance from Danielle letting us know that our room was ready...she had a very courteous voice and manner which was really welcoming...we were very pleased with the delicious breakfast of over-easy eggs and sausage with fresh coffee...it was a very pleasant stay

Excellent time
Stayed the weekend with my husband at this property. Everyone was very friendly, the room and the property was very clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had no problems at all. I would definitely stay there again

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Was there for a funeral so appreciated the rest. Breakfast was picked over by the time we got there but we found plenty to eat. Service was excellent. I would stay there again. vc

Nice staff and facility. Good breakfast. Quite room and comfortable beds. Only a quick overnight stay. biggest negative would be gym not open till I think 8, we were gone before then.

Not great, or even good
The hotel looked great from photos and even the outside, but one wall in our bathroom was rotting away and mildewed, bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank, and overall, the room wasn’t cleaned. There was still trash in a trash can in the bathroom and the mirror had toothpaste still on it
