Two times I booked through Hotel.Com and they refused to give me free breakfast that is on the advert. The advert on Hotels.Com says free Breakfast. They claimed that Hotels.Com gives them little money, hence they cannot give breakfast. After a lengthy argument, I gave up. This happened two times and I forwarded them proof of payment from Hotels.Com, but they were just not ready honor their promises. I will not recommend this hotel for international travelers.
First time I was given room 109, when I got there I found that there someone's stuff and the bed is not ready someone just woke up. The girl apologized and gave me another room. In the morning - breakfast argument.
Second time, I found a guy who looked like he is a senior person there and he promised to look into my first breakfast situation. He also requested I forward proof of payment, which he already has from Hotels.Com.
Whoever own this hotel need to take his stuff for another training so that they know how to treat international people travelling into South Africa.
The reception is worse than all 52 hotels I slept in throughout my travelling life.
