We were very sorry to read of the dissatisfaction that you felt regarding the standard of housekeeping in your apartment. We take such matters very seriously, for which reason we are more than willing to offer a room transfer to our guests (subject to availability) if a more immediate solution cannot be found. Regarding the cleaning schedule, as we sell serviced apartments rather than hotel rooms this takes place on a once weekly basis as standard. This also allows us to reduce costs overall for our guests. We do in fact have a provision to offer more frequent cleaning at an additional charge - £20 per clean for a studio apartment and £25 for a one bedroom. Regards, Mohit

히드로 공항 이용시 추천
새벽에 히드로 공항 이용할 일이 있어서 일부러 근처에 잡았습니다. 바로 앞에 전철역이 있으며 바로 아래에 마트가 있습니다. 깔끔하고 괜찮은 아파트형 호텔입니다.

한국의 콘도 같이 조리시설과 기본 식기가 있어 좋았다. 다만 6일동안 침대시트 수건 등을 갈아 주지 않아 그점이 좀 그렇고, 주차료를 하루 15파운드 받는것이 좀그랬다.

군더더기 없는 깔끔한 호텔이였고요, 호텔 바로 앞에 Heathrow connect 라인이 있어 히드로 공항 터미널 4까지 25분이면 도착할 수 있어 편리했어요.

가족여행 마지막 날, 늦게 히드로 공항에서 내려 묵을 호텔이 필요해서 예약하게 되었습니다. 보통은 호텔에서 객실을 배정해서 주는 줄 알았는데, 리셉션 직원분이 방 고르는 취향이 어떠냐고 물어보시더군요. 저는 조금 많이 걸어도 좋으니 조용한 객실을 달라고 했어요. 결과적으로....... 정말...많이..걸었지만....혹시 짐이 많거나 저녁 늦게 도착해서 피곤하신 분들이라면 꼭!!! 엘리베이터와 가까운 방을 달라고 하셔요!!!! 방은 더블 침대와 더블 소파베드 1개였고, 소파베드가 망가져 있었어서.. 우리가 부셨을 거라고 생각할까봐 메모를 남기고 왔습니다. ㅠㅠ 정리해 놓고 가고싶었는데 괜히 더 망가뜨릴까봐..그냥 왔어요. 같은 건물 1층의 테스코 슈퍼마켓이 있는데, 매일 아침 6시에 오픈해서 밤 11시까지 열려있으니 어지간한 요기 거리는 여기서 사시는 게 편합니다. 그 외엔 24시간 운영되는 데스크에서 물과 스낵 등을 구매할 수 있어요. 주변 치안이 좋은가 좋지 않은가는 확신할 수 없는데, 주변에 건물이 많다기 보단 허허벌판이예요. 경유지로는 좋았지만....

공항에서의 위치가 좋은 친절한 호텔
체크인이 늦은시간임에도 직원이 친절하게 맞아주었고, 공항과 가깝고 버스가 항상 있어서 다음날 이른 출국하기에 아주 편했습니다. 객실이 넓어 여행 마지막에 캐리어 정리하기에도 아주 편했습니다. 사용해보지는 못했지만 기본 조리도구가 모두 갖추어져 있어서 좋았습니다.

Have stayed here twice. The first time was an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice but it was so very far from the lobby which was inconvenient and the hallways were very grungy looking and dark. The 2nd stay I asked for something closer to the lobby which was way smaller being just like a hotel room but it was really bright and clean, close to the lobby and still had the same kitchenette and table as the other suite, which is so very handy. The property is extremely convenient for catching the train to Heathrow with the train station being practically outside the front lobby. The suites are very soundproof. The lobby staff were really nice, friendly and helpful but at times the line up was very long to speak with them so maybe more staff would help. The area around the property is nice and it was so handy having a Tesco close by. There's other shops just a block or 2 away but then it becomes like another world, extremely busy and overcrowded. I was hoping there would be more pubs around but there was only a couple of really small one's and they didn't serve food.

I was pleasantly pleased with the property location and condition. The Elizabeth line with a direct line to London Paddington is directly across the street. Surrounding the property are residential buildings giving a “neighborhood” feel which was great for my family as we stayed there for 2 weeks. Just a short walk is shopping, restaurants, a park, places of worship. The staff at the hotel are very professional. There is a bar in the lobby that offers snacks and pizza. There is an on-site restaurant, laundry, and gym. My only criticism is the lack of housekeeping. The room is serviced after 4 nights, then again after 7. I would prefer and suggest every 4 nights. Seven is too long of a wait for housekeeping services.

Excellent location if you need to get into the metropolis or points west (e.g., Oxford). A well-stocked Tesco next door is also very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. My only caution is housekeeping, which is hit-or-miss: they did not refresh my room as scheduled and when they did, they left the floor unswept, didn't change all the sheets, a few other things. Speaking to the front desk sorted most of these issues.

Not in a very good area. Whole building smelled very bad. I understand people are cooking in their rooms but it was beyond disgusting. Rooms did not feel clean in the inside.

I've stayed here a few times over the years due to the location, amenities and ease of getting in to central London. The apartments are well appointed and clean, and the price is reasonable for London. It's ideal if you're driving to London due to the secure car park (you do have to pay extra for parking) and it's easy to get to from the motorway network. Hayes train station is next door and you can be in central London in under 20 minutes. It's also great for getting to Windsor. The staff were all helpful and polite.

Great value for London stay
The hotel is conveniently located to bus and train lines. This is a big plus in the London area. The rooms are spacious. There are laundry, gym and restaurants on site.

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, sehr schönes Apartment und vor allem eine hervorragende Anbindung zur Bahnstation. Obwohl das Hotel eher weit von der Innenstadt entfernt ist, war man sehr schnell dort. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen Heathrow war dafür perfekt - in 7 Minuten war man da. Nichtsdestotrotz hat man die Bahnen im Zimmer selbst NICHT gehört. Es war also ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt. Der integrierte Starbucks ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.

Staff was superb.
The room and bath were nice, the hotel was clean. The staff were very, very kind and helpful. It is right beside a train station, but I did not hear and city noise. The only challenge was getting a taxi to take me there from Heathrow. Directly across the street from the hotel is a designated spot for taxis to drop off hotel guests, but the drivers don’t know this. It was a challenge. But the train, buses and subway stops are right at the hotel door, so use them instead. The area was walkable and I visited nearby businesses.

Hit and miss
Very very disappointed after checking in online way in advance and after letting the hotel know what time we would be there, after a 5 hour journey we got there for 3pm which was check in time and had made them aware this is arrival time on our online check in, we had to wait almost an hour for our room keys. Nothing offered while we sat there wasting our time.

Ok but could be much better
Good parking, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, good sized double bed. Rooms are basic, would be better for families if there was a television in the actual bedroom of one bed apartments as parents have this then when children go to bed (children’s beds are a sofa bed in the living room area that fold out into two separate single beds). Wasn’t convinced that bedding for sofa bed had been washed properly. Quite a few stains on corridor carpets - feels like everywhere needs a good clean. Feels very much like a budget hotel.
