Han i resepsjonen klarte ikke å se noe uten briller. Så han klarte ikke å finne bestillingen min. Rommet så ut som at var fra før krigen. Dusjen var lagd av plastrør og krana var faktisk sånne «rørleggerkraner» for å skru av og på vannet. Senga hadde noen skikkelig ekle tepper. Ligger ikke så alt for langt unna det eneste å se i selve Puno da. Plaza de Armas

La experiencia en general no fue la mejor, desde mi llegada no me recibieron con la atención necesaria, no habían tomado nota de mi reserva y aunque pedí un cuarto para una sola persona me ubicaron en otro, también solo para mi, pero no el que pedí porque imagino ya no tenían disponible. Si, hay agua caliente y ese tipo de cosas pero la atención del personal podría ser mejor, al salir pedí un comprobante de pago y me dijeron que no tenían porque se lo habían llevado para contabilidad, que me lo enviaron a a mi correo y hasta el día de hoy no me enviaron nada.

Good but book a Private Room
The Hotel was in a great location. I had the dorm room on the top floor. I didn't mind but could be quite a hike for some. The room backed onto a kitchen and was a bit open for my liking. Only 1 key to are between the room which could become problematic if you come back late and the door is closed. My friend stayed in a single room and if I stayed again I would chose the Single Room over the dorm

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean beds and spacious room! When it gets cold, you can get a heater for 10 soles which is ok.

We booked the room in Presidente Inn but we were staying in Manco Capac. Clean room but very cold! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Faltou um pouco de cortesia para nós deixar fazer check out tardio, já que entramos a noite. Cobraram por apenas algumas horas a mais ao invés de disponíbilizar gentilmente. Chuveiro só funcionou depois da primeira reclamação. Não tem serviço de quarto e precisa correr atrás de papel toda hora. Local com muito barulho e buzina 24h. O moço da recepção foi simpático

sehr preiswerte Unterkunft, ideal im Centrum gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Plaza de Armas und zur Markthalle, auch zum Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. sehr heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Man bekommt, was man bezahlt und für ein Minibudget kann ich nicht 3 Sterne Standard erwarten

Got bumped to a different hotel.. was ok.
Though I booked the Preisdente Inn, I ended up being moved to their sister hotel across the street. It wasn't bad. Wifi was ok. Staff were nice. Shower was ice cold, unfortunately, and the rooms were a bit meh.. but they put me in a triple room by myself, so it was quite large (perhaps added to how cold it felt though, with only one body warming it up). Overall it was fine, though not exactly what i booked or was expecting.

Staff didn't speak any English so we had some challenges with communication, but friendly. Room was freezing. Breakfast was delightful with the best pina juice the whole trip.

Misleading description
Forget about virtually everything you read in the description of the hotel. Even the photo is masterfully cropped. Virtually none of the amenities are there. I will first say that for the price, what you get is a typical backpacker hotel. Not terrible, but far from what is described. Rooms are dated, and noisy either from street noise on one side, or a nightclub that goes past 2:00am on the other side, even on Sunday night. Windows are paper thin, so there is no blocking the noise. The bathroom was clean, but exposed plumbing and rickety fixtures. Water was hot. The rooms have no heat which in Puno makes for a cold night. We asked for a portable heater, but it didn't do much, and I think they only had one. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke a little bit of english.
