This place was an absolutely amazing home away from home. From the moment you entered to the time that you left, the staff catered to your every needs. They were professional, yet friendly, giving amazing advice and suggestions. They made my stay one that will forever be remembered.

Fabulous Riad with Great Location
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Riad. I received excellent service from beginning to end with pickup, excellent accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, beautiful room, comfortable bed, fabulous suggestions for restaurants and day trips, air conditioning though rarely needed, easy communication and a final drop off at my driver pickup location. The location is fabulous! It’s quieter than the main streets but only minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. The laundry service was also much appreciated. This Riad is very clean with excellent housekeeping and spa services. The staff are all very kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Riad!

事前にチェックインの時間や夕食についてなど、こまめに連絡をとって頂き、安心できました。 大きなキャリーケースがあったのでポーターを頼みましたが、ジャマ•エル•フナ広場からも近く、迷わず歩けました。 内装はとても綺麗でモダンな要素もありつつ、伝統的なモロッコのリヤドの雰囲気を楽しめました。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりや空港までの送迎の手配等、とても親切にして頂きました！ ぜひお勧めしたいです。

I had a very pleasant stay at the Riad. Ibrahim and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. It’s right in the Medina so walking around the souks is very easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend

Hébergement est en plein medina(action) excellent pour avoir une expériences de Riad Les personnelles sont très sympathiques et très professionnelles. Ils nous a donné pleine d'informations pour qu'on puisse passer une belles vacances. Le seul point c'est que durant notre séjour, le bain tourbillon l'eau est un peu froid et 2 sur 4 salles de bain coulent, brisés.

First off, the staff led by Ibrahim and Hassan were great. Main issue is that the property, which would have been very nice at one time, is not maintained at the advertised 5-star level. The A/C did not work very well, and the internet was spotty at best. The bed was quite uncomfortable, as it was not the king-sized mattress advertised, but two twin-sized beds of uneven heights pushed together.

It was very hot so unfortunately we did not feel like the AC was working even though it was on. Hotel location is good. Food is only on order by 3pm. Outside excursion prices cheaper than what hotel recommends. Customer service good at hotel

Hello, we thank you for taking the time to leave your opinion, however I find it very harsh for "a hotel with a good location and good customer service" as you specify. As for the air conditioning in your room, we have had no feedback from you or from subsequent customers on this subject. We are present 24/24 and listen to our customers in order to solve any problem. Meals are reserved 4 hours in advance because we do not stock up and our cook will do the shopping at the market according to the desired menus. For the price of the excursions, please compare what is comparable, if you refer to the excursions offered by street vendors, be aware that these services are not the same as those offered by our Riad, and for the most part have no insurance. The front receptionists are very nice. Both super friendly and helpful. The riyad is very close to the plaza and street shopping. The hot tub on the roof was awesome to relax after a day of walking. I recommend, good stay!!!

Fabulous staff. Everyone was very helpful and happy to be of assistance. Breakfast was very good and included omelets which was a rarity when we toured Morocco. Location wise it was only a 3 minute walk to the Market and there were plenty of food options both restaurants and convenice stores within 1-2 minutes.

Great location. Very convenient to many major attractions by walk. Staff is always helpful and friendly. We love the beautiful breakfast here, they change some of the items everyday to make your first meal not boring. This is a riad in Médina so the taxi just cannot bring you right in front of the entry point. But they provide a porter (free of charge) to bring you and your luggage from the taxi drop off point which is only a 8 minutes walk.

Ao chegar no quarto do Riad percebi um cheiro horrível de esgoto , como viajei o dia inteiro resolvi ficar no quarto , não tinha pra onde ir, o rapaz da recepção disse que ia arrumar , percebi tb que o vaso estava solto , resumindo não resolveram o problema fui embora insatisfeito , o pior foi o cara dizer que ninguém reclamou disso antes e que não estava fedendo , ridículo como fui tratado , o hotel tem nota alta o quarto e bom e tudo mas não poderia ficar no quarto com o esgoto no nariz
