마드리드 아토차 역에서 걸어서 20분쯤 걸리고 프라도 미술관에서 가까운 위치에 있고, 주변에 식당이 많아 여행객에게는 좋은 여건이며, 가족여행에 적합한 숙소였음

일단 아파트 형식이라 음식 데워먹거나 식탁에 앉아서 먹을 수 있다는게 너무나 좋았고 객실, 화장실 상태 또한 청결했어요. 방도 따뜻했고 침대도 편해서 진짜 잘 잤구요 저희는 방1개+거실 있는 룸에 3명이 묶어서 거실 쇼파에서도 잤는데 춥지도 않았고 삐그덕 소리만 아니면 진짜 편했어요. 위치는 솔광장까지 도보로 10분이라 시내 어디든 걸어다닐 수 있어서 편했고 주변에 슈퍼,약국도 많은 좋은 위치에 있어요. 스텝분들도 다 친절했고 늦은 체크인(오전12시넘음)이였는데도 수수료 받지 않아 감사했음ㅜㅠ 단점이 있다면 방음이 잘 안되고 주변에 술집이 많아 늦은 새벽에 돌아다니기는 약간 무서웠어요

다시 머물고 싶은 곳
위치도 좋고 아주 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 스태프도 모두 친절하시고 필요한 것이 있을 때마다 도움을 주셨네요. 여행 일정상 하루만 있다간게 너무 아쉬울 정도로 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 마드리드를 다시 간다면 또 이곳에 머물고 싶네요.

전체적으로 위치도 좋고 객실로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 단, 아파트 Main gate 와 room 에 대해서 열쇠로 열어야 들어가는데, 열쇠가 잘 되지 않아 너무 애를 먹었습니다. 이는 제 room 만 그런것이 아니라 전체 아파트가 열쇠가 잘 되지 않는것 같습니다. 또한 room 안에서 밖으로 나올때도 열쇠로 열고 나와야해서 늘 열쇠를 갖고 다녀야하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 그외는 마트도 가깝고 너무 좋았습니다.

Good location apartment
stayed with my family in 2 bedroom apartment apartment was very clean and silent during the night when i stayed Famous museums and Atocha train station is not far away from the apartment (10min. walk) also, you can go to Plaza Puerta del Sol by walk (within 20min.) Metro 'aton martin' sation is near but, under construntion until Nov. 2016 (you can use other station, Atocha or lavapies) but becareful with (this is an apartment, not a hotel) - no safe box, no slippers, no daily clean (but you can ask to staff) - check number of bathroom (Several types apartmentment are available)

난방이 잘되는 곳이라 좋았으며, 화장실이 두 개 있다는 점도 장점으로 꼽을 수 있다. 조리기구는 충분히 있었으며, 작은 건물이지만 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있다는 것도 인상적이었다.

We found a quiet room. It's good choice. However, it is not downtown. The nearest subway station is 'Antion Martin'. There is a station just two~three blocks away. and Staffs is very Kindness. I am very contented. 우리는 조용한 방을 찾았습니다. 스페인은 방음 시설이 좋지 않기 때문입니다. 그래서 우리는 다운타운에서 조금 떨어진 곳으로 방을 찾았습니다. 렌페기차역, 솔광장에서 택시를 타면 모두 10유로 안으로 나옵니다. 지하철역도 가까우며 조용하여 매우 만족스럽습니다.

No hot water
Pros 1.- good location 2.- spacious living areas ( kitchen, living room etc) Cons 1.- No hot water, it seams they have a water heater for the building so if someone on another apartment takes a shower , you are out of luck and it’s freezing cold water for you . ( I contacted them and in 4 days they never took care of it ) 2.- thin walls, so if you get a noisy neighbor… So if you like cold showers then this is the place for you .

Although the apartment was ok and clean, it is not what I was looking for. It is advertised as a hotel room and it is not. I wasn’t informed I needed to do an online check-in otherwise I didn’t have the code to enter the building. I didn’t know I had to wait outside on the street until 3:00pm to get a code to enter. I didn’t know their “lobby” was in another address very far away. So I was on the street until found wifi from a shop who told me they were frustrated bcse this was a continuous situation of miss information that customers were getting every time they booked this place.

Could be better
Problems getting into the hotel. When we arrived no one on site to give us keys and it took us time to contact people to tell us how to get the keys. Once in things went better. Stairs to second level ( bedrooms) were long and had no rail to help with navigation. Would not recommend if over 50.

O apto è em boa localização perto de mercado, restaurantes. Estava limpo, confortável com roupas de cama, banho e utensílios, peguei 2 aptos em um não tinha cafeteira. Tivemos um problema com o elevador que quebrou 2x e tivemos e subir e descer de escadas do 4 andar, inclusive malas, ele ficou parado por mais de 24 horas, reclamei por diversas vezes sobre e mandaram um tecnico. O elevador e bem pequeno

Modern and spacious for 5 people. Great location, walking distance to Prado museum and city center. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Entry codes were sent at last minute and our phone service wasn't working, so a bit clunky check in.

Lavadora en mal estado, no contaba con artículos de baño, excepto jabón, puerta dormitorio no cerraba, mucho ruido de Deptos. vecinos y no contaba con servicio de consignación para maletas. La comunicación fue solo x WS, nunca hubo un rostro visible.

Close to most sites. Easy to hail a taxi if needed. Lots of food choices. Felt safe with lots of police presence, there was a police station close by. Wish they had a dryer. We could not hang laundry outside because it rained a lot during our stay. Wish we had a face to face contact during checkin. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there were plenty of pots and pans to do so

Our family vacation in Madrid
Check-in was a bit difficult, but they were responsive over the phone and we did manage to check-in after about an hour. The place can definitely use some updates to the bathroom, shower door was not closing in the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs shower the water was backing up. Beds were comfortable, but some of the radiators didn't work in the apartment and it was colder in the first floor bedroom. Overall this place was OK but can definitely use some TLC.

Limpieza, ropa muy bien planchada, el apartamento cuando llegamos climatizado, sólo echamos en falta un tostador ,tuvimos que utilizar en su defecto una sandwicera pero estaba muy deteriorada.

Excelente lugar y ubicacion. Una bolsa de basura que olvidaron sacar fue el unico inconveniente. El lugar es bonito y comodo y esta muy bien ubicado.

NUNCA LO RECOMENDARÍA
La peor experiencia que he tenido, no le interesa en lo absoluto el cliente, fue imposible comunicarse con ellos, dejando tirada a nuestra familia sin hotel. La información que brindaron como códigos de ingreso al apartamento no era correcta y nunca respondieron a llamadas ni whatsapp ( Cosa que ellos admitieron) Definitivamente no lo recomendaría a nadie.
