We value your feedback and need to know these things. Our beds are high quality and pretty new. I know many guests have slept on that bed and found it to be just fine, but we take such complaints seriously and will try to find your records and check that room. We are very sorry to hear this was your experience at our hotel, Sherry. We can't help but wonder, however, given if this was truly your experience, why you even stayed at our hotel at all? Your review is so over-the-top, it smells...stinky. We triple inspect all our rooms before allowing a new guest to check in, which is clear from all the reviews indicating the cleanliness. We would never rent a room in this condition to a guest. If a guest does, however, have an issue, we hope they will immediately notify the Front Desk. Hearing about a problem after the fact helps no one, especially you the guest. We hope you'll reach out to our management team so we may understand what your real issue with our hotel was as we feel 100% certain it wasn't the cleanliness of your room. Thank you!
