Mr. Frankthanks for the review and thanks for having chosen our newly renovated Hotel Campione.Concening the smell of cloorine: this is the law.Belive me I would love to spend less money for the cloorine we are obliged to put in the pool.The machine that makes the doses automatically cost me CHF 40'000 and the chemical products also several tousend per year. By law tere is a external lab that has to come twice a month to check the water quality and just today a received a report that confirms me that the water is top and everything is at best.Regarding the food on the motorway bistrot, I'll have to check that, in Switerland it's not terrible.Your standard seems to be above the average, perhaps you have to try a better rated and more expensive hotel. The feedbacks of the majority of our guest is excellent, so I know I can not do everything perfect to everybody, but believe me, at the end of the high season with 100 guest a day, I can tell you we did the best we could.I wish you good luck and all the best.I'm sure you'll have plenty of it.Best regards and thanks again.

Mr. Attarzadeh,Thank you for your visit and thank you for giving me the opportunity to put this right as you do not say what happened.You have seen only the lobby, the toilet and the garage, during the one hour you have terrified our night porter at our Hotel Campione?You have reserved a double room and you arrive with your wife and with two children. Did you really expect to receive the room for the same price?I am the director, I have been called at my home in the middle of the night, because you did not want to pay any supplement for the additional two persons.We did you a ridicules supplement of total only 20 francs for the upgrade to a family room.You refused my offer and as it was so late I was willing to do even do better for you. But as you refused even to pay the supplement for the interior parking, you could have parked outside at 100 meters from the hotel for free, I hat to refuse you to stay at my Hotel Campione.At this point I even conceded you to cancel the room without penaly. It would have been my right to refuse you the room and to keep the money you prepaid.Now that I see your review, I can tell you, that is exactly what I will do the next time I have a case like yours.I thank you for all, because after 25 year of leading a hotel, this was the first time I had to send away a customer. I am sorry but I can not give a double room to 4 persons. When you are traveling with your family you have to reserve the room according to the number of persons in your party. Anyway, I do thank you again because I learned something new again and that is why I wish you all the best.
