Die Unterkunft ist durch den gehobenen Standart und das sehr gute Essen besonders zu empfehlen. Wir konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen und neben der Ruhe auch einige charmante Ausflugsziele erreichen.

Fascinerende lokation med dårligt mad
Fascinerende og spetakulær placering med god service. Dog var den elektroniske indtjekning noget besværlig samt at maden ikke er proportional med prisen… hvilket er lidt ærgerligt for sådan et smukt sted.

Sehr schönes Hotel doch leider nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Kein Bus und Taxi ist schlecht zu bekommen. Die Anfahrt war leider sehr schlecht. Dafür aber schönes schlichtes Zimmer mit wundervollem Blick auf die Berge!

Fantastisk beliggenhed på toppen af bjerget med udsigt hele vejen rundt om bjerget. Ro og id til bare at nyde stilheden og udsigten. Lækker morgenmad og aftensmad. Meget venlig personale. Stedet får vores varmeste anbefaling. Dejlig atmosfære i det gamle kloster.

Dejlig oplevelse på Mallorca
Et smukt beliggende sted med fine værelser og god mad. Vi var særligt glade for udsigten, ikke mindst ved solnedgang. Selve køreturen er ok, og tager cirka 10 minutter fra bunden af bjerget med en del hårnålesving. Hvis jeg skal fremhæve noget negativt bør der på alle værelser stå en bordventilator(der stod en på det ene af de to værelser vi havde booket) da der var meget varmt (august måned). Det giver god mening at booke dit ophold med morgenmad (selvbetjening) og aftensmad (udsøgt menu).

La peor estancia de mi vida
El trato mas horrible que me he encontrado en mi vida. Estando hospedada, cené en su restaurante y me intoxiqué. Tuve que acudir al pac de urgencias más cercano. Y no se han querido hacer cargo de absolutamente nada. Al ser de Mallorca, pedí de aplazar los días que me quedaban de estancia (Nada de reembolsos) para poder tener los cuidados necesarios en casa que NO PODÍAN OFRECERME ELLOS EN EL HOTEL y se han negado, además de un trato nefasto y poco profesional. Por otro lado, las vistas muy bonitas pero las habitaciones sucias y descuidadas. Las cortinas de la ducha negras, al igual que las sábanas. Lo que iba a ser una escapada genial se ha convertido en una pesadilla teniendo que estar hospedada casi obligada en las condiciones que estaba. Siendo de la isla, además de no volver, no puedo recomendar un sitio como este.

Sentimos que no pudiesen disfrutar de su estancia, su reserva era en régimen de solo alojamiento y nada tiene que ver con una posible intoxicación alimentaria. Aún así como la opinión de nuestro clientes es muy importante para nosotros, se ha investigado a fondo el asunto y revisado todo y se ha llegado a las siguientes conclusiones: -La comida esta en perfectas condiciones, no ha habido ningún otro caso de intoxicación en el establecimiento por lo que el foco no se encuentra en nuestro restaurante. .Las habitaciones al estar en un monasterio reconvertido son austeras, pero no están sucias, no tienen las cortinas del baño sucias, y la ropa no llega de la lavanderia negra, se sigue un procedimiento exhaustivo de lavado y limpieza. -El personal tanto del establecimiento como del departamento de reservas, les trataron en todo momento con educación y profesionalidad, ofreciendoles ayuda dentro de sus posibilidades. Nos apena mucho sufrir acusaciones falsas y amenazas haciendose valer del poder de internet y las redes sociales, esperamos no tener que sufrir una situación parecida en un futuro.

Depuis l'ère covid, le contact minimum entre les personnes a été choisi et c'est pourquoi il n'y a pas de personne à l'accueil. Indépendamment du bar ou du restaurant, le personnel répond à tous les besoins de nos clients.

Las camareras/recepcionistas muy desagradables. Las sabanas muy sucias, con muchas manchas. El mobiliario de la habitación con moho. Nos tocó al lado de una habitación que usan como lavandería y estuvo toda la noche centrifugando, un ruido espantoso. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Lo único bueno las vistas pero no es necesario alojarse. Para estar desplazandose hay que bajar y subir un "puerto" de muy malas carreteras. Precio desorbitado para la calidad tan pésima. Desayuno muy escaso e invisible.

Hola sentimos muchisimo que no les gustase nuestro establecimiento. Se preguntara al personal que ha pasado. Estamos para corregir y mejorar. Las fotografias están tomadas en el establecimiento y se correponden a lo que es, un antiguo monasterio reconvertido.

Short Stay in Mallorca
Spectacular views, worth booking just for that. Room itself is basic - reminiscent of a hostel - and the mattresses are quite soft but otherwise cannot complain. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing. I think it is one of the most beautiful spots in Mallorca, so quiet at night and the view is amazing. The rooms are simple but clean and what more do you need than just the peace and quietness . The staff is considerate. Very recommended

Personal muy agradable, hostal con vistas impresionantes y con un restaurante muy tranquilo para cenar y estar en su terraza. Si vas y vienes muchas veces al hotel se hace pesado el camino de curvas. Es lo único malo que le veo. Habitaciones limpias y camas cómodas.

Fantastique et reposant avec un panorama à 360 sur Majorque si la brume vous laisse tranquille😉. Un lieu atypique loin des hôtels traditionnels. Cet hôtel est un vrai voyage à lui seul et qui se mérite ( 5 km de montée en lacets style Alpes d huez). Un bonheur pour les cyclistes et les randonneurs.

+ Beautiful view. + Clean + Breakfast is great, many options of fresh food. - Never stay on the 3dr Floor because you don't have any privacy, rooms on this floor are at ground level and every guest walking in the terrace can see inside your room and toilet (toilet has no curtain and only half of the the window is filmed). - Toilet was not draining. Even after changing to a new room the problem of drainage persisted. To avoid flooding the toilet I had to switch on and off every minute so the water can go down and takes forever. - No AC. I asked for a fan but the answer was ”No, we don't have”. Palma de Mallorca is mostly visited during the summer and temperatures easily going above 30 degrees. I was boiling during the night. I left the window open over the night hoping for a nice breeze to cool down, but then you have the problem of noise, insects and the clarity early in the morning. - No Tv. - No safe. - No telephone, I had to go tho the ”reception” to order a meal and after 40 min the staff knocks at my door saying that my meal was ready 20 min ago, so I got changed just to go to the reception to get my ”not so fresh” meal. Fyi, If you're staying at this hotel make sure you have a vehicle because is far from everything.

Excellent little hotel on top of a mountain top, vis a vis an old monastery with a church inside. Friendly staff, top notch restaurant and very affordable prices overall. The monastery and the religious monuments nearby attracts a lot of day tourists which causes a lot of noise during the day, and some challenges with an overcrowded parking lot, altough I arrived in the middle of the afternoon and had no trouble getting a good spot. The room was clean and decent equipped, and a fantastic view over the east coast of the island. A couple of good hiking trips in the vicinity, and on the first floor there are some sunbeds free to use for the guests. Wifi was ok, breakfast was good with a selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yoghurts, desserts and cereals. Would stay again.

Would come back to Mallorca just to stay at this hotel again. It's away from the loudness and tourism of Palma. Quiet retreat in the mountains with INCREDIBLE 360degree views. Choose this if you're looking for serene and rest. 20 minute drive from several small, quiet beaches. Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms are pretty basic with just essentials but very clean and comfortable. Recommending to everyone we know!
