Reasonable price and good service
The location is not far from Bukit Bintang which has so many shopping malls. So the location is not bad. but when you visit there for the first time, you need to get off Bukit Bintang statio, not in Imbi station. The staffes were kind, nice and friendly.

일단 나는 성인2인 소아1인 총3인이 쓸수있는 방을 혼자 썻음 일단 가격대비 만족도는 높은편임 객실 청결도는 대체로 깨끗한 편이나 약간의 불쾌함이 있을수 있음 어쩔수 없긴함 일단 에어콘이 달려 있어 공기는 쾌적할수 있으나 에어콘이 좀 오래되긴함 창문이 없어 답답한 감이 없잖아 있음 그래도 가격대비 좋음 일단 근처에 파빌리온쇼핑몰이 있어서 좋음 호텔 주변은 그냥 사람 주거 지역이여서 늦은밤만 아니면 그냥 돌아다니면서 식사하기 좋음 가까운곳에 편의점도 있음 카운터 직원도 친절한편 체크인 체크아웃 할때만 만남 진짜 밖에서 놀고 들어와서 에어콘 키고 샤워하고 하기는 좋음 말 그대로 잠만 자고 짐 나두는곳 그 외의것을 원한다면 3.5 이상의 숙소를 잡는게 좋음 이번여행에 나는 여길 잡고 일행은 로얄쿠란 5성 호텔을 잡아서 인지 더 비교되긴했음 그래도 잠만자고 샤워하고 그러는용도는 좋음

Good Value for the Money
I enjoyed shopping in KL. The hotel was located about 500 meters away from the Pavilion, and pretty close to down down, and the night market.The room was clean enough. I think this hotel would be a good choice if you are a busy person. The room is tiny and windowless. The staffs were friendly, and all amenities within the room worked well. If you are on a tight budget I would recommend this place. If you are with a family you need to find something else.

Comfy Time
I enjoyed shoping in KL. The hotel was located nearby Pavilion was close to the center of downdown.The inside room were clean enough for oneday sleep. ^^ If you don't plan to stay in hotel whole day, I think this hotel would be a good cholce.

One of the worst hotel
It's truly one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed.. even though i understand i got what i paied for, it was really disappointing with its not so safe (especially for woman at night) neighborhood and room condition (lousy bathroom and no window in room.

지하철과 쇼핑센터가 가까움
부킷빈탕과 가깝고 근처 먹을거리도 다양하게 많으며 쇼핑도 하기 쉽고 모노레일을 타기 쉽다. 다만 밤에는 여자 혼자 다니기에는 조금 무서울수 있으며 창문이 없는 방이라 조금 답답함 뺴고는 좋았다

Fine for the price, but staff couldn't care less
For the price, it was fine. I was surprised at how little the staff knew about the city, and how little they cared. They couldn't be bothered to google a bus schedule for me quickly, for example, and actually told me to go to the wrong bus station (I had a feeling I should double-check, and it's a good thing I did). The location was fine and the price was cheap.

Excellent location as near to Times Berjaya Square and Bukit Tinggi for food and shopping. Safe for walking too.

The entrance of the hotel looked so dodgy as though you were about to be robbed. The room was very dirty and grungy. The blanket had not been washed as you can see stains underneath it. The bedsheets did not look washed. The pillows looked disgusting. There were stains on the walls. The floor panels were loose. The bathroom had mold all around and was very small. Overall, I felt very unsafe staying at the hotel. I slept in between the towels because that was the only thing that felt remotely clean. I used my jacket as a pillow. I didn't even sleep well because the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Cheap, affordable, budget room
Walked in, there was a lingering kind of moldy smell, the bed was comfy, toilet was clean, however the floor feels sticky. TV has only one viewable channel that airs Chinese dramas on and on. For the price that I paid, I certainly had no problems with what I got. I had a place to sleep, and that's good enough.

今回は初マレーシア。短期間に予定をびっしり詰めて寝るだけだったので、窓は無かったが全く問題無かった。MRT、モノレール、go-klのバス停まで5分位、裏には24時間の屋台やコンビニ、コンイランドリーがありとても便利。また一人で行くなら利用すると思う。

The most terrible hotel victory 2
I never stay for so terrible hotel. I totally taken 4 room, 2 room intermediate no water supply, 1 room no signal for TV, 1 room no hot water, air con liking water while night. Bad staff services given reason. No technician and all room full.

Very small. Room had the 'dirty blanket' smell. Bathroom had no water and was changed room where heater wasn't working. Not so clean. And downstairs looked scary

I made a booking for 2 nights and missed my flight, couldn't go there on time and I call them before I go, they said its fine no problem, when I arrived them, they said no room for me, stay somewhere else and the other day we can give you a day, and that day we may give you 2nd day they gave me 1 day, and at the that day, they said we gave to pay for it coz we missed the flight, but I already call them and they said its fine, so they told me call hotels.com for refund, when I call hotels.com, they said the hotel doesn't accept to refund so we can't,

A place close to the city
The hotel room was a nice place to rest my head in, there were plenty of food spots all around. It was only a walking distance to malls and entertainment spots as well. The bed and room was comfortable enough for us. Sadly, the wifi wasn't working when we arrived so we all had to purchase data to spend the night through, other than that, the bathroom door wasn't properly aligned so we couldnt close the door properly and had to force it shut whenever we were bathing

Ich habe im 3 Jahre alten 'New wing' kein Zimmer beziehen koennen, sondern im Stammhaus. Dieses Haus, in dem sich die Hotelstockwerke befinden, ist heruntergekommen. Mein fensterloses Zimmer ist abgelebt. Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.

中心地近く便利
近くの駅は徒歩5分ぐらいで比較的屋根が繋がり雨が降ってもそんなに濡れることは無い。近くにスーパーやコンビニもあり、ちょっとした買い物も便利。

The room is not sound proof. There were only 2 TV channels available. The entrance to the bldg and the stairs were terrible. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms. Minimal facilities.
Booked 2 rooms. One had no windows. Both had no space for hanging clothes. No table to stand the kettle for making tea or coffee. Towels were to the point of ripping.

トータルすごく良かった！
ドミトリーなのに個室感あり♪ 室内の雰囲気も良い♪ この金額で朝食付き♪ 何より、昼スタッフも、夜スタッフも とってもフレンドリーで親切丁寧なのが 良かったです。 機会があれば、また泊まりたいです。
