스텝들이 무지친절하고, 방정리를 깨끗하게해준다. 다소 지하철역이랑 멀기도하지만, 4호선 6호선 rer이 지나가는역이있어 교통이편리하고 시장이 잘되어있어 음식재료를 사다가 해먹기편리하다. 다만 조리도구가 넘 빈약함.ㅠ

다음에 또 이용할거에요
호텔직원들 정말 친절해서 좋았고 4박 묵었는데 교통편도 위치도 적당했어요. 아파트식이라 마트에서 식재료사와서 음식을 직접 해먹었는데 너무 좋았어요. 객실도 깨끗하고 에어컨&히터 시설도 좋았고 와이파이가 잘끊기긴했지만 초반에는 신호가 세더라구요. 여튼 만족합니다. 다음에 파리가면 또 이용할거에요

편리하고 인상좋은 아파트!!
관리하시는 분들 너무 착하고 저녁마다 불편한 것이 없는지 꼭 체크하였다. 아파트도 파리의 가정집처럼 꾸며져 있었고 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있어서 좋았다. 가족이 거주하면 좋도록 서로 연결되어 있었다. 샴푸 비누도 넉넉히 매일 갈아주고 침대도 매일 정리해 주었고 지하철도 가깝고 시내로 나가는데 교통도 편리하고 가까웠다 .넘 좋은곳이다

The junior suite is not a suite, it’s a tiny room with a mezzanine. The mezzanine (bed) can only be accessed by a steep ladder which will require the occupants to be young, fit and agile. The bathroom is tiny and not convenient, only skinny people will be able to use the shower which will not accommodate anyone wearing more than a L size. There is no room to place any big piece of luggage.

Property doesn’t disclose some rooms require access via a ladder to the bedroom. Not all facilites advertised were in the room and when provided were not clean No smoke detectors. Bedroom in reclaimed roof area so exit via ladder and 2 flights of stairs in emergency.

Navrant pour un 4 étoiles sur Paris !
Un séjour plus que médiocre au niveau de la gestion des arrivées, relation client. Hormis la qualité des espaces et le confort des chambres, le reste ne suit pas pour un 4 étoiles (et pour le prix qui en découle également). Pas de service de conciergerie, un accueil soit disant jusqu’à 22h30 (une honte, j’ai été appelé plusieurs fois par la personne en charge de l’accueil “tardif” alors que j’étais au travail sur paris vers 20h30-21h pour me dire qu’elle ne serait là que jusqu’à 22h, pas plus pas moins), un service de petit déjeuner fantôme ( avec comme petit plus, la remise en cause de mes propos par la personne en charge de la e-reputation par la suite ! Apparement j’aurais dit non au petit déjeuner de vive voix à la personne à l’accueil… ), une alarme qui retentit au beau milieu de la nuit,… un ensemble de facteurs qui font que je déconseille fortement la “maison Helzear”. Lorsqu’on se positionne sur un standing et un accueil irréprochable en vitrine sur internet, il faut que le reste suive. La clairement non !

Good hotel but wrong type of room given
The service was excellent and cleaniness as well. The room was on the smaller side though, and we discovered when we came home that we had been given a room smaller than we paid for. We got a junior suit while we paid for a suit.

家族３人で泊まりました。ダンフェールロッシュロー駅から５分ちょっとの距離で、フラットなのでスーツケースを持っていても苦ではありません。近所には良いビストロもたくさんあり、食事には困りません。小さいキッチンも付いてますので、下町の良い雰囲気のダゲール通りでの買い出しもできます。スタッフも気持ちの良い接客で困ったことがあれば、相談に乗ってくれます。

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and cozy. Short walk to food and Metros.

Johan room
Please be mindful when booking if your unsure of negotiating step stairs, as this is the case if you are allocated the Johan room. The bed is located in the mezzanine level of this room. The sofa bed is a tad worn - ok for sitting on but not so much to sleep in. It would also mean a smaller living space to use the bathroom or kitchen if the sofa bed was used. Bijou & compact sums it up for this room.

Overall quite a nice little hotel/apartment suite in central Paris. Reasonably clean and modern fittings throughout. Although the floors seemed to be purposely rustic/Mediterranean in design i.e. dusty :-) While the location is central Paris it is worth noting that its still a 25 min tube/bus journey to the major attractions near the river but the immediate locality has some lots nice shopping and eateries. While we had a 2 bed apartment for a family of five it was a very small 2 bed apartment with the second bedroom stuck up a loft with a precarious ladder. Would have preferred a more comfortable room for 5 but nonetheless the staff were nice/friendly and cleaning was done daily to a good standard.
