Won't be back
We were in the apartments across the road which might be lesser quality than the main building. Our room was on the top floor - up three flights of stairs. Wouldn't have been great for people less mobile that my family. Location was good but aside from that not much else to write home about! The TV didn't really work, can't reach the loo paper from the toilet, very dated and dirty carpet.

Comfortable
Room is a bit dated but was comfortable enough for our stay. Staff were helpful. Check in and out was easy. The lack of parking was concerning, this should be noted more obviously in the hotels details. Great location, lots of food choice.

The advertised Location was Not the property I was accommodated in after check in I was lead across a busy intersection and then met up with another person who took me to an Old block of flats. 1/ There was no lighting going up stairs to room, (Major Safety issue) 2/ The room smelt of Mould. Evident in Bathroom where Mould is growing in bathroom. 3/ During the night, late I moved a Mouldy mop and bucket outside room. in an attempt to get rid of smell. 4/ After waking up in morning I noticed stains on carpet, paint peeling off walls. Not a pleasant experience at all. Would definitely recommend and will never stay there again.

The room itself was nice and clean. But I opened the room door right in front of the fridge and there was barely an inch between the two when the door was open. Fridge wasn’t even on and was plugged into the bathroom. One of the hallway lights didn’t work and to be honest I didn’t really feel safe in the property. There wasn’t enough light down the pathway to get me to the front door of the property as I was in a building on the other side of the road from the main complex where u had to walk down a small kind of alleyway. I will not be staying here again

I would stay here again as it was quite clean and comfortable, but the bathroom ceiling has quite a bit of mould and mildew which needs to be addressed. Overall, a fairly nice place to stay.

The reception and booking was great very efficient. The actual amenities are wearing out. The bathroom vanity was falling apart, shower door was unable to run on track, the toilet paper roll is too far from the actual toilet!! There is a microwave but no microwave dish, the knives are not sharp at all and couldn’t cut a banana. The traffic directly outside runs constantly from 5am to 11pm. At 6am the planes fly directly overheard with one every minute up to 6:30. It is not easy to sleep at this time. The access to public transport is very good with buses right out front.

I don’t have to commen !!! If the maniger go and inspect the place him self can see the things need to be fix. The room is clean but need to have lift to manny stars. But the clearer was very nice. So I give 4out of 10☹️

A fuir !! La maison de l'horreur !! Ce genre d'établissement ne devrait pas être référencé sur ce site. C'était sale, des bruits tte la nuit, les enfants n'ont pas voulu dormir dans leur chambre, on a déménagé les lits pour les faire dormir avec nous. Nous avions hâte de partir !! Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires mais là, c'est pour éviter aux autres de vivre notre mésaventure !!

Was surprised to learn that the Apt has no lift. We have to carried our own luggage to the 3rd floor. Parking lot at the premises are limited. But can park along side road near by. Unfortunately, dryer in the room is not working well.

Apartment was very spacious and in a great location. However, there was a constant leak from the toilet which made the bathroom floor constantly wet; there was a significant trip hazard just outside the apartment which both of us tripped on hurting ourselves badly. And there was only one saucepan and no bowls for the microwave for cooking. All things that could easily be rectified.

Very convenient for our purposes with good but somewhat difficult parking. Good Public Transport in both directions.

Located on busy Lyons Road, with the associated upsides and downsides; the upsides being that the Waldorf apartments are surrounded by cafes and restaurants - we were spoilt for choice! Very clean apartments and friendly staff. Just a note of caution about the small carpark, with its handful of angled spaces, which can be challenging to negotiate even with a small car.

The hotel is good when you live in the pink buildings,but they have a building across the road which is disgusting-old,very mouldy, no lift with a very angled inconvenient parking.At first they gave us a room in the mouldy building,but we found it inappropriate to live (the door to the bathroom was broken,you had to carry it every time you went to the bathroom)and there was a huge dead cicada near the bed.Fortunately,the owners (or receptionists?) Made an upgrade and we stayed in one of a pink buildings.The flat was huge,tidy and comfy.Just make sure you book your room in one of the main buildings

Comfortable and spacious stay in one bedroom apt
Our stay in the one bedroom apartment was exceptional. The apartments themselves are a little dated but that did not hinder our stay in any way. The rooms were a lot larger than expected and very spacious and the beds were fresh, clean and comfortable. Our room was overlooking the busy intersection of Lyons road and Gipps St but the additional soundproofing on the windows meant there was no interruption of noise. The apartments were under the flight path which has been mentioned in previous reviews however we were not bothered by any flights (they also don't operate overnight). Bus stop to the city is right out the front for convenience. Would not hesitate to stay again, we were very comfortable!

Hosts were very welcoming, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment, check-in efficient. Apartment very clean, all amenities of iron, ironing board, hairdryer provided.

Well priced, clean, friendly service. It was underneath the flight path though. The double bed saged though, and the bathroom cupboard had rotted wood. WiFi seemed to stop working for a few hrs.

A great location at drummoyne Really pleased with the apartment size plenty of room and had everything we needed Great location with plenty of restaurants etc in walking distances a great bakery across the street Staff very friendly and always asking if we needed anything Beds were extremely comfortable So close to the city with a bus every 15 mins outside the door 👍 Would highly recommend this hotel xx

property was clean, well set out and in a great location. only complaint was a small amount of mould under shower door.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was located off street so one of my rooms is extremely noisy at night. We stayed for four nights and there were ambulance passed by every night. We were not able to sleep for most of the night. There were not enough equipment in kitchen, only three bowls, three plates, knife is not sharp enough, also cooking pans and pots are like a display and not good to use. Washing machine is not located inside the apartment. Only 5 parking spaces in the complex so we parked off street for the entire period.

These are appartments are great value, clean and tidy with a great size. some amenities are a little dated but the rooms serves for your every need for a break in Sydney. The 504 bus runs directly into central Sydney right outside the appartments and all staff were helpful and poliet throughout.
