Oh no Carol. The parking has been the same for a long time and unfortunately we can't do anything about it but happy that you were able to get one closer to your room after dinner. This would be the first I'm hearing of the no shampoo and that is very unusual for that to happen and I do apologize for that inconvenience. We hope you come visit again in the future.

We appreciate your time to let us know about your stay. I hear the noise complaint more than I'd like to admit and hope when the rest of the new flooring gets installed it will make an improvement. We let our guests help themselves to make the fire whether in our fire pit or under the gazebo as we provide what you need to have one. We do hope you come back again and this time maybe upstairs. )

I thought I already responded to your review but it doesn't look like it so let me say that we really appreciate all of our guests feedback and this one is what we strive for, however we didn't have maintenance on property but there was construction going on next door which we have no control over and the patio light has not been mentioned as a bother but I will see what we can do or at least have better blinds to keep it out. We hope you visit us again.
