Basically it was very great. Staff, facilities, food, wifi are excellent. Breakfast was the best that I have had in Indian hotels. However, there was on the construction of metro so it was so noisy day and night.

서비스는 진짜 괜찮은곳/Perfect Services
푸네에서 괜찮은 호텔 중 하나에요. 문제는 주변에 볼거리, 놀거리 아무것도 없어서(사실 푸네라는 도시 자체가 그렇지만) 매번 릭샤타고 다녔습니다. 그래도 이 호텔 자체는 정말 좋아요. 찾아가고싶은 곳이 있었는데 일일히 다 찾아주시고, 매번 서비스 불편한게 없는지 확인해주시고 정말 좋았습니다. Hotel service was awesome. But there's nothing around here. If you come to Pune for business trip, I'm sure this is perfect place.I went here as family trip, and everyone really did care us. However, swimming pool was not that great. I really wanted to swim in morning, but what I found was the floating feathers. Except that, this place was so great.

- Food was really great Chef Bhushan made Jain Misal for us which is something really awesome - Staff is really kind Rutuja from Front Desk gave a very warm welcome by providing free breakfast and discount for SPA - Staff in the feast restaurant Yash,Abhishek,Malaya,Ajay and Feli were really helpful and made our stay really really enjoyable experience. My kids absolutely loved it.

Check in was easy and quick. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was excellent with a lot of good choices. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed.

Slippery bathrooms!!, polite but poorly trained staff. That reflected in lack of knowledge amongst staff, restaurants, room services etc. Poor lighting in rooms and hallways.

Noisy area. Sheraton used to be Le Meridian which used to be kept very well. Current staff is good and polite but poorly trained by management of the hotel. Low quality fixtures in the room, low quality lighting, flooring etc. Spa was hidden so well that I could not find it and the staff could not direct me!! Okay for thr money I paid. Not deserving of more!

A grand experience
Great hotel with fantastic staff who went out of their way to ensure that my stay was a great experience. This was my 2nd visit & I’ll definitely stay at this hotel for all future trips to the city.

Everything else. Great breakfast! Friendly staff. Comfortable stay. Locatio close to the station is an asset but transport infrastructure is missing. To pay Rs 500 for a ride to the station is gouging and not becoming of a hotel whose function it is to facilitate its guests!

Not a good hotel to stay, room charges are high not worth the price. The wash basin water was getting clogged.

Excellent place to stay
Very convenient and great place to stay in Pune near the Malls, restaurants and shopping places. The staff is excellent. My daughter had an asthma attack and the staff were very helpful to take her to the nearest hospital in the hotel car. I recommend this hotel for any family stay

Valet parking during functions in the hotel gets disturbed and leads to waiting of cars causing great inconvenience to guest staying at the hotel.

Excellent stay in Pune! One of my favorite hotels. It’s a bit further from the airport than some of the hotels but worth the drive!

All the facilities were up to date and in great condition. Food was excellent. Clean and all amenities. The staff arranged a guide for 4 hours and it was affordable and safe and quality.
