Pleasant place but a little bit lack of delicacy
It is a pleasant hotel, although it is a place to go every time. I would like to have more delicate room service. It would be better if the rooms that match the hotel ratings booked with 'Hotels.com' are correctly followed.

Good location, plenty of hot water. But when I invited my friend in my room, there was over charge about 400 UAH that I didn't understand and was not announced to the customer in advance.

Comfortable and good services
Overall it was a comfortable stay. Service was also good. But it would be great if the tap water was cleaner. Finally, I would like breakfast to be more varied. The time to listen to the piano was very good. Every time I ate breakfast, I enjoyed playing the piano.

The surroundings are good
The location of the hotel is very good. There is also a museum nearby and a bookstore next door. Barber shop and hamburger house are close, and concert hall and Ukrainian house are close. Of course, the square is next door. The view was also good. But bathroom was very narrow and shower curtain attached to body very unpleasant. The mattress of the bed was not elastic either. The staff at the reception was also in short supply so I always waited in line.

아침 식사가 훌륭
처음 숙박시 아침 뷔페가 훌륭해서 다시 찾았는데.... 변함없이 좋더군요. 중심가에 위치해서 이곳저곳 관광도 용이하고. 추천합니다,

많은 사람들이 평가한 것처럼 중심지에 위치하여 Historic area에 접근하기는 편리하였으나 방의 크기와 샤워부스가 너무 작아서 불편하였음.아침에 무료로 제공되며 피아노 생음악이 연주되는 뷔페식 아침은 매우 훌륭하였음

Skuffende! Hotel trænger kraftigt til opdatering
Ringe tilstand! Betalt for Luksus værelse men der var meget beskidt og nedslidt! Gulvtæppet var direkte ulækkert! 2 fjernsyn men ingen kanaler overhovedet så hvorfor have tv på værelset hvis der ikke er noget på?? Køleskabet kunne ikke sættes til! Wifi med i prisen men det var totalt ubrugeligt og hoppede af hele tiden! Personalet var venlige og servicemindede 👍👍 og der var rene håndklæder hver dag!

Great location, Poor Quality
If you want to reach anywhere in Kyiv easily, this hotel is the perfect choice. But, the rooms are old, and noisy. If you visit Kyiv in winter, rooms might be a bit chilly. Room service staff is friendly. Reception people are ok.

A short stay... it was nice but the hotel's room need renovation and provide coffeemaker in room. The hotel has a good location on the famous street in Kiev.

Great value in the heart of Kiev
This is a great place to stay. The front desk staff are amazingly tolerant of tourist questions and happy to answer all of them. The location is at the foot of the Main Street and near a fabulous park and exhibition space.

On the decline
Staff are great and helpful. Internet connection is sporadic and inconsistent which is not ideal. Each visit, fewer and fewer facilities are open. (No ground floor cafe, toilet)

Jag har stannade på den har hotell ca 12 gånger men den har gånger var inte alls bra. Oljud på natt så jätte svårt att sover, trasiga delar i badrum och riktig dålig frukost. Nar jag var dar ca 3 år sedan det var mycket bättre

Ok but not more.
This hotel is ok. It cheap on some dates and offer breakfast. But it is Not a 4 star hotel as They show on hotel.com. The first room They gave us we ask them to change right away. Big dirty spots on the carpet next to the bed. The second room was better but still dirty carpet. This hotel really need a big make over before it come close to 4 star. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and friend staff. So the staff is 4 star. But the hotel is not. Big make over needed. I have stayed on other 4 star hotels nearby in Kiev and they where all much more clean. The right evaluation should be 2,5 - 3 star.
