제가 나름 전세계적으로 좋다는 웬만한 다 가보았습니다. 상그릴라,반얀트리,리츠칼튼,만다린 보다 한 수 위급인 레플스,페니슐라,포시즌. 이런 곳이요.. 근데 단연코 롬복 오베로이를 제가 가본 곳 중 NO3 안에 꼽겠습니다. 감동적인 서비스, 디테일한 호스피탈리트, 진정한 휴식을 원하신다면 부담스럽더라도 하루정도 만은 롬복 가시면 꼭 숙박하시길 추천드립니다. 정말 조용하게 남들 신경안쓰고 편히 쉬다 왔으며 오랜만에 가족 여행을 통하여 진정한 행복을 만끽하고 왔네요! 나중에 꼭 한번 다시 한번 가보려고 합니다.

The Oberoi and staff FAR exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so kind, and always met us with a smile. The whole resort was immaculately kept, and stunningly beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing less than extraordinary.

This is a very nice resort. The scenery, layout, and services are excellent. My only criticism (and it is minor) is that the location of the resort is isolated, and I sometimes felt like I was a captive.

The Oberoi set the standard for future vacations. Staff went above and beyond and always greeted us with a smile. The property was beautiful with amazing amenities. Our villa was a perfect retreat. Access to snorkeling on property and trips off property created a balance between rest and activities.

Peaceful Paradise
I was fortunate enough to stay at the Oberoi in Lombok, late December/early January 2023, and what a wonderful experience on every level. The Oberoi team are extremely attentive and focus on you as an individual. The team are professional, friendly, kind and really ensure you enjoy your experience. The resort itself, the rooms are spectacular, the grounds are beautiful and very peaceful– it felt like I had the place to myself even though I was not the only guest. I did manage to experience the spa - and WOW I will be going back for more! Finally, I got a little sick in the first few days of travel (I had had a long trip) – and I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU again to the team for taking care of me and calling a nurse when I tried to soldier on. I will now start planning my next visit to the Oberoi in Lombok 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at Oberoi, the resort is piece of paradise and the staff go the extra mile to make the stay very pleasant. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay in Oberoi and experience this fine resort.

Awesome resort
One of my favorite places ever. The serve was impeccable, the food delicious, and the room amazing. We were upgraded to an ocean view villa with its own walled courtyard and gazebo. The grounds were immaculate. The airport transfer was so handy, the driver, safe and friendly.

Fantastic Stay at the Oberoi Lombok
Our stay in the Oberoi in Lombok was just incredible. The hotel is located on an idyllic beach and the grounds and the rooms are perfectly maintained. We took advantage of the many activities the hotel offers from snorkeling with the turtles, to yoga,to visiting the Lombok island and all of it was just perfect. But most importantly it was the hotel manager Sunit and the wonderful staff (Sayu, Harry, our driver and guide Joel and Yana our yoga teacher) that made this an unforgettable stay for us.They are the kindest and most attentive people who make you feel that you are part of the family. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to be back again.

Perfect paradise
This has to be one of the best resorts I have stayed at. Everything was perfect...staff were absolutely amazing. I felt like royalty . This resort is perfect if you wish a quiet relaxing holiday. our room was a ocean view room which was perfect. Every aspect of this resort was fantastic.

Extraordinaire hôtel situé en bord de mer. Très grands et beaux jardins entretenus par une équipe de plus de 20 jardiniers. Les chambres sont toutes très vastes quelque soit la catégorie. Elles disposent d’une salle de bain très luxueuse avec douche, vaste baignoire encastrée dans le sol, 2 lavabos et des toilettes séparées. Les différents restaurants de l’Oberoi sont tous de très bonne qualité et j’ai particulièrement apprécié le barbecue organisé sur la plage toutes les semaines. La piscine est immense et il y a de nombreuses chaises longues avec matelas et parasols. De l’eau fraîche et de la crème solaire est apportée gracieusement. Il y a aussi un court de tennis avec la possibilité de jouer avec un très bon professeur. Le spa de l’hôtel est de très grande qualité. Le service proposé par tous les employés m’a semblé exceptionnel et encore supérieur à celui proposé par d’autres hôtels pourtant très réputés.

The service at all oberois is amazing, but Lombok team took it to another level. From sending us hot sandwiches and hot chocolate upon our arrival (as our flight landed late and it’s a 90 min drive) to having the head of water sports help me snorkel. Everything was amazing.

Tranquility and peace at its best
We had a fantastic and tranquil time at the Oberoi. Pool was never overcrowded and guests preferred to lounge at the pavillions. We were impressed that there was complimentary tea with cakes every afternoon, fruit skewers at noon, complimentary sun screen and cold bottled water given to all guests that sit by the pool. Little touches of luxury

ビーチはgood、プールも素敵・・、なんですが・・。食事がいまいち。周りに何もないので外に食事に行くわけにもいかないし・・。朝食も夕食も種類は少ないしおいしくないし、何よりも高い（内容の割には）。全てホテル内でまかなわなければならないなんて・・・・。インドネシアに行ったのですからたまには「屋台」で食べるとか、ローカルの食事を味わってみたいというのはありますよね。女房は満足していたようですが・・。

Amazing stay
It's our first trip to Lombok and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The property is just stunning, Well maintained for such a large 20 year old compound. Staff were very attentive to our every request. Pricy but you get what you pay for.

Quiet, relaxed, Best Service - hands down
The Oberoi is very quiet, relaxing, and feels like your own little resort. The staff and service at the Oberoi hands beat the service we just came from at the Four Seasons (FS was 5 starr great, but if only one place could be awarded a 6th star, I would give it to this property). All the food we tried was amazing. Would highly recommend to any couples or families on holiday or honeymoon.

The Oberoi is Special!!
This is a magical hotel. They seriously know what they are doing. The service cleanliness the food the rooms( we had an Ocean Pavillion ) with own garden gazebo and balcony and stunning view, the grounds all outstanding. The pool is quite simply the best ever.. the infinity design so clever. Spa and gym perfect. Go and spoil yourself be it honeymoon get away... you will NOT be disappointed. Proximity Gili Islands is another huge plus. This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff cannot do enough for you to make your stay a special experience. Great variety eating options.

One of the best beach resorts
We had a fantastic experience at Oberoi's. This was our first trip to Oberoi chain. At the very onset which was receiving at the airport, it was just a pleasant experience. All staff of the hotel were friendly and went an extra step to ensure our experience while staying at the resort was easy. We felt pampered all the way. Attention to details was key.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
A great hotel at a great location (off the beaten track that's for sure - although 2 hours by car from the airport is not too onerous). The staff at the hotel are very friendly and will try hard to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and figure out your individual preferences. If you have a chance to stay in one of the villas that have their own glorious pool, then there really is no reason to ever leave you room other than to mix with the other guests over dinner / drinks.

夕陽がディナーサイドから見えて最高でした。
最初にロンボク島の空港についてエクスペディアで予約した車が居なかった。バリ島で迎えてたとのこと。空港にいたスタッフが別の車を手配してくれた。このトラブルは最悪であったが対応は最高であった。

Amazing stay at the Oberoi - absolutely a top notch hotel. Beach butler service is awesome and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great food and gorgeous setting! Beachfront loungers are wonderful.

Great stay
The best 2 nights I had at any hotel. Service is flawless as the staff go all out to make your stay unforgettable. The grounds are breezy and well maintained with its own beach. I stayed in a Luxury Pavilion Garden View. It was freezing when I got in but otherwise was amazing. The spa is an indulgence not to be missed. This hotel is pricey but you certainly get what you paid for. Kind of out-of-the-way from the popular tourist spots but that is part of the charm.

Beautiful retreat
My friend and I stayed at the Oberoi after two weeks travelling around Bali and Lombok. It was the perfect way to finish our trip. The hotel is beautiful, with views of the sea from the infinity pool. The staff are really friendly and are on-hand to help at any point - service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The best thing about the hotel was that, despite being big, it did not feel overcrowded. The layout was such that you didn't see many other guest and so it felt really peaceful and secluded. I would definitely go back and would recommend staying there.

Beautiful beach and gardens; exceptional staff.
Oberoi Lombok is stunning - from the beautiful gardens and private beach, to the truly exceptional staff who could never do enough for you. Every single staff member was warm and charming. The hotel's staff retention is high - a great sign. Crystal clear waters, white sands and wonderful snorkelling made for the most relaxing and wonderful break. I couldn't recommend it more highly. 美しさに癒されます。
プール付Villaに3泊しました。 広々とした美しいホテルですが、何をするにものんびり歩いて移動でき、、リラックスして過ごすのにちょうど良い規模だと思います。 新しいホテルではありませんが、それがまた建物や緑の美しさを際立たせていると思います。お天気に恵まれたせいか、緑や海の青さが本当にきれいでした。 オーストラリア、ヨーロッパからの滞在者が多く、静かでゆっくりした雰囲気です。 ホスピタリティー溢れるサービスで、食事はレストランもルームサービスもGOOD。 サービスに関して、ストレスは全くありませんでした。（お酒は高いです。） 半日ギリ島にいきましたが、あまり快適なビーチではありませんでした。 ホテルの方がずっと良いかと思います。 空港からは1時間半位かかります。途中、狭い道にバイクが多く、山道を通りますのであまり快適ではありません。 その点が唯一我慢のしどころでしたが、我慢してもまた行きたいと思わせるホテルでした。

Gute Adresse - mit abstrichen
Großartiges Urlaubs-Resort. Allerdings etwas ab vom "Schuß". Perfekt ausgestattet. Einzige Mängelpunkte, es gibt auf Lombok schönere Strandabschnitte und Essen sowie Getränke sind im Hotel völlig überzogen teuer. Hier wird ganz klar ausgenutzt, dass man keine Chance hat nach draussen zu gehen.
